As I attended one professional meeting, it's not possible to write about room services etc. But location wise it is very good and well accessible. Needs good parking space. Staffs are nice and friendly.

Just giving generous 2 stars for Good rooms and OK service. Apart from that food terrible. Very high cost compared to service, room amenities offer and food quality. They have few more properties, and I herd from people that other properties are good, but I really doubt it now. I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. It was totally unpleasant experience. Again I would like to make notice of terrible poor quality and taste of food. Complimentary breakfast is seriously poor. I would strongly suggest to find other hotel which would be definitely better than this one.

An old favourite of Siliguri. Food is decent but not excellent. Old world ambience. Service is excellent. Good for a quiet get together.

From outside hotel was good … I have visited there for meeting purpose only… So I have not seen from inside totally but how much I have seen was fine.

I believe what they say about this being the best hotel in the area, but the bar may be low — I've encountered several issues. My room has significant water damage on the outer wall, there is old mildew on the baseboards, the bathroom fan is not sealed against outside mosquitos, the bedroom fan appears to be simply punched through the drywall, and sometimes there is a faint urine smell. But it's got a flush toilet, is fairly clean, the food is fine, and the room Wi-Fi works fairly well. Be advised that they will demand full payment at the time of your reservation, not at checkout, and seem inflexible about itinerary changes. Good luck!

Premier Room — The most comfortable and addictive hotel where you will feel to relax more in peace. Staff service is good but can improve a lot more. Rooms are clean and big. Well maintained you wont find any flaws in the room… I m Going to make this my all right fav staying destination in Siliguri.

A good place to be either alone or family. All amenities are present. Good food and equally good service. Recommend to others also.

Decent hotel located near Darjeeling More… Room size is competitively small and prices on higher side… Buffet layout in mrng is okay… Rooms are clean and hygenic… Hotel staff is courteous… An average hotel.

Been a regular at this place for ages. Good for social gatherings and corporate and casual sittings. Food and wine has been consistent in quality and taste ever since we've been visiting. No complaints as such. Could do with a little more life and acitivities. Enough and more competetive hotels are coming up.

One of the best property to visit in Siliguri, with pool gym, bar and spa facility, very nice ambiance, nice interiors, very close to famous city centre mall, perfect place for family and office party but Rooms are small and 14KM from airport and 7 KM From NJP railway station.

A very nice, clean and a very comfortable hotel. The food is excellent, especially their Chinese food. The honey chicken is excellent. The staff of the hotel is very courteous, very friendly and very helpful. I would like to recommend this hotel to people.

Location is lovely, but needs maintainance. Spa was closed when I visited. They have a bird watching tower and the property is spread over large area. The options in vegetarian food is pretty limited.

The place is really nice and we'll kept. The food here is really good along with the service. Definitely a 4 star experience. The staff is is decent and the food tastes good which includes starter, main course and dessert. However, options in desert could've been better. One thing I really liked is the ambience there. A friend and I stayed here on our last couple of days in India and had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious, the pool is wonderful, the gym is very useful, and the rooms themselves are so comfortable. I am incredibly thankful we chose to stay at Sinclair's, it was a great end to our awesome journey!

Go for a pool side dinner with your date, and you won't keep wanting more than that. Blissful.

This hotel has been here for quite a long time and has evolved with the change in times. It is still considered to be one of the frontline hotels in siliguri. From outside it doesn't have a very good visual appeal. But dont judge it by its appearance, its a good place to spend a few days in. The rooms are good, a very good resteaurant and they have also got a pool so if you ever visit siliguri. You can stay here.

One stop for people who believe more in luxury and sophistication than pastoral inclinations. If you want to satisfy your taste-buds along with a well-groomed service, then this is definitely the hub for you in Siliguri.
