Very nice hotel. But beware of snakes. You get snakes in your room but it's payable. Not free. Even if you not touched them although time of check out they can tell you one item missing from snakes. It's my personal experience. As a hotel room and compare to facilities I can say its really it's very good.

I have very poor experience with this hotel. I have booked a room via goibibo where it was not mention that they didnt accept local ids I went there at 4th march already done my booking and payment done to goibibo while visited there they didn't accept the local ids and behaviour of the manager was so rude they told us to manage the whole thing with treebo because there marketing was totally done by treebo. While the discussion with them they didnt gave us any positive response and still we have mailed to them wvwn to goibibo also. Still now I didnt get my refund and even didnt get the service.

Most worst hotel I have ever seen. There is now proper dining hall. Even they provide a parking lot as a dining spelace beside open road. Not adequate stuff for the service. I had seen only 3 stuff all together to manage everything. Very poor food, wost room service. Dirty bedsheets and towels. Smell bad everywhere even in the room. AC doest work properly. I had been there for 3 nights. Worst. Think thrice before book in this hotel. It's the most 3rd call hotel in kolkata.

Good hotel with nice deluxe room. Cozy atmosphere. Staffs are well behaved. Only issue the eating area is non AC and open from road side which compels to rate less.

Hotel staffs were nice. Cleanliness was there. Hotel rooms were nice. All in all hotel was good including locality of the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights; Rooms are clean. Hotel is located near the Bypass Dhaba. Was bit disappointed with the in-room service (particularly laundry service, as not in-house). Rest the Stay was Good.

Rooms are neat and clean and service is good. Except, For a couple we asked for a double room but as that room is not clean they gave as twinsharing. They promised to change the room on next day of 3day stay. But never changed. And the guy on breakfast bar is not polite and don't have patience to serve guests.

Very very Small Rooms. Staff is just there but not really attentive. Breakfast is only veg which is not mentioned while booking. Too many insects in the room. Limited breakfast menu. Loose jam which was not at looking healthy n hygienic. 2 guests in one room and they offer only 1 water bottle complimentary every day. Didn't order anything in the room as was not sure about food quality. AC is good. Mattress are super soft so if you like hard mattress it's not the place for you.

A quiet and decent place to stay. Very easily accessible. Near to bypass Dhaba. The transportation choices are great too. Easy availability of Uber an Ola, also. The bus stand is near by. The receptionist is helpful. A good budget business hotel. The kitchen has only vegetarian options, so does the breakfast menu.

The rooms are indeed very beautiful, nicely decorated. The stuff people are also very good indeed. Overall much affordable.

I love this hotel. Hotel was neat and clean. It is near to lake so it has mosquito problem. But hotel people keep using mosquito killer n all. Price is reasonable. I loved my stay there.

A very good place to stay. This is in new Kolkata. A bit far form Kolkata New Market near to Science City.

Good hotel. Near and clean. Staff was good and friendly. Near bypass which makes it easier to travel near by location.

Good hotel, great value for money. The people are helpful and the location's proximity to places also helps. I will rate it out of 5, 4.5 for hospitality, 4.5 for location, 3 for ambience and 5 for value of money.

Poor. Worst services. Value for money:Nil. In-house laundry not available. Breakfast quality: poor.

Location was good. Price reasonable. Neat and clean. Compensatory breakfast. Except it's restaurant. Only veg's.
