The hotel is good for a 3 star. Has clean rooms, services are good. Polite and professional staff. Plus point it's near by Airport. Room price per night is reasonable.

The hotel is wonderful. The lift service were awesome. The rooms are well decorated and very pleasant to stay. The interior design of the bathroom was wonderdul. Above all there you can any type of facilities and services at the tip of your hand.

Rooms are very good in terms of cleanliness and food is also good… its worth staying at Viceroy.

Stayed here on an overnight stay, very handy for the airport if a little plane noise, nice room, comfy bed and nice breakfast.

Very good hotel, tasty food, courteous staff. There was just one problem-the bathroom was too too small. We were there for just 2 nights, so it was ok. I would like to make a special mention of waiters, Tanay Ghosh and Ranjith Bhunik and Captain Subhashish Roy who were very friendly, caring and made us feel so comfortable. Subhashish even apologised when I could not take the lemon corriander soup which was too peppery. Very good buffet breakfast, we were confused with the choices. :-)

Checkins should be made fast. Guest arrive tired and to keep them waiting after check in time also is bad. Otherwise rooms are good and service in fine.

It is a moderately standard hotel close to Calcutta airport. Food is up to the mark. No bar is there. Conference rooms are available for business meet. Good for family accomodation. Parking slot is there but not covered by structure.

Rooms are good and quiet. Try to get a room at the back side. If front, then have to deal with the noise of traffic and endless competition of blowing horns. Room service is 24 hours. Food is good and reasonable. The hotel does not have a bar so if you want to have booze, you can bring it from outside of ask any restaurant staff to bring it for you ;)

Nice hotel. Nice ambience. Excellent service from staff. One can easily notice this hotel from a moving vehicle. They also take food orders. Overall a nice hotel.

Hotel is fine but expected staff to be more cordial. My booking clearly mentioned I opted for a double bed. But the guy at reception desk argued for a while saying I did not opt, and so he gave me a twin bed. When you are paying 4k for spending a single night, you expect it to be comfortable for you and your spouse. The staff was not once motivated to accept that they faltered in reading booking details, and made it very clear wasn't going to compensate in anyway to make up for a mistake.

The service is awful. Anything you ask for takes lot of time to be serviced. They do not have laundry facility and delivery happens after midnight. If you have to check out early morning then you cannot sleep early till laundry is delivered. Value for money is Zero. Not worth paying 4200 + tax for one night. Will never stay here in future.

It was a new hotel so the rooms were fine. It's near to the airport however an odd location to find a single taxi.

5th Floor could not sleep whole night as my was was road facing and heavy traffic all the time. But food was good.

Location, staff, facilities are ok… buffet breakfast could have been much better.

It's a decent hotel with big rooms and features new upholstery. Staff is friendly n cooperative, food is good and plenty to choose from a la carte Menu. Usp is its near airport (10 mins) and plenty of local transport available to move around the city along with famous eating joints at walking distance.

Location is its best part of this hotel. 3 quality services along with a great food quality. You can have a great time there. Room service is pretty good. Its very close to airport and salt lake. Fully air conditioned and all time water available.

Service is very poor. Charge is very high, complimentary breakfast is very bad, there is no room service available at after 9.30 p. M. Advice not to stay in this hotel.
