1. Water filter availability.
2. Continuous hot water for bathing.
3. Room service on demand.
4. Big rooms 1 RK so it was comfortable.
5. Good coffee and tea.
1. Like mentioned there should be availabilty of washing machine, key card access none of these were available… Also it is mentioned ATM available on site… which is not the case. It is atleast 1 km from the site.
2. Quality of cooking oil was not upto the mark which affected our health and because of which we had to order online food. No medical facilities / pharmacy nearby in case of emergency.
3. Not too many choices for lunch and dinner. No nearby restaurants atleast for 1.5 kms.
4. Hygiene was not up to the mark. (Hot water for drinking provided in morning for was full of oil and other unwashed particles from the container)
5. Commuting is a horror unless you own a vehicle or rent. There were no taxis or any rental options nearby. It is way costly to travel. They charge a minimum of Rs. 300 for hardly 2 kms of travel.
6. They goofed up initially… we had confirmed booking, email and everything still we were denied saying that accomodation is full… we showed the owner the confirmation email… after which she agreed… she was a nice lady though so we didnt mind the initial goof up. Also she apologized for the inconvinience caused.
7. The TV didnt have recharge and on asking we were told to recharge ourself and it was told whatever was the recharge price we would be paid.

Very bad experience. Owner is money minded and mean person. I had booked the place for 4 nights in December and had paid advance of 5000. I was travelling alone with 3 years old daughter and so had requested for early check in for which he had agreed and had asked to pay 1000 extra. To my surprise when I reached 6:30 in the morning the staff gave a dormitory type room which was not clean and the pathway to the washroom was blocked with extra matteress. When I asked the staff about the owner and the room he told me he will only come after 10am and the room will be given after 1pm. I was shocked as I was travelling with my toddler and luggage. I called the owner so many times but he didn't puck the call. I had to look for other place to stay and when I asked for refund he denied. I don't recommend any family to book this place. Very unsafe and unreliable.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Owner and his wife was such an nice person. Dio sir is very helpful person. He was treated me and my friends like his family. Such a nice staff and great service. Rooms are nice and clean. We are like to stay again in next trip.

Dio Guest house is much recommend for having stay because it's was really nice experience.

2. The rooms was having nice facility with fridge, TV, water purifier, Air conditioner.
3. Rooms was also having Cupboard.
4. Rooms was having balcony.
5. Guest house was having its own restaurant.
6. Restaurant is having reasonable rate for all kind of meal & food.
7. Room service is also good.
8. They also have pick up & Drop facility.
9. They also provide bike on rate at affordable price.
10. The owner is so kind hearted, supportive.
11. Restaurant food is delicious also they maintain hygien in restaurant.
12. They provide rooms at affordable rates comparable to others.
13. Guest house is very near by connected to beaches.
14. They have cash & UPI payment facility which make more easier for payment.

Very nice place to visit 5/5 ☀️

It's a awesome place to stay near utorda beach specially the food are quite good and reasonable too. Rooms are pretty clean well maintained. We stayed for one months and they (specially owner couples) treated us like family. I will surely recommend you to stay here.

The rooms are of very good quality. You can get to the beach very quickly through the back of the hotel. This is where a lot of people come from countries like Russia. Staff are very polite and cooperative. Food also tasty and the were served dinner after 11PM also as per our requirement.
