Awesome place to stay good staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleaners, garderners, receptionists and waiters/kitchen staff, all of them A big HELLO to Martin in the restaurant! Great breakfast buffet. Nice rooms too. And green areas… Close to the beach.

There is a very dishonest sneaky receptionist called Maria.
I am disgusted that not only did she try to charge us 4000 rupees for an airport run which should be 1500 she tried to deny this to her manager saying it was for a late checkout that she quoted for, when my accommodation was paid fully until Tuesday 4th and my flight was 10pm on Monday 3rd!
She's a liar, she's very dishonest and unfortunately I feel it necessary to put this review on here because she's lied and insulted my intelligence
Stay well clear if you don't want to be ripped off and stolen from!

Great place. Near the beach. Good amount of private space. The rooms come with balcony which open to the lush green lawn. Away from traffic. Security is adequate. ATM and bars are walking distance away. The idea of kitchen in each rooms is a winner. Air conditioned, provides for fridge, dining table, couches, reclining chairs, ashtrays.

It is one of the resort with natural beauty having direct access to the beach. Peaceful homely surrounding. There are cottages with ground plus one floor with 6 rooms. Maintainance and service is good. European tourist prefer this resort. Service and food is excellent. Its located at a walking distance from famous Club Tito.

Stayed for one night, pool view room was nice. Breakfast was ok. Swimming Pool water was wierd. Eyes would burn. Had a funny taste. And they shut it down by 6pm which was way too early. Direct access to Baga beach. Walking distance to Baga night life, yet away from the noise and crowds and traffic.

Nice location, bang on Baga beach. Nice property. Rooms interiors could be scaled up and food definitely needs a lot of improvement.

Good beach access. Decent room with sit out balcony and large rooms with separate sofa space. But very disappointed with the pool, food, service and drinks. Small pool, no fountain or aeration for the water, too much chlorine, no shade, they don't serve drinks or food at the pool and ridiculous timing of 9 am to 6 pm. Really? They need to rethink their pool timings and take feedback from customers on food and drinks. Not coming back to this resort — if u can call it that.

Right on the beach. Small place to eat. In house restaurant has good food but slow service. Network is an issue inside the hotel! Walkable from Baga Deck.

Theft of over £700 from our safe in the room. The management handled this appallingly and would not accept there had been a theft. They denied the possibility was uncooperative and refused to d9 anything to help. We reported to the police and then had to leave Goa. We have today been contacted by another guest at the hotel, who is there now, following our review on Trip Advisor who has had a lot of money stolen from her room safe. She is being treated the same and management are refusing to accept there s a problem at this hotel. The manager has now been summoned to the police. The only advice we can give is AVOID AVOID AVOID this hotel at all costs. There is a crime network operating in the hotel to steal and lie and cover up. You have been warned. This incident occurred in March and April 2018.

This is a very Clean hotel, the hotel has very friendly staff, the hotel offers good food, it also has a very good good swimming pool, and also offers beach access to one of the corners of the famous Baga beach. Stay here if you want an acoomodation near to market area, which is also a quiet accommodation. All I need from a vacation is available here at this hotel. Genuinely Loved the stay here during my vacation trip to Goa.

Right on the beach, the location is amazing for access to beach and all the night markets. The place is based on Greek construction and has some great photogenic places. Rooms are clean.

Had a very enjoyable time having last stayed here 10 years ago. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Was disappointed with the first two rooms that we were offered but eventually they found us a lovely comfortable room that met our expectations. Would certainly recommend as a great place to stay and very good value for money.

The best and most classy hotel in North GOA, this hotel has 4 stars, to the beach 100 meters, the beach is called the Bagha, clean, not that in the candolome in which everyone buys vouchers, there dirty beach and hotels worse, as well as the distance from the hotels to the beach in the Candolome 500-600 meters is 1 line, here all the opposite, close to the beach, comfortable hotel, talking to the Russians watched the photo, someone in kalangute someone in the canton took the hotel, in general there sucks, we have already understood that we were advised really cool place, the street is better not Go out, here everywhere is a boom, terrible movement without rules, still recommend the club Cafe Tao, it with Russian speaking waiters and a good Russian choice, there are even dumplings, the prices of food and food are about the same as in Russia, unless compared with Lobster and shark, and so not a little cheaper, so if you eat well in a day for a person 1500 p it is necessary, the hotel really super RR!

Decent place. Don't miss the lovely veg biryani. Overall food was good and rooms neat. Near the sea.

Hotel location is excellent. Baga beach better than other beaches. Know the tide timings in advance, to enjoy going into the water with safety. Early morning walk is very pleasing. Water sports very good.

Great place to stay, French colony style accommodation, swimming pool, close to beach. Food not great.

This one is my all time favourite hotel in Goa. It is one of the very few on Calangute Baga stretch with direct access to the beach. Shacks are less than 100 mts from the property. Excellent staff and room service. Security is also excellent and available 24*7. The restaurant is very vibrant in the evenings with a variety of events every night. Nice swimming pools and other facilities. I have stayed here at least 6-7 times and will go back again.

Spacious rooms, proximity to beach, food joints and shopping. Service and food need improvement.

Only location is great one rest the service is pathetic too arrogant staff and too arrogant security staff staff has cheeks to say parking is at your own risk, security staff indulges in misbehaving and the Management is not concerned with the convenience of guest and if you are planning to drive down in your own car never ever think of being to this property you will be disappointed complete waste of money.

Nice place to stay very close to bags beach and a famous Titos night club. Hotel is cosy and has a old Portuguese styling, rooms tough could have been bigger instead. Over all lot positivity in the property.

Constantly through it went to the beach. Everything is clean and tidy. Between him and the Bug road is a great quiet street with normal Kpfeshkami.

Quiet and clean beach, for Calangute. Friendly staff. Clean. Kondicinery and fans work. There are mosquito nets on the windows. Large area. There are 2 swimming pools. Hotel English pensioners and Finns. There are few Russians.

It's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy. I stayed in room 192 for 2 days (4th and 5th February) I would like to list the major attractions/advantages of this hotel:
1. Beach : one part of the hotel ends at the Baga beach, Which is almost in the mid of Baga and Calangute beach. This gives access to the Shacks.
2. Room : Quiet clean and have nice balcony attached.
3. Pool: 3 swimming pools are available.
4. Food: Yummy delicious food with the combination of continental and Indian cuisine. Breakfast buffet is complimentary.
5. Entertainment : They organise for some events or cultural programs in evening for the guests.
6. Tourists : It is one of the main attraction for the foreign tourists. Could hardly find few Indian guests.
7. Staff : Quiet a friendly and co-operative staff to look for the needs of guests. Dheeraj, one of the staffs in restaurant department was helpful in providing the details related to food menu.
8. Easy access : This place was very near to the market and other happening places.

Nice place for resting, I stayed at Colonia Santa Maria Hotel (CSM). Stay at the hotel is very pleasant. View from the balcony is quite not well there were slum area. How Far from Beach? Its just so near, I could lift my wife on my shoulder from Hotel Room to the Calangute Beach. Overall nice experience, majorly guests are from non asian.

Very close to beach & shacks, Rather its closest a hotel can be in Goa. Approach road from Calangute is currently closed for major repair, consider alternative route, from Bbaga side. Good for family with kids as it has 2 pools, and one is with a kiddy pool. Rooms are good sized and clean. Response from staff is very quick.

Had a wonderful time. Rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. Sheets changed every other day and towels daily. Breakfast good selection and chef cooked either fried eggs or omelettes. Excellent karioke night which was a steak night. Booked to go next year. Highly recommend.

Near the baga beach. U would satisfied with staff service. The staff are very pleasant, the accommodation is clean and well serviced. The food is varied and reasonable in price. Breakfast could be more varied for clients who stay for some time. The rooms are all you need, lounge, bedroom, bathroom, dressing room, balcony with fans and air con. Pools, bar and restaurant. Included breakfast mix of Indian and Western very nice. Built on a private road with guards and close to lovely beach and many shops and restaurants.

Colonial style villas, extremely good location. Right in the heart of happening north Goa! Just 5 mins walk to the beach. Opt for breakfast only plan (anyway they don't offer all meal plan). There are plenty of options to eat out, either outside of the resort or at the beach shacks. Some of the villas at the end (towards the beach) are having rooms with weired layouts. And some of them near pool are having kitchen exhaust right in front of balcony. Avoid them. Wi-Fi is free but available only at the reception and restaurant. When I visited, it was pathetically slow, but may be a temporary issue.

Had a great two weeks here, it was my daughters birthday the management went out of their way with a present and a cake, lovely staff.

Enjoyed a lot got the pool side was a very good overall experience staying here.
