As it is near to bus stand, one can easily access basic needs. Coming to hotel, it's awesome. Good room with satisfied facility. Tidy rooms and good service.

Really Good Hotel. Loved my stay there… There is an ATM, alcohol outlet and pharmacy near by.

Good location, just opposite to ktc margoa. Neat n clean rooms but tidy. Food was delicious.

Spacious rooms and good service. Situated in front of KTC bus stand, madgao this hotel provide easy acess to railway station.

Rooms are clean. But room service is poor. Rates are too high in dining. Complementary breakfast is Ok. Lift and reception area are a bit cozy. Would be preferable if getting deal below Rs. 2K.

No doubt hotel's hospitality is satisfactory, right from welcoming guests to room services and facilities. But there's this third party that they recommend you when asked for vehicles on rent. This guy's name is Santosh, he is damn rude with the customers and also the vehicle he provided to us were not checked and serviced before giving.

Good place right in front of Kadamba bus stand, Margo (Madgaon). Place is clean and provide all the comfort which is expected. We had taken morning breakfast offer and it was good decision. Food quality was nice. Couple friendly.

There is no lack of any need. Every kind of facility was fulfilled in proper and well mannered way!

A very good hotel in margao where you'll definitely find a room. The staff is very courteous. The breakfast is complimentary, and the dining area is rooftop. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner is really good. We had visited with our family, and on request, they readily prepared custom fish for us. Food is a little expensive, but tasty and satisfactory. The rooms are equipped with TV, coffee and tea sets, mini bar (only in some rooms), dressing mirror, cabinet, and an AC. The bathrooms are clean with proper bath fittings. The room service is quick and clean. Linen is OK, like any above average place. The hotel is right opposite to the kadamba bus stand. So it is easy to get to any part of goa, easily. Plus, there's a wine shop, a guitar shop, and many small eateries in the building and around this place. Safety wise, it is safe for families and couples. A little on the expensive side, though.

Clean rooms. Good staff… Good hospitality and service. Good food. No safe lockers in the room… But we enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again…

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY! the rooms are much larger than you'd imagine and large barrooms too. The is in the heart of the city and has a 24hr coffee shop too, probably the only one in the state of Goa. The rooms and linen were very clean and I would highly recommend you stay here if in Margao.

The Sapphire Comfort Hotel, located at Margao Goa, is one of the finest hotel in budget. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff is also very helpful. There is free Wi-Fi available here. Morning breakfast is complimentary and the food is also very good. The food is very tasty and worth the amount, the kitchen is open till 11pm. Cafe is open 24 hrs. My stay was very awesome and I would like to stay here again.

I have stayed here during Oct 2017. Very good hotel and Manager is very helpful. Tell him yoyr needs or problem and he will solve it. A wine shop in the ground floor makes this hotel a very good option for business travellers.

One of the best place to stay in Goa. Staffs are very helpful and too good wit the Guests. From the time I reserved my room till I check out the hotel staff Sachin helped me a lot. Rooms and very clean and neatly arranged, 24 hours hot water as promised. Breakfast was also very good.

Rooms are great. Staff service is above average. The place has a 24/7 cafe at the ground floor, next to the entrance which is a nice add on. Food served here is awesome. But it takes about 20-25 minutes for them to deliver, which is mentioned in the menu & it is understandable. The bus stand is very close to the hotel. It is very convenient to travel to & fro Madgaon Station or the Airport.

It's Near the Margaon Buss Depo. & Service will be Good & Room Quality… it's well Better to another Hotel's…

It's a business class hotel which is right opposite to Margao Bus Stand & It's probably the best location you can find in Margao to stay & I'm saying this because 1. The best possible connectivity in the city: Opposite to the main bus stand makes it an unique place as you'll find the buses to travel anywhere in the state. Interstate buses also start from here, making it a great option. Private Cabs, Yellow Black Cabs/ Ric, Self Hire Car's & Bikes are just available outside the property. 2. Very Close to restaurants like KFC, Pizza hut, Domino's Pizza & the hotel itself has a very famous restaurant named Tavir on the 6th floor & it's a real nice place to be for dinner & get along with the live music. 3. The Sapphire Comfort Hotel also has a Coffee Shop & it's the only coffee shop which is open 24x7 in the city. 4. Inox is the nearest theater hotel has at a walk-able distance of 3 to 4 minutes. 5. Hotel is the closest to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium, Fatorda, where famous football & cricket international & National leagues are played. Outside the stadium running tracks & swimming pool are open for the general public & can be utilized for jogging, swimming etc. I hope the above info is helpful to make up your decision.

Staff is polite, room is also good, but Wi-Fi service given by them dont reach upto room 308, ac not upto mark. Stay of morning 10 to evening 7 in one day trip costed me 2800rs including tax… Expensive.

Great experience of european service in Goa! Really comfortable room made with attention to details (towels, Wi-Fi, AC, water and tea). Nice, helpful and flexible stuff. There is also quite good coffee shop in the ground floor. It was a pleasure to stay!
