Very nice and beautiful place to stay… So very neat and well decorated rooms you will feel better than home… Speciality his bulbul. Beware of her she talks very sweet but bites very hard… Great place to stay in pure goan style… Owner is so down to earth and helping hand… They love to help u any point of time… Will. It's awesome place in Goa and does have kitchenette with all items. Also rooms are spacious and cozy.

This was the best accommodation I have had in India so far. Austin and his family make you feel like you're really in a homestay. Everything is top clean and well maintained.

It was simply excellent. Such a clean and tidy guest house. Very close to the beach and airport. We would definitely like to be here in our next trip to Goa.

A decent place to hangout and relax. The food is good and the whole setting at the end of the road along the beach is perfect. They play decent music which sits well with the mood, there's karaoke as well… All in all, a place you can't miss if you're at Bogmalo beach.

This property is located in a quite part of Goa surrounded by coconut tree plantation and close to the beach. This place is great if you have a private vehicle as access to supermarkets and pharmacy are almost 5-6km away. There is a bus every 15-20 min connecting to the national highway.
