Wonderful place… Calm, peaceful, clean and great service. Also has a great restaurant and clean swimming pool. Stayed for 4 days and everyday they clean the room, provide water. Near to fort, beaches.

Susan was very helpful and gave us some great tip for travel throughout India. Highly recommend as rooms are well priced, clean and tidy.

Neat and clean place. Spacious rooms and surrounding where kids and adults also can enjoy. Staff is very helpful. Great place to have fun with kids.

I love to go occasionally just to eat in the restaurant. They do the best burger in Goa, it's called the Goan thunderbolt burger, it's epic, I've tried all the burger places in Goa but none compare to here, the restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff are friendly and helpful, food is fast and competitively priced. You won't be dissatisfied…

It is quiet and calm place with very good host. If you want to be away from hustle bustle of north goa. And still want to be in north it is the place to be in. Their restaurant at pool side is cherry on the cake.

Did the Golden Triangle tour with my dad and his partner. Decided to start off in Goa for a few days recovery after the long flights. Hacienda was exactly what we needed. The grounds are lovely, with a puddle-blue pool lit up with fairy lights at night time, and an on-site restaurant serving a really good selection of spicy, local dishes as well as tummy-calming western food. I fell in love with both the Goan Breakfast and the maple-syrup pancakes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the owner, Susan, was extremely helpful in providing suggestions for places to eat and things to see. She organised taxis for us to do a Goan tour and a boat trip. There's also an excellent restaurant called Bean Me Up within walking distance of the hotel. An all-round lovely place — peaceful and calm.

Resort name may be changed to just perfect resort. Specious and very clean room. Excellent behaviour and attitude of staff. Strongly recommended.

Very poorly run with bad or no service. Zero understanding of hospitality industry. Owners attitude uncooperative. Red ants in the food! One guard to oversee everything at night. No room service after 9:30pm. Never to repeat experience!

If someone want peaceful and relaxing stay at Goa, This property have the best answer. Calm and lovely resort. Rooms are neat and clean with many supporting add on like microwave oven, fridge, hot water cattle, iron and iron board etc. Swimming pool is neat and clean. Wifi signals are great. As I am a pure veg foodie, I had not used restaurant as it has both veg and non veg food. Overall I can say, you will not lack any facility here. Mr. Thomas, I really really appreciate your maintaining. I will return with my family soon.

Very nice homely and hygienic place to stay. Well taken care by the owners. A very warm hospitality extended by the owners of the property. It doesn't give you a feel of commercial hotel but you will feel like home in this five star home villas. Well maintained by the team. I would love to stay ere every time on my visit to Goa.

I use this place not as a resort, but as a restaurant, the food is great, and competitively priced, there is pool here, and sometimes they allow outsiders to pay to use, the place is very classy, and not cheaply constructed.

Amazingly clean. Terrific attention to details. A villa type accommodation with few bedrooms and a common living room or lounge to drink and party in privacy will be an icing on the cake. Then you don't have to sit in someone's room.

This was our first trip to India, and we are at the Hacienda De Goa hard excited! The main people are, the entire staff — all are very friendly and accommodating, very helpful and always around our well-being endeavored. The whole complex is very well maintained, the rooms are very clean and the food is really recommendable. We got to travel recommendations, who run us tours organized beaches recommended etc And everything has always worked well — from the A-out/up to the Taxibestellen. We were over new year's eve there and were even with masquerades equipped, we have with us almost like family members felt. Really a TOP accommodation — at any time to recommend. If we again to Goa, we will be back for sure in the Hacienda De Goa stay! Thank you for the great time and best greetings to the whole Team!

The best place to chill out in north Goa. During hight seasonI, I come here every month.

My stay at Hacienda de Goa was definitely one of the highlights of a month-long trip around India. I was originally planning to stay for three days, but ended up staying 11 nights, and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The owners are genuine, kind, and extremely helpful — — my time in Goa wouldn't have been nearly as positive without their assistance and recommendations. Hacienda de Goa is a first-class operation, and the entire staff is to be commended — — I was always greeted with a smile, and everyone was genuinely concerned about my well-being (without being too intrusive or over the top, which is a delicate balance I've learned to appreciate tremendously when traveling abroad). The food in the restaurant was delicious and always perfectly prepared, not to mention the service was professional and outstanding. I look forward to returning to India with my family, and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Goa after the extremely positive experience I had at Hacienda de Goa.

Found this place on the web liked it, am extremely happy me and my wife Shruti chose this place for vacation at Goa. All credit to Uncle Thomas for maintaining it spic and span. My less than a year old daughter too liked it. And thanks uncle Thomas for arranging us the vehicle from time '0' till our stay. Looking forward to spending one more vacation at Goa sooner at Hacienda.

This resort is an ideal get away if you chose for a serene and quiet location. May be main Goa is about 45 minutes max from the resort but once you check in one doesn't really need to look back to the city as this place is totally self contained and offers a variety of amenities that can be chosen from. Rooms are tastefully done up, ambience is excellent, food-i would rate 8 out of 10 — and above all reasonable on the pocket. And to add to the excitement, the beach is just there.

This is one of the best place I have been to spend a vacation with my wife. This resort has all the amenities to ensure that you enjoy the stay with luxury, one of the best place to stay in north Goa. Very tranquil and serene place. Surrounded by lush greenery, you hear only the birds. One of the best restaurant, best pools etc. This is too good. I believe the rates are also very reasonable, good value for money.
