Beautiful place Rohit visit.

Ambience is not good. Food is Terrible. We ordered black pomfret and it turned out to be a horrible mistake, later got to know that it wasn't pomfret but some other fish and moreover you can get the fish smell in veg items. The gravy of egg curry was more sweet than salty.

Affordable. A bit away from bustle of Goa city Allows pet. But the service needs improvement. The rooms and washrooms condition could also improve, but the price point justifies the condition of the place.

Still have regrets that we booked this hotel for goa trip. Found a big dead rat under bed on day one. Worst place to stay. Not maintained properly. Staff is arrogant. Will never recommend to anyone!

In India is not the first time, took a ticket taking into account that will be 3-4 days to find accommodation, but here more than 1 night to stay is not real, at night it is very cold and run rats on the roof and room! and so beautiful view of the lake, not expensive food, those who left the review below, do not bother you to sleep with rats? In general, if you are a Rat charmer and can sleep at zero temperature, recommend!

This are huts not well ventilated next to a dirty pond. The service is good.

The staff has no manners… The service is worst and they will argue each and every point and even if u ask for help or anything u don't know about Goa they will argue and make conversation pointless. If u don't stay on there conditions which were different than when we book the room and this person hemant start to threaten to refund the amount and start yelling. They don't want customer as they were speaking. Everything is good apart from staff my advice please be polite with your customer. Overall experience was not good.

Lovely place to sit and have a beer and staff are lovely didn't try the food.

Place is decent. Veg food is good. Wodden chairs and benches at the edge are too good for a sitout.

It is one of the nice place in arambol. Good hospilaty. Kind management. Excellent food.

This place is really love there are cottages and it's calm. The place is attached with a beach so every evening you can go there and enjoy the dinner. There's a bar even. Online booking will be better.

The best place in arambol must visit. Chill lake and beer.

Worst hospitality ever. Room were leaking. Ants falling from rooftop. Got a upgrade to another hotel. Hotel manager started shouting at us!

Would have put a zero star had I had the option pathetic place doesn't give bill in spite of asking everyday for the food and than bombs you an the last day with a huge amount. Owner is a pervert and try to be too friendly with women guest at every opportunity by praising them unnecessarily… not recommended for anyone… don't get decived by seeing in the family around… all illegally activity the owner does in broad day light and acts as it a family run business and what to throw weight every time keep saying it's a currents goa CM property and we don't care attitude… I repeat strictly not recommended and take it seriously or you will regrets finally about the rooms and quality the less said the better.

Friendly attitude, good kitchen, 5 min to the beach by bike. I had good time staying here for a week.

Staff behavior is not good, place us good but not that much since on the left side there is garbage.

A place like my dream house. Please go an visit this place u will never forget this place.

If ur budget is small then its a good place to stay. The goan peoples and the resort person are very friendly and it's usually very cheap. Try it it's a good view near arombal Beach.

I stayed here for three days in the month of February, and here's what I thought of the place. Positives : — 1. Cheap 2. Although it has a good view of a lake, if you wish to see lakes, you should be in Kerala — you come to Goa for it's beaches, and the beach is a good 20 min walk — through a road which is unlit in some areas — food for thought? 3. Food is good Negatives : — 1. Poor customer service — a. Asked for a soap on second day — he and his wife asked me to use the same soap for 3 days! (We're talking about a Rs. 5/ — Medimix hand soap) b. Asked for a shampoo and I got it only on the 3rd day c. Frog got into my bathroom and I had to wait almost an hour for someone to get it out 2. Frog problem — I kept everything closed — bathroom window, main door, main windows — but still frogs get into bathroom — this happened twice in 3 days — while frogs are not *scary*, they can be if they jumped on you in the shower 3. Ant problem — Couldn't sleep the last night because ants somehow got onto the bed and were biting like crazy (red ants) 4. Poor Lighting — I stayed in room no. 7 and there's no proper path to the room — it's dead dark and sometimes scary to walk at night — right by the lake. Even the bathroom had a Zero Watt bulb installed — means you can't shave at night! :) 5. Cleanliness — Although Bathroom was okay clean, the bed linen was dirty — Also, the room was not cleaned, nor was the linen changed for the 3 days I was there 6. No TV 7.

Like this place since childhood.

Grab a chilled pint, Order for some Goan fried fish, put on your shades, slumber on an armchair nearby and let the place do the rest for you…

Awesome Place, Very Quite and Calm place. The Staff and owner are very friendly n helping :-).

Very nice cheap place in Goa. Clean and quiet. Nice view on the lake on morning.
