Nice place. Especially sea view luxury rooms are nice. Room service is also quick. Staff is polite and food is tasty.

Basic stay. Ok food. Bad network and Wi-Fi.

Guest house with greenery surrounding it. Very reasonable and affordable price in the Calangute area. Clean rooms with A/c and non A/c.

Property is in near to beach and but in very conjusted place, hotel parking is not available and you need to park your vehicle at beach side pay n park place. Apartment rooms are big and can accommodate 10 people easily, but toilet and bathroom is very very small and having no ventilation. Food is very costly any where at Arambol.

Best place in Goa to crash. You can come any time and go anytime there is no restriction. Owner is ffreindly. Beach is just jiffy away. Sufficient space for 3 people on double bed. Balcony view is great. Though new construction may hinder the view in future. Fridge and electric kettle is provided no charge for that. Overall very memorable experience.

Nice clean rooms, really helpful staff (thanks Rahul for helping us out with the SIM card, and everyone else for all the rest). The beach is down the lane, and nearby you can find all sorts of shops and restaurants.

Oh… Swati! Visited 2 times in 2017: January and December… they improved a lot! Great location (everything is just right there: market, beach, shops) service, rooms are comfortable. I felt like home :)

Very Bad Service, We paid for A/c room sea facing however A/c was not working at all, Fan also not working properly, there was no Hot water in bathroom, Informed Owner about the same but no action taken, Total waste of money.

Rooms are good and economy. There is one boiler and refrigerator in room, Which is good for small breakfast preparation like Maggie. But there is no dustbin in every room. And also drinking water facility is not available.

Good and economy place to stay. However the hotel is no more sea facing because the sea view is blocked by tress. Anyway its really close to the beach. The beach is hardly 2 minutes away.

Firstly the people running it and the staff are good, the place however could be far better managed.

Friendly staff, good rooms for the price of $. Breakfast $ 5.150 m. From the sea in the evening at the central street Bazaar, and the Beach Café with live music and dancing around a bonfire under trance music!

A place where u feel a homely environment. Very close to Arambol beach. A warmly welcomed to you not as a guest as a friend. Kudos Rahul Bhai. A complete Restaurant with food that's of your choice. Just visit you will enjoy at its fullest.
