Resort is quite large and good. Hospitality is fine. Rooms are also big and comfortable. Food is not at all good over here. Vacra beach is clean. Not a private beach but will may give you feel for the same. Beach party was quite good but DJ was worst. Swimming pool is also clean and one can play small water games for which you can get stuffs from the counter. Overall peaceful stay.

Great location and perfect for an unwinding tropical vacation in Goa. The facilities are many to keep you occupied during your stay. What is not great is the service of the hotel staff. Being a five star property, their service and query turnaround time is extremely poor. For instance, we ordered our desserts post dinner in a 25/7 cafe in the hotel. There were other guests too but somehow the staff only managed to get the dessert after we decided to walk out after waiting for 35 mins. Since we had to go to the other side of the property we requested them to send the desserts to the room, which, never happened. Also we forgot our credit card in their fine dining restaurant which we brought to their notice the next day, but the staff never got back. Something so serious as this is taken very lightly by the hotel staff. Of course not to mention they were extremely particular to clear off the buffet breakfast at sharp 10.30 inspire in spite of a full seating capacity in the cafe. Not sure of recommending it to my family and friends.

It's a good hotel but the distance between the rooms to the pool, dinning area and beach is too far. U should opt for rooms on the ground floor near the pool. The building block in which the rooms are present. It's like maze game. I would prefer staying holiday inn over this place.

The resort had an vast property for walks and bicycle rides. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. The rooms had amazing decor and facilities which were of great help during our stay. We had a slight issue with another guest. When we brought it to the attention of the manager of the resort we were recompensed for our discomfort.

Zuri White Sands is a charming property nestled near Varca beach in South Goa. The location, landscaping of the greens and the sheer size of the property is exquisite. It is a place where there is something to do for everyone in a set of family. Private access to the beach is the best part about the place besides the beautiful pool. The only letdown was the quality of food here. I didn't enjoy the meals so much. They were just a tad bit above average.

We got a chance to stay at Zuri during one of our visits to Goa. The decision to stay here was totally worth it. The hotel offers grand entrance (which though becomes crowded sometimes). The hotel offers multiple places to Dine at and we found all of them to be good. The best part about the hotel is the swimming pool which stands as one of the best pools in the State. It is very beautiful, it is huge, and its depth is also convenient for people who may or may not know swimming. Behind the pool is a beautiful walk towards the Varca White Sand beach, which maybe considered semi private for this hotel. You get everything you expect from a beach here.

Good resorts beach is very clean. People can enjoy of this resort with family. All preparations are good. Family can enjoy of pool full day. Pool is very good.

Zuri White Sand is a five star hotel located on the one of the longest beach of Goa, that is the Varca beach. The hotel has its own spotless clean beach which is at a distance of 10 minutes from the page building, which goes through the nicely maintained gardens and the pools which are spread across the property. There are lots of playing option which includes tennis court, badminton and croquet courts. It also has its own casino and swimming pools. For food we have the Waterfall cafe in there. Rooms are clean and maintained daily, the room service is apt. A very nice place to visit if you are on a vacation.

Cool! The kitchen is European and the beach is good.

My stay was at Zuri was an absolute delite right from the check in to our last day everything was delightful. Since it was our anniversary they had been very thoughtful and upgraded our room and had a surprise cake in the room. The property on overall was very well maintained and clean. I absolutely loved the private beach at Zuri. I would definitely want to go back over there. The breakfast spread was quite huge and inviting with something for every taste bud.

It's an amazing place can go to this place as many a times. It's refreshing to be here. Staff is amazing and helpful. Have been there on personal trip as well as on official trip. It has amazing pools, lawns and private beach. There is Pool, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Cricket, beach volleyball, badminton, archery etc. This place keeps calling back.

We had a destination weeding for my daughter @ this place in GOA. Superb place. Friendly, professional & dedicated staff. Very clean. Food was tasty and spoiled for choice. No complaints. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended ✌

A lovely place to enjoy your stay at goa. A resort with spacious rooms, amicable staff, good food & an amazing beach of its own. The swimming pools, tennis court, banquet makes it a perfect place for a corporate off site… Prices are again on a higher side, but don't hesitate to negotiate about your money.

Good food, a great swimming pool, and well furnished rooms. The service provided is also exemplary. Finally, they do have a beautiful beach adjacent to the property.

The real luxury and beauty of south Goa right here at Zuri… the Resort has very large open space, Kids room, direct access to beach, really big fun pool, activites like archery, football, gym, spa, casino which will take care of your family vacations. Dinning options of three different restaurants with awesome food. Superb place to be.

Amazing property with an even better location. The beach is attached to the resort. Pool is designed in such a way that most of the rooms have a pool side view. Ideal for having a destination wedding!

It is one of the best and biggest properties in South Goa, and not to mention the prettiest. The rooms are spacious with balconies facing lush lawns and the cool pool. Restaurants are nice, specially the oriental "Sake". Resort has its own beach with white sands. And for those who can't enjoy the scenery enough, there's a casino too.

Based on ratings my expectations were high. Unfortunately the food was okay, service desk was pathetic. Seems like they wanted to just make money from customers. A cab to the airport was first quoted at 800 then 1200 and finally 1500. With 4 people and 4 bags they said 2200. Management needs to improve. Pool was good and the beach was clean.

This is the best resort I have ever been to. It offers great food, drinks (mini bar too), service. This property have a pool for kids too, there are numbers of restaurants here. Lawns are very big number of indoor and outdoor games they also have private beach area where water sports are also there and they have a gift shop inside the resort and much more to explore in the resort only must check in once in this 5 star property.

The place is just amazing. Over all property is very neat and clean. Rooms are specious. Bed size is too good. In a nutshell my experience was nice. As far as food is concerned, the spread of buffet is kind of not really great. Taste is average. But not bad though.

Property is good. Landscape is very good. Very good beach. Good kind staff. but food is very much bad. Over expensive. They charge more not worth it. I think all zuri chef has to be come to mumbai and eat, they understand what is teast. during my 4 night stay I didn't eat non veg. After we came to mumbai and eat at mumbai. i never suggest any busy to visit this property. I already mention all the things in hotel. Feedback form. please put some activities for below 10 year kids.

Horrible for a 5 star property… room r dated. Their definition of few things like garden facing room, al-a-carte certainly needs to be rebrushed… restaurant staff does not know what does the dishes mean on their menu… they seem to be redefining 5star standards to shock their guest. Certainly a must avoid property.

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything about the hotel was fantastic. I am one of those who like to criticise good things and if you want a flaw in anything about life, I am your guy but zuri, the white sands is the best hotel that I have stayed with, in Goa. FOOD Zuri offers a fantastic all encompasing buffet which consists of many cuisines and a particularly diverse number of options FOR Jain food. There were atleast 7 types of desserts everyday, mostly eggless. And atleast 2 live counters. what I really liked about zuri was that Non veg was kept separately, especially non veg live counters which were always kept in the outside verandah. PROPERTY AND STAY Though the resort is a bit isolated from the main road and crowd, it is a very beautiful property which offers a luxurious stay as well as a perfect castaway from all the city turmoil and noise that can be experienced at North Goa. The rooms are very spacious, the toiletries and essentials are daily replenished. The highlight of the hotel is its pool which is obviously is one of the best pool in India, though not an infinity pool, it is preety and huge with 4 overhead bridges, a poolside bar and a waterfall. MY EXPERIENCE the hotel offers vouchers for free meals and drinks at the restaurants, So you best avail the offers. We took a 3N/4D stay and stayed in at room 253 from 5-8 June. The beach is beautiful with white sand and a lagoon-pond which appears pretty cool in pictures.

Nothing more than a 3 star hotel! Highly overpriced compared to facilities offered. Pool is very good. Rooms are small. Bath room very small. In their welcome letter, they offered 20% discount on all restaurents. When bill came there was no discount &we had to make special request for discount. There are much better resorts like The Lalit, Taj, etc. Don't get misleaded by high rating given by some people. Probably they wouldn't have seen other resorts in Goa.

This is 3 star hotel at best, disguised as 5 star. Its in serious need of a revamp to be brought to international standards. However management is competent. The developers need to upgrade their infrastructure and retrain their staff in hygiene and cleanliness in room maintenance. I would have moved to another hotel and even considered leacing goa a day earlier, but this was just not cost effective. As an independent group Zuri needs to upgrade this facility to even warrant an international travellers requirements.

We had our new year holiday in this hotel, it was a very good experience! nice place, nice beach, and delicious food, actually some of them too spicy! all of people that working in this hotel, are kind and friendly, so we made some friends:at restaurant, Swati, Raj and Raju, in Maya Center, Dr Anoop, Ali and Rita. It was a good place for relaxing and enjoying.

Having gone through various hotel sites and speaking to the customer care, we zeroed down to Zuri mainly because of Mr. Kartikeya Guleria – Reservations Associate, who was very helpful. We stayed for 4D 3Ni. We checked in on 8th Mar 2016 and checked out on 11thMarch 2016. We enjoyed the stay in a very homely atmosphere. We arrived in the hotel in prepaid taxi from airport and was received ai front desk by Ms Ananya, who got done the check in formalities very fast and we were allotted R No 136, which was spacious and clean with access to a small pool. We were even offered welcome drink. Mr. Ganesh Front Office Manager came down to room after we entered, to check if room is ok in all respect. Even on the day we checked out, we were helped by Ms Leena who got us the Taxi for airport drop. The room was spacious and clean with access to a small pool. The room was nicely maintained by housekeeping staff particularly Mr Pawan who was very prompt in response. The Hotel is well spread out with more than 150 rooms, swimming pool, jogging track, huge number of lawns and is right on the beach. The main dining hall is quite big and best part is the breakfast spread. They lay Indian, continental and European cuisine. Staffs are very helpful and proactive. Mr. Debraj, F&B manager on duty was very helpful as my wife had lot of food/spice restrictions. Even Mr. Kush and Arjun were helpful in dining hall. Mr.

Returned from a wedding recently. Hotels not bad, no complaints really. Beach is nice and clean as are the grounds within the hotel. Pool is massive and plenty area to chill. Sunrise and sunset are nice to view. Best thing though is Micheals restaurant a couple of hundred yards outside the hotel, you'll see it on the way in. OMG the food is absolutely amazing. Fresh, tasty and the service from 1 of the waiters would teach a few here in the UK on how to treat customers. Honestly allow the hotel food as it's basic and pricey, go to this place and order the Chicken 65, pork chilly fry, prawns and garlic, tiger prawns, vege spring rolls, tandoori chicken, even the chips are epic! You can smell the fresh herbs, hear the crunch on the salad as its proper fresh! Yes it's cheap to eat there as well (2300rp for the above meal plus drinks and ice cream dessert) but even if it wasn't I would pay whatever on a good meal and service. 5 star for this place.

We stayed at the Zuri 3 years ago, we absolutely loved it. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We hope to go back soon.

Had the most wonderful & rememberable experience at Zuri White Sands Goa last Dec 15. The property is very beautiful but what really exceeded our expectation was the sincere & highly everlasting hospitality. The Chief Chef Mr Shimjit and his entire team took really good care of us. He made our holiday one of the most treasured & unforgettable experience. Our sincere thanks to him & his team for taking such a good care topped with personal touch :) … Happy New Year & best wishes to each staff member @ Zuri White Sands!

We were after a round trip of a few days in the Hotel for a swim. The staff was very friendly. The food varied and very tasty. A Hotel in which you might fill. We can recommend it.

Nice resort! We enjoyed a lot. New year bash was something different! superb Only thing was missing is games for kids. Day after new year celebration, evening must have some more programs Food was gud.

Everything is good no complaints.

Its like okay. They are not having a good transport system and no proper play rooms for teenager. Overall it was nice but some areas are weak and they hve to work on them.

Advise! very cool place! large well-kept area, nice rooms. Friendly staff. There is Russian guide in the hotel named Luxury-all tell and show, wonderful girl. The stay was a great success, I will miss this Paradise place.

Its the second time that I am visiting this hotel with family. Last time I came it was a radisson property. The hotel still retains its charm with the vast expanse of green lawn that stretch to the white sands of the varca beach. The pool is also nice. The spa was previously run by some authentic ayurveda family from Kerala and now its been directly operated by the hotel under maya spa. The therapies and spa experience had a more genuine and healing nature before, not seen in hotels. But now its just like any spa in a star hotel. The food is good. The buffet I remember previously was a tad better. But overall a fantastic getaway.

Pathetic resort! Stinky pillows. Stinky bed sheets. Air Conditioning works in some rooms only. The staff is extremely rude! DO NOT STAY HERE! Dont get happy with the pics uploaded on the website! Do not waste your money.

Very nice hotel, large area, rooms are wonderful. That's just the staff does not know Russian, though Russian is resting a lot.

Good rooms and excellent pool makes this a pretty good place to stay. The italian poolside restaurant is good, the buffet is decent. Their speciality restaurant SAKE which spealizes in Oriental cuisine is highly over rated.
