Location is amazing. Good for family travellers. Rooms are clean and nice. Hotel has too many rules. Staff is not very friendly. Place not recommended for youngsters.

Big rooms. Smiling front desk staff. Great location. Shortage of ground staff. Value for money. No car parking.

Rude staffs, unclean rooms, no parking space and taseless and overpriced food. One can get much better stays at the same or even lesser price.

Room was quite spacious and clean. Attached clean bathroom. Also the room had an attached balcony. Its very near to the beach, and it's 2 mins walk to the Tito's lane. The main problem was mobile network. I don't know about vodafone, idea,. But me and my friends have Airtel and we had zero network inside the hotel. Which was very inconvenient as everytime you need to make a call you have to go to the main road. There is no Wi-Fi, no lift. And room service is also not there. We tried the tea there and didn't like it and hence didn't try the food as well. So no idea how the food is actually. So if location and clean good roomroo your only concern then definitely go for mayflower beach resort!.

The swimming pool is nice, the staff is friendly but the rooms are not really clean.

This hotel is situated right by the tito's lane. Begins at baga then tito's lane merging into a narrow one way road before we arrive at the hotel. Pros: The room is without a doubt clean and tidy. Bedsheets were clean. Clean towels provided. Air conditioning works fine. It was very hot and humid when I visited this may, 2018. Trust me when I say this air conditioning is a must during summer in these parts of india. Washroom is tidy and clean. Shower is perfect with hot water availability. Swimming pool present but never got around to use them. Scooter is the way to commute easily in these parts making it one of the best budget place for you during low and shoulder season. I would suggest this place for more young crowd or solo travellers. Safe for Solo women travellers. This hotel is very close to the beach, walking distance. Cons: 1) NO Wi-Fi contrary to what is mentioned in the booking websites during the time of my visit. This gets really frustrating as the internet connection provided by the network is very weak or non existent in the hotel room. I have airtel 4G connection roaming. I had to walk a few meters away from the hotel to get the internet connection. So I suggest hotel personals to update your Wi-Fi conditions before taking money from the hotel guests. 2) no hotel parking. This hotel has no hotel parking. I had a really hard time trying to park. I was so tired driving from a long distance to face with a more complicated situation.

Decent hotel and very near to beach. They dont have room service but serving good food. Local Wi-Fi and road side parking available. I like it and prefer for next time also.

Great Hotel. Close to the sea and the streets of Titos. At the same time quiet, the noise does not reach. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is as good as anywhere in Goa. The staff tries to solve problems with whom they arise. My husband and I liked it. Recommend.

This property is @ perfect place next to TITOS lane — GOA, Near to BAGA Beach & CAFE MAMBO I have stayed here for two days, rooms are decent enough, bike parking is outside property no car park v congested place,

The hotel is in a good location near the main Street to the beach with a bit of cavern without noise and dust every day friendly staff (understand English only) exchange of currency on Resjepshene on normal The rate of breakfast is tolerable but for India this is the norm in general was satisfied entirely and completely.

Pros: Large rooms. Good location. Cons: Staff was not supportive. No coffee maker in rooms. Service was not good. Bathroom toiletries were bad.

Decent place to stay put up. Nearby to the happening Tito's and other night life places. Rooms were pretty clean and slick. There is a swimming pool and room service is decent.

Good rooms in great location. Very close to Tito's Lane and Baga Beach. Parking is not available at this place so you need to park your vehicle outside the hotel (on the roadside). Swimming pool is also very good (sometimes not cleaned).

The Director demands compliance with his rules at the same time does not provide its guests with hot water, the Internet even on respeshene, cleanliness in the rooms (in our room stank mattress), serviceable furniture (in our room did not open a drawer in the closet at all). The hotel manager's terrible attitude to guests. Friends broke the rules-invited a friend in the café after 8-30 pm (all flew on the same flight, everyone had vouchers to the hotels). The Director reported violating the rules, demanded a fine of $200 and said he called the police. When trying to talk did not listen, yelled about prostitutes, theft, theft, rape on GOA, that supposedly he for safety. It's right next to baga beach on the Tito's lane. It's not more than 5 minutes to the ocean. The street has multiple restaurants, pharmacy, shops, pubs, ATMs etc which makes everything very accessible. The room was huge and had it's own balcony. It has a 24 hour hot water. They have a pretty sweet pool and serve really good indian food. I asked them to make some tea which wasnt on the menu, which they did. They don't have electronic key cards but a lock and key system, which makes it a little inconvenient. There was a lizard in the bathroom too, and some insects kept coming out of the bathroom drain. So that's a minus. You have to turn your key in for them to clean it. They have Wi-Fi too. Overall, recommend the place highly. There are lots of boards in Russian, if that's important to you.

Very good place to stay with family. Good staff. But many stringent rules and a long list of it too. Rooms are good with ample space. No coffee maker in room. Restaurant offers limited variety but excellent taste.

This hotel has excellent clean anf well decorated rooms. Every room has password based safety lock. Location wise it just next to Tittos lane and Baga beach, absolutely walkable. Staff was good. We liked our stay a lot. Highly recommended.

Beware in you have placed tatoo on your body, any marks due to this tatoo is found on blanket or any where they will charge extra for this. Location is good near to beach.

Good and spacious rooms but mobile signals were not coming in rooms. Also Wi-Fi was available at reception area only. Staff was cool and cooperative.

I would say average for the price. Indians better avoid as you are not as welcome as foreigners. Pool is small. Restaurant has few options for Indians. No parking.

Excellent option near a very nice beach front in Goa, with a good swimming pool. Just off the Tito's lane, so a very lively night life options and can be quite if you wish so. Service can be improved. Food options not much.

Hotel ok, spent most of the time on the beach or eating out in many of the local restaurants, did not have a bad meal anywhere in Baga and the beach huts, the food was fantastic everything was fresh and well cooked. So of the best flavours I have tasted. We went at a Indian holiday time and was busy everywhere. Fantastic beach…

Reading the reviews of the past I had the fear that the resort would not be good as compared with the hotels at Baga and Calungute side. But believe me or not hotel rooms cleaner, spacious and cooler than expected. I stayed on 11th nov to 14th nov. Staff were very friendly (give and take relationship, give respect and it multiplied) Front of me I eye witnessed two group of boys misbehaving with idiotic comments over breakfast table but still waiters were very sweet with them. Overall experience its been my best trip to Goa in regards hotel, cleanliness, environment and hotel location. Food rates is a lil on a higher side. But apart from that a thumps up for evrything which I loved my stay and is still memorable coming back to home town.

Rude, horrible, pathetic attitude, dirty filthy swimming pool, bad lazy room service staff, have to beg them for towels, clean the room. Yuck place, total waste of money.

Vacationing with a friend in the period from 28 February to 12 March 2015. Wonderful hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pool! The rooms are new, large, in which there are: fan, air conditioning!, fridge, safe, TV with lots of channels, large and comfortable beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, cabinets, mirrors, large bathroom with excellent shower (cold, hot water), balcony, in General, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay! The hotel is very friendly staff! Among which there are Russian-speaking girl Faith, which always helps! Very nice hotel, brand new, fresh repair, a small number of rooms, so you won't suffer from a large number of campers, sometimes very noisy. Location next to Titos, but is in a side street, so that night quite calmly. Spacious rooms, big comfortable bed, closet, electronic safe, air conditioning with climate control, flat tv, filtered water for free. Wai fai in Café area is free of charge. Beach within 3-5 minutes on the way all sorts of cafés, restaurants, nightclubs, amazing confectionary, near night markets for a variety of rich and "Antiquities" cute little things, fruit market prices in 2 times cheaper than at the beach, you can buy there as well fresh shrimp or fish to ask cook at šeke, where you will relax for a surcharge, you can find taxi drivers, who know Russian good and agree to take on the same routes and excursions that truth will cost 2-4 times cheaper.

Excellent hotel, two minutes from the main street of Baga, all the entertainment to suit all tastes, bars, restaurants, shops, night clubs, you will never stay here alone! Hello everyone! Just returned from Goa, it was a stunning experience, this contrast can not be found anywhere, all the time you catch yourself thinking that reality is not real. These palm trees, cows, elephants, endless beaches, the smell of Indian spices, all superrr all. The hotel is tucked away near the busy street, the area is very well-kept and green, is located at the entrance to the reception, cafe, for which uyutnenky pool. The hotel seems recently rebuilt, but in a colonial style, all this blue and white, with massive balconies. Room is spacious enough with a huge carved bed, flat TV, refrigerator, safe in the closet, bathroom combined with a toilet with a beautiful mosaic plit, all very tastefully done. Clean room every day, if you leave the key at the reception. At the reception runs a Russian girl in the morning, so that trouble finding what you need is not present, it will give you all the answers. Breakfast is the usual, toast, butter, jam, scrambled or boiled eggs, tea, coffee, you can order additional dish. Very near 2 main streets Bаgа, so that in the evening you will not be bored, a lot of cafes, bars, night club, life there is always bubbling, beach nearby, but very crowded, I advise to go slightly to the right to the river, there is more room and more beautiful.

When will Goa ppl learn that Indians spend more money then the whites.

Advantages of the hotel:
1. Location relative to the sea and trade infrastructure and recreation Bugs.
2. A relatively new, good rooms, equipment and furniture is very bad. There are no problems with water supply.
3. The territory of the hotel are small but clean, green and well-groomed.
Cons: the hotel
1. Due to finding the hotel in the pedestrian zone not all taxis can drive directly to the hotel, you have to take this into account when coming to the hotel with lots of shopping.
2. There have been cases of power outage and it disconnected and air conditioning and tv, etc.
3. Most negative is a part of the staff is primarily seen in cleaning and maintenance of waiters at breakfast. In order that would have removed the table after previous tourists have to go to an administrator, otherwise the waiter or pretend that does not hear or didn't understand, or smahnet crumbs on you, but will not even really drips on the table.
But for me, the pros outweighed still location cons service.

Went together with my husband and 2 weeks paid along with the visa 84 t R. I think it VERY much. The hotel was reviews on the Internet. Hotel all satisfied rating through the roof. Yes hotel 3*, and in poor countries, type Vietnam, Thailand, Morocco. Vietnam hotel 3* chic, Breakfast — delicious. Always carefully choose a hotel, read reviews of real tourists. Don't want to scold hotel or the whole of a country, close to the realities that we met there for people to understand what they see. The hotel is small, one 3-storey building, a corridor system. Well it ws one of the "near by decent enough" hotels near the most happening place of North Goa. Hotel ws neat on day one obviously. Bt as the second day came. Rooms were obviously dirty. N THE MOST DISGUSTING thing was, the hotel staff refused to clean the rooms. Their service was pathetic. Worst ever rude staff I ever saw in Goa. Where other hotels owners were very much polite n had very gud hospitality. Plz dont go to this hotel. It looks gud, u cn prefer fr a single day. Bt if u r going fr more than 1 day, thn plz do not go to this place. Their service is very bad.
