Dear Sir/Madam I have been a loyal member of your hotel and have always appreciated the excellent customer service you offer. Yet a recent unpleasant experience at your hotel has shaken my belief in your ability to provide top notch customer care all the time.
I had gone to Stadel on 14th May 2019 for enrolling my daughter for swimming. Miss Titli was the concerned person attending me. When I was filling the required cheque she asked me to fill 17th May on the date side of the cheque although I asked her that my daughter would like to join immediately. Next day when I called at statdel to enquire if the cheque was cleared and could my daughter start using the pool Miss Titli tells me you cannot join before 17th May as you were the one to give me the cheque with date already written. When I told her that why are you lying to me as you only asked me to put that date on cheque, and why are you harassing me for such minor date issue. In return what she said to me was unbelievable she said I do not have manners to talk more over she threatens me that my words were on record whereas she was the one shouting on me and talking to me rudely. This is not the first time I have been Stadel and I am writing to encourage you to improve your customer service as I don’t want this situation to ruin my positive impressions about your hotel. If this is the kind of service loyal customers receive, I can only imagine how worse it can get in the case of others. I just hope that these problems shall be solved prior to my next visit.
