Excellent service and best rooms…

I am very disappointed in the service we received. We were staying at the hotel due to a family wedding from 28 June to 5 July. We decided to keep a second room for the newlywed groom and bride. The manager was aware that the wedding was on Saturday night. We came to the hotel early hours Sunday morning. Renovation work and banging started at 8.30am that morning and it was the same until we left a few days later. Had I have been informed that this would happen I would not have kept the room as it was a waste of money. The couple left the room at 9 and went back home to sleep When I complained to the manager he informed me "these things happen". Also, the couple checked out early and another person was given the room before the expected check out time. In a hotel where people are paying a lot of money to be able to rest, you do not expect to be woken by severe banging at early hours. Also the remote for the ac was not for the ac unit in the room. I informed but nothing was done. I am very disappointed in the service that I received this time round. We have used this hotel 4 times before.

I went to this hotel to do a survey I was doing during my summer break. At first, the manager refused to speak and directed a staff member to talk to me. Alright! I started talking with the staff who had just begun answering my questions. Now, the manager interrupted saying he doesn't have time for things like this even though he was just sitting and relaxing. The tone in which he spoke was rude. I respect the fact that everyone might not be able to afford time to these things but there's a minimum level of courtesy one should maintain. I left the place dejected. My experience with the manager was very bad. Won't comment on their services though.

The hotel entrance is good. It is awesome. Neat and clean. Friendly Receptionist.

One of the best budget hotel! The hotel stuff are very polite and helpful. Very close to new market. I booked through Oyo rooms. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was ok. If you are looking for budget option this is your place.

15 minutes from the Howrah Railway Station, this hotel is located at walkable distance from Yoga-Yog Bhawan and Metro Station as well. Rooms are good for overnight stays. It falls in a Muslim dominated area so expect the sounds of Azaan from nearby mosques. Washrooms need a little upgrades. AC, Geyser and a mini refrigerator was available in the room that I stayed in.

Nice hospitable people and clean and tidy room. But pretty scattered layout including a room on top of a terrace needing a flight of stairs. No restaurant either although they advertised via OYO app. Pictures can be misleading and I experienced first hand. Old property, so it can be understood to an extent.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Its is a fantastic hotel with friendly staffs. Amazing hospitality indeed. Provides luxurious rooms at a reasonable rate. The bedroom was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future :)
