Baring the location (2 mins walk from beach) everything is really great. Highly recommend specially for families.

Cosy and Comfy place, Super Clean and very large rooms, easily accommodate group of 4, Manager Sunil is very helpful and made us all arrangements as requested and they do arrange pickup drop from airport if informed in advance. Overall an excellent experience and recommend for anyone planning for a stay at South Goa.

Brilliant place. Loacted 20 meters from the beach. Clean rooms, courteous staff. And Sunil the owner is a very humble man and is very helpful. Definitely recommended.

I stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Its not a luxurious hotel, but the place is nice, quite and they provide really clean rooms. The staff here I also found nice. Property is stationed right between the palolem beach and main road. On the main road you will find restaurants, shops easily and thr beach is just 2 mins walk away.

Large, lovely rooms, very clean. Hot water at all times in the shower, a fridge to store leftovers and drinks, t. V. And a fold out futon/couch. My room was quiet, the a. C. Worked well, and the mattress was comfy. There is a nice porch with a couple of chairs overlooking the pretty courtyard shaded with palms. Only a short walk down a pathway to the beach and restaurants. Sunil and the rest of the staff are beyond helpful. I had a late train out the day I checked out, and they kindly let me store my bags and freshen up in the staff bathroom before I took a cab to the station. You can't get a better value than this place in Palolem.

Extremely welcoming and assisting staff in any way, the location is only a few meters from the ocean and beautiful covered with palm trees and green as far as the eye reaches. Definitely a place to return.

The Best Choice for Palolem. Huge clean rooms and comfortable mattress with a good AC and has a kettle for hot water and complimentary milk and coffee sachets. Just 20 steps to beach and 50 steps to the main market street. On the beach yet serene. Just loved the place. Staff are exemplary. Worth vacation in the lovely paradise of a beach and cutest hotel on it. Thank you for all the help Sunil. Will remember this for a long time.

A hidden paradise on palolem beach, will be back again :-)

Everything is great except that the road leading to the hotel from beach is through someone else's road who is not very happy about others using his road. He kind of threatend the hotel staff about it in front of us.

Bang on the beach. Big spacious rooms. Attentive staff. Big plus is that the property is pet friendly. The most clean and well kept property in entire South Goa. Wi-Fi offered is pretty decent as well. Highly recommended in palolem.
