All the rooms have been newly upgraded all with AC. Food is the best on the beach. Weekly music nights and amazing staff.

This place is very beautiful front of beach owner & staff all are good and friendly.

Generous and clean rooms, excellent customer service and amazing location for a beachside accommodation which is centrally located to all other places. And fo try their Goan fish dishes :) Thank you Om Shanti crew for your love and care.

Great attention to their customers, friendly staff and good food, chicken tika is exceptional.

Lovely bar to relax in whilst enjoying the sea views and of course having a drink or two and tasty food survived by friendly staff.

Very good international cuisine. Tandoori Chicken Hummm. King Prawns Barbecue. Hummm. & Palak Breakdown. Are my Hits!
5 years I reserve the "101" for 3 weeks in March, it is the + expensive but the only one directly on the beach, in height, view Sublîme from morning to evening, included the Sunset.
I also find my love of Puma, the dog of the House, which leaves me more, my keeper!.
Note that this is not 1 hotel, but a Shack, which must be dismantled for the monsoon & reassembled for the season (Nov — May) as the whole beach of Patnem beach. Leased by the Government.

It's a basic goa beach shack. Do not expect much from the rooms or service. Good for people who want to laze on the beach as it is right at Patnem beach.

Amazing location but the service is equally bad. Can't be more worse. I was hoping to see some change from last year, but sadly it's equally worse. Now I have Google to report. Thank God.

Best and most welcoming place in goa. This is a paradise. The staff is so helpfull and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and even came back to stay here again. Thank you!

That's an amazing shack with room stays. It's on beach side and reasonably priced too. Plus they offer good food too.

Good rooms 20 yards from beach, very good food and very helpful staff.

Service is much better than Nirvana next door, and the food is fair, but you're best to take a wander around if its in high season and other places are open! Great staff, But watch you don't get ripped off on your bill ;)

Excellent place to stay with family and friends. Perfect location, great view and beach side restaurant. Food is good here. Hotel staffs are very supportive. This place offers one sea view cottage and some garden view cottage. We stayed there for a night and it was awesome and will definitely suggest to visit here.

Best place to live on budget. They offer beach huts to live and beach shacks to eat. This place is right on beach. Food is not amazing but good and bit heavy on pocket, but hey all the shacks are costly. I loved living here. If you are bored of calangute and Baga then definitely go to Patnem and Palolem.

Nice friendly staff, good food and very relaxing. A beautiful spot and a nice change of scenery for the day from Palolem beach. Short rickshaw ride or about a 45 minute walk around the coast from Palolem.

Absolutely beautiful and well maintained resort. Very friendly staff and well situated. Would definitely come back.
