This is a beautiful and a huge property. With pet friendly private villas and the most exciting part is the private pool 😍❤️ We had a great stay there. The walks on the serene Ganges shore is the ultimate 💙

It's a very beautiful place. Anyone can go for two or three days with ur family,, Frnds … All facilities are very good.

We stayed at Raichak on Ganges. 9th — 12th March’22. Winter months. If you wish to use the Infinity Pool avoid hard winter. The ambience and amenities are awesome. Concierge, Dining Room Staff, Room service (cleanship) very caring and helpful. The food is awesome. Varied and the quantity served is very generous. They cater to individual requirements and the service is prompt. They have a Bengali Specialty Restaurant. Now serving thali lunch, on weekends. A very delicious B’Fast buffet (Continental/ South Indian) is wholesome. With a lot of seasonal fruits. For lunch/dinner. Room service too is available. The cuisine is commendable. A very pleasant stay. Highly recommended. Mrs. Guha Salt Lake. The rest of the meals can also be.

Damp room toilets are old fashioned. Low maintenance rather no maintenance at all. Food not upto the mark at all.

Nice place to stay here having all amenities which is located in the river side. Food is not top class as compare to other star hotels. Although it has 3 specialized restaurants i. E Bengali oriental & continental. Hotel tariff is higher side but you can opt special discount they offer occasionally.

Went to this place for coffee after a fabulous get together with my classmates in a nearby Bungalow. Excellent service. Great ambience. Superbly maintained property. Will surely plan to spend a weekend here.

Really great place to visit but u have to be prepared if u r going by your to stay there. I mean groceries and everyday stuff is not very easily available. Going during the weekend is real fun. With friends or family. Scenic beauty is real nice and very clean.

Large areas, most of the areas are air-conditioned however the AC is either switched off or maybe kept off for the time being. Not maintained properly. The swimming pool has grains in sand at the base. The washrooms at the public areas are dirty. The swimming pool lockers are dirty. You can see a lot of historical artifacts displayed. The indoor games too was nice. Outdoor games were there however the staff required to conduct the same was not available. Food was great. This was a saving grace. Most of the furniture was rickey. Staff was courteous. L Looks like the management is having difficult in bearing the expense if such a nice property. The children play zone is also in shambles. You can see large fishes in the pond.

Awesome place, amazing environment. A must visit for everyone. Great location and surrounding, superb architecture, well maintained interiors and exteriors, amazing staffs and their hospitality literally made our special day a memorable one. Will definitely recommend friends and family to visit this place at least once in their life time. They serve amazing food. Just loved each moment of our stay there and already planning to visit once more. This time for bit longer. If you r getting it around 4K to 5k, Nothing like it.

No doubt excellent property Just next to the Ganges taken up a huge area and different zone for different kind of accommodation and recreation. A lot of facilities available from hosting events to a weekend Getaway or just spend some leisure time. Some adventure activities like zipline kayaking boating water roller and other facilities like this are also available. Swimming pool in the game it's a complete package.

Beautiful located just on bank of River. But far away from kolkata. Roads are dreadfully congested in some places. Approach road to resort is full of pool size potholes. Resort is beautiful with lots of indoor gaming facility but ac is present at restaurants and rooms only. Lobby is non ac hence waiting there is a pain. Food is excellent Behaviour of staffs are courteous.

Beautiful property situated bang on the banks of river Hooghly. One can while away hours just seeing barges and cargo ships passing by. Food was also pretty interesting. Staff is very cooperative. Perfect place to host a wedding or a weekend getaway.

A beautiful place to spend a weekend. Spread across a vast expanse of land and overlooking the Ganges it provides a view you cannot afford to miss. A number of exquisite delights are served. The swimming pools are also top class. A number of facilities are provided such as spa, indoor games room and a separate liquor counter. It is ideal for short holidays or celebrations. The management is also very cooperative and helpful in this regard.

Situated very close to bank of Ganges… The Ffort Raichak is Ambuja property built in a theme of ancient fort… it's roughly 1000 acre property… there are numerous private bungalows there within the property… coming to the rooms it's 8000 per night which includes all meals starting from breakfast to the dinner… rooms are well decorated and one can enjoy the scenic beauty of the Ganges from the balcony…

A humungous and astonishingly beautiful fort turned hotel which defines the true meaning of royalty. If you are visiting Raichak, then you cannot afford to miss this place. The restaurant offers a plethora of options. The sandwich which I had for breakfast was simply mouth-watering. Do visit here, on your next trip to Raichak and do not miss the gigantic Chess Board located inside the fort.

Only a 2-hour drive from Calcutta, it's a must-visit place if anyone's looking for a weekend getaway! The ambience is a combination of the Old and the New, giving off the British era vibes. Kids will love this place too! The infinity pool is a bonus for all!

One of the most beautiful place to spend the holidays. Food quality is too good. Seafty n security is good. Good for children too. Here you can enjoy the test of a old fort. Obviously parking is there.

Nice weekend get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Location is very serene. Multiple restaurants are available inside the compound to suite different tastes. Ideal place for budget destination wedding.

The F&B team in this resort is brilliant. The resort has got some lovely spots for relaxing (and taking selfies :) ) only issue is the maintenance… I know its a huge complex but guests will expect the taps to not wobble and ceilings damp free.

Wonderful place. Approach road from Calcutta is real bad and congested. Excellent service. Courtesy at best. I had left myexpensive cell phone in the yard by mistake. The staff immediately found it and returned me. Rarest of rare example of such people.

It's an amazing place to rejuvenate yourself if someone wants a break from the City life. A nice resort just on the banks of the river Ganges. Perfect for winter picnics. Even for weekend getaways if someone doesn't want to travel that far.

Nice place to find peace … The resort and gardens are good in Winters … The food is good. The Ganges look great. If you have poetic imagination the place is just wonderful to write few lines and stories. I found it a wonderful place to spent few days there.

Full name is False Fort at Raichak. Nice decorative fort place situated at Raichak BESIDE Hooghly River. So many games park are there swimming pools for boarder indoor and outdoor activities in the false fort also available. Very good and many more multi cuisines are also available there. You may book room through website. Very costly. You may also go there for visit boating and eating which is chargeable for outsiders.

A very beautiful place with good surroundings and environment. Fresh air in the morning with infinity pool and cycling facilities helps to forget all your problems. A decent bar with good music is also available (footloose). Very helpful staffs.

This place is an awesome place for a holiday. The place is well built. The atmosphere is super awesome. It has got many facilities. They have their own tour vehicles for a tour of their own place! Also they provide cycles to use. Their rooms are very good. Very clean and sanitized. The food are super delicious and hygienic. The staffs are also very good and well behaved.

Very high priced resort. Service is ok but food is too expensive. Had a 2 night stay with friends. I felt and don't think it's required to spend so much to see a river and get a ferry ride. You can do that on Howrah also. I didn't feel the staff are that professional especially in the restaurant's. Overall an average experience. If you need to spend so much for a weekend getaway then why not visit states of Sikkim, Meghalaya or visit Darjeeling. If you want to spend time inside all the time and see the dirty river nearby then a must visit!

Every time a visit to this place is filled with wonder. With the things to do and the amazing food. The facilities here are great. Service is amazing. Although with the years paging by the place does show signs of wear and tear nonetheless a great place for weekend getaway.

This place is a good option for a weekend getaway with family and friends. You get facilities like swimming pool, a restaurant serving buffet, spa services, good scenic beauty. Ideal for business outings or meetings as it has a decent conference room and other facilities. If you are planning to have booze, then please opt for taking a villa and get your own booze. There is a bar in the place but its pretty costly. A pint of beer can cost you close to ₹400. The villa's here are pretty good.

Lovely place for unwinding and relaxing for a day or two. The 4 star property is very beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are also well maintained, though small in size. Visiting the nearby Ganga Kutir and having a sumptuous lunch at Sonar Tori was absolute delight. The view is serene & wonderful… the boat trip was also worth it. We had a fantastic experience last month … We spent one night & enjoyed the pool, the scenic beauty & good food. Fantastic friendly staff and great room service also enriched our experience. Strongly recommend for family stay.

Awesome ambiance. Best quality of service and food. Its not easy to maintain 64acres of area which is so clean and one must need to stay for 02nights to enjoy at the fullest.

The hotel is really nice. We had opted for a day outing package worth 1600 per person. We had access to the games and pool along with buffet lunch. One can enjoy the tranquillity and peaceful surroundings with a pint if beer. Its just a 2hr drive from the chaotic city of kolkata.

A resort that is fairly good but has lost its glory over the years. The golf carts used for transporting are now dis-functional and the place is becoming rusty very gradually. Yet I won't push you away from visiting this place, you will enjoy it.
