Good food with bit high price, neat & clean, odd communication, own car required, peaceful. Overall good experience. Worth of money if you visit as a guest.

A nice resort. You can enjoy a relaxing weekend. Or you can come in a group and have a blast. Activities are available but limited. Main attraction is the pool.

Swimming Pool is a great place to chill with friends. Plus all sorts of indoor games are available. Snooker is chargable @Rs50. Food is great. Poolside refreshments are a little expensive.

Away from d busy chaos of city life, this place is serene and beautiful. The road to the resort is a small lane lined by trees on both d tracks and never fails to charm me. Had been to dis place a couple of times for conference purpose and it was a good experience. Staffs and also good and courteous.

This property is very well build and have all the basic facilities. But, there is zero maintenance of the property. Some of the area looks like horror bungalow, lift hardly works. It's very dirty, you can find drinks bottle thrown here & there, rooms are dirty. There is literally no house keeping service. No intercom phone in rooms. The management does no maintenance and has spoiled these old property. Toilet flush don't work. No geyser in some of the rooms. It's a nightmare…

Nice resort. A bit away from the city to have a weekend relaxation. The resort is quite spacious with options to have long walks and play indoor games. Quite a large parking space. Swimming pool is quite clean and has facilities for both swimmers and non-swimmers (adult and children). Nice room located in the new block and the food is quite tasty which feels homemade. Coming to the negatives. The AC in the room was not powerful enough to cool and almost took an hour to make us comfortable. Also there is no provision for any Intercom so its quite difficult to coordinate with the reception and room service. Would definitely give a try again and expect service to be more satisfactory.

A good resort, situated fat from mail city of Howrah at Kona express way. It's a huge location sufficient enough to accomodate at least 10 events at a time with all standard aminities. Need renovation in some places otherwise it a good location to chill.

The club has lost its charm. On the outside it looks great. I went there for a meeting and one of the conference halls was booked. It seemed that bedsheets were being used as curtain. Also, every hour or half an hour, a person had to come and spray the room with a room spray because of some weird smell in the conference room. A few rooms were booked for colleagues who wanted to stay overnight. As described by them, the rooms were full of cockroaches and other insects. Overall maintenance is not good for this club. The basic facilities should at least be improved.

Property at a convenient location, but not maintained well. Rooms are not up to the expectations. They have a big swimming pool. That is well maintained. The food quality is so so. Parking space is big. The sports rooms need to be refurbished with modern amenities.

Horrible Place, I Will Never Recommend This To Anyone Who Is Concerned About Hygiene And Good Service. Rooms Are Tacky And Reception Is Not At Co-operative In Nature. They Have Their Own Principles And Ethics Regarding Hospitality And Management. Which Generally Not Seem From Planet Earth.

Does not deserve a single star if it claims to be a luxury resort. The rooms are dimly lit. Unclean. Shabby. Electricals and electronics are age old. Swimming pool water not clean. No rescue team beside the pool. Food quality below expectation. Would suggest to leave the property post sunset as the roads are very shabby and also scantily lit. Do not waste time and money by visiting here.

A great place to stay for weekend, spend time, it has got swimming pool, luxurious rooms, great environment and very refreshing place. They organise birthday parties, marriage ceremony, business parties and lot more. Their arrangements are awesome. The quality of food available here is quite disappointing, the food is not that tasty and a bit oily. Though some selected dishes are good and tasty. If you are planning to stay or book for parties, I would suggest to do here.

Good place for a family get together. There are rooms for staying, arrangements for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is good. Enough space for playing (includes a badminton court). Also has a pool. Overall a nice place to spend a weekend!

It is a good place for arranging functions, Family get together, Reunion… And provided halls are very good maintained, All halls have AC… Overall good.

A beautiful resort located just ahead of santragachi. Huge area. Huge conference rooms and banquet halls. Nice place for a weekend retreat or a fancy wedding party.

Had been here for quite a few office parties. Location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Good place for arranging a wedding ceremony but the management is lil bit inefficient and the quality of food is mediocre. Otherwise its a good place for having dinner with your family. It has 2 restaurants and the member of the club can enjoy the swimming pool.

Beautiful! This lake land country club is shining from outside… all the big rooms. But see the reality inside the building. It is really dirty. See the stairs. Water is leaking. Smelling in the bathrooms. No proper settings to conduct workshop. Lights in the room will give more strain on your eyes. Very difficult to read. Their staff all are well dressed. And expert in talking and attract clients by giving nice message to spoil your money. Please think twice before taking decision to come here. We arranged 4days workshop. Many partner organisations participated… simply we decided not to come here in future again and create mass awareness by sharing. Even share this things to everyone.

Yeah it is not a hotel but a Good place and very big compound where we can walk freely and can have relax time with the family and friends. It has Pool / Snoccer tables, swimming pool but because of large compound — we gets confused to find our rooms. Also almost all the rooms are in the need of maintanence badly — AC remote not working, TV set is too old and remote not working, no enough and good quality blankets during winter. Staffs not so much friendly and informative. But tastes of the food was really good — according to me.

Looks great, but maintainence inside rooms. Soaring AC, Issue with hot water. Dirty balcony. If maintained well, great place to spend for two days.

This is not even a hotel. It's just a club for regular club activities. They supposed to have a residency but that is very ill maintained and worthless. Rooms are stincking all the and this place does not have any soul to it. Restaurant is the only good thing here although it's overpriced.

Nice place quiet atmosphere. But not much amnesties for time pass. Swimming pool is there.

Please keep out of this place. The officials over here will try to convince you with all the facilities you may enjoy once you become a member of this club. But, after paying a hefty amount you will understand that everything told you is not at all true. They will just twist all the clauses as per their desire, and you will finally feel helpless and blame your fate for investing on such a fraud place. Mere cheaters!

Great resort on the outskirts of the city Kolkata. Great for 1-day outing.

Great place near to Kolkata, Ample Parking, courteous staff. The swimming pool was pleasantly clean, however the boys and girls locker we dirty. Floor was not wiped, Good food options. Locker facility available.

Large area. Very nice place for parties, celebrations away from the crowded city. Natural ambience but lack of cleanliness. Staffs are helpful.

Had a marriage reception here… The place is good for a grand party. Rooms are also cosy and secluded… Overall a good place for a party, bachelor party. Etc.

Worst place ever is seen. Management is very bad they even don't ask for water for new guest. Very dirty no less maintenance by resort team. Food not so good. Ignore this place.

Good place for a short outing or celebrations. Banquet halls cleanliness should improve and hospitality offered by the staff there should improve.

Cozy place. Good place for all kinds of accommodation. Had a good experience here. Beautiful pools and free breakfast for all costumers.

Lovely place. Spaceous and has a lovely pool. Unfortunately the staff, especially​ the receptionist​ is terrible. Totally unhelpful.

Worst experience ever. For corporate exposure, never suggest any single company to select such venue. Right from keeping promise, offering service and most importantly amenities. 1. Worst quality food. 2. Third class service offered. 3. Big big words and commitments been given like package can be reduced to minimum amount then worst service will be served. 4. Never buy drinks from counter there, they will cheat you in quantity. 5. Food and service third class.

Awesome hotel… spacious rooms. Comfortabality at its best… a very nice view otuside the window. And the most important thing "quick service"… overall its a great place to stay…

Worst worst worst hotel ever… such a bad experience that I had to checkout from the hotel in 1 hours time… such a smelly rooms… even the door locks were not there… ppl were working outside the room… no intercom facility. No Wi-Fi. Never saw such a bad hotel. And very unsafe place. Worst. I wish I was having option to give minus stars…

The area is spread over few acres. Property is very good. Main problem is, this place is situated too far from the city. Resulting unavailability of public transport, longer waiting time for cabs. Access road is also not properly maintained.
