This a place to stay in Goa which is near the beach. Pocket friendly for stays.

It's a little secluded. But I think it's okay. They said that the beach is 5-8 minute walk from here. As of now haven't checked that but it has decent rooms at a good enough price.

Worst location even worse staff, no services at all and as per their cadder very high priced go there if it is last hotel on planet earth: — (

No room services can be expected, guys working there are arrogant, minimum 1 hour to deliver a sandwich room, no dining area, 1 car can be parked that too is difficult if the rental bikes are parked, only good thing is Location.

During my hundreds of visits to resorts and hotels I have never come across such a rude staff in any hospitality industry. The guys work here carry such a rude attitude, they even do not carry your luggages from or to the car. And they are never helpful. Although I see this guys act so helpful infront of owner, but in his absence, they are extremely rude to you. Taken an hour to deliver the coffee by saying — time lagtha hai boss. If you are going with your wife or girlfriend, never chose this place… this is in a very remote place (i stayed far more remote places with ma girl but never felt so unsafe from the staff) with rude and scary attitude staff which scare you to leave your family at the room for time being… Never visit if you are expecting some hospitality. Else the location is all fine for the neat by late night parties. The owner needs to replace his boys…

It is one of the best hotel with clean and neat rooms. It is situated amidst nature. Place to relax from daily route life. Staff is cooperative.

Feels like a 4*, costs far less. The location is fantastic, a few meters away from one of the best restaurants (German Bakery), a short walk from the beach, the setting is inspiring, the mattresses are the best I have had in India. I booked 4 nights after visiting it and ended up staying 9.

D boutique hotel is about 5mins away from d main road, due to d kachha roads it'll feel way longer. If ur going during off season, it's kind of isolated. D hotel is well maintained, staff is very helpful. My only issue was d sound insulation, there is none. It was very annoying listening to bathroom sounds from d next bedroom. Very reasonably priced, though breakfast is not complementary, they have a working kitchen so u can order room service. We had bread-jam — butter and masala tea. It was decent.

Great rooms. Perfect for weekend getaway. No restaurant.

If they had kitchen that would have been great, rest a good place to be in.!

Extremely tranquil. Probably the only place where you can hear birds chirping while you are still in bed. Tastefully done up. Very clean rooms and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

First of all, it is away from all the noise n traffic so it is peaceful. Secondly, the service was too good, facilities was good. It is close to Anjuna beach — 10 mins walk — so could reach beach easily. With Wifi and well maintained rooms, it was a really good stay. Nice simple clean room with a nice environment in Anjuna. The staffs are very friendly. The hotel is really a good choice within budget. A banyan tree with a library underneath is a addition for some leisure time at the hotel.

Decent affordable stay in Goa. Just next to German Bakery. Rooms are clean. Garden is small but well maintained. All rooms have AC. No refrigerator in the rooms. Refrigerator available at the reception.

Nice place to stay. Feel so relaxed. Clean and neat place. Simple and attractive interiors for the roam. Anjuna beach is very near by.

The banyan soul is paradoxically both close to the popular Anjuna beach and quietly secluded. The hotel is beautiful with an outdoor library under a huge banyan tree which is lit by delightful lamps at night. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The interior of the rooms echo what I think is the spirit of the whole place: minimalistic, quaint, and comfortable. The owner, Sumit, is congenial, warm, and helpful. The staff arranged two-wheelers and a taxi for us readily. Also, Sumit's advice is excellent, whenever we followed it we were never disappointed. The Banyan Soul is a great choice if you want a comfortable and peaceful stay on a budget.
