Wonderful hospitality good food clean rooms awesome experience.

Greater budget place. The owner are real chill. And the staff too.

Nice place to spend time with family. Feels like home. Neat and clean. But just one thing to improve. The breakfast. Pls make it tasty and next time we visit will rate 5* Sernabatim beach is close by. Peaceful and secluded.

Stayed there 1 week, staff very accommodating,. Basic light breakfast daily. Rented a scooter and drove to the beaches close by… quite place. Would stay again. Someday.

This is located in south Goa. Natural surroundings, quite place, spacious rooms, staff and manager are helpful. No mobile phone signals add an advantage to enjoy the scenery Goa. Colva beach, sernabatim beach and shopping all in walkable distance. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here sometimes. Only veg. Food is good. Smelly bathrooms. Better carry a room freshener spray with you. Rather than this everything becomes unforgettable experience.

I would love to go back — A delightful stay. We loved the rooms and it was clean. Staff here is very friendly. They even got me cake on my birthday. It was a great surprise. At first I was a little skeptical because it was my first time in Goa. But they made us feel safe and offered a great service. The best part is it's only 1 km away from two beautiful beaches Clova and benelium. Visit to Roger's restaurant at the benelium beach is a must.

This is a very nice n ambient guesthouse that will offer a chill place to enjoy. All the staff working here were always very polite, welcoming and genuinely interested in making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The guesthouse is located in a quite locality and you will get a good night sleep. 3 minutes walkin to Colva/ Benaulim beach with all the restaurants.

This is a smart and simple guesthouse that will offer a chill place to enjoy the local area at a convenient price. All the young gentlemen working here were always very polite, welcoming and enuinely interested in making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rate included breakfast, which you can choose from their menu (not a huge meal but perfect to get your day started). Wifi  and A/C worked well. There was no fridge in the room but they brought us one within 5 minutes from asking if they had a spare one.   The guesthouse is located in a quite street and you will get a good night sleep. 3 minutes drive to Benaulim beach with all the restaurants and beachshacks there.
