A hotel in Kolkata. People over there were very nice and friendly. But rooms weren't comfortable that much. But it's cheap as well.

Best location and great hotel very pleasant stay even there staff.

Clean amd specious rooms. But a bit high rate for such facilities. Bathroom is clean but should have modern ventilation. AC is very old and poor. Otherwise room is very neat and clean. And room service is good.

The management is cheater. Last 3 years I stayed here two times and face the same cheating. They gave us bad Room, disconnected Wi-Fi after few hours use. Bad toilet, bad air conditioning.

The rooms are good. The price is little bit higher. But the behaviour of most of the staffs are not up to the mark. I think they should give some basic training to deal with the guests. Please do not order food from their restaurants. The quality of food I have experienced is poor.

Everything is well arrange. Interiors are classic. Nice rooms… Food can be improved✌️

Only one person in this whole hotel was well behaved, except him every single person was downright rude. Food was okay, room was clean.

Nice place only issue is the limit on Wi-Fi connection which is not good for a business Traveller.

A sad and hopeless hotel. Horrible in every which way. The location is excellent but its just the location. Rest all is bad. Dont get fooled by internet and pictures. They are all fake. The rooms are horribly small and untidy. The street is one way and extremely jammed up. There are way better options near by. Make sure u save your money but not chosing this one. They need to spend money and refurbish the hotel to get back in the race.

Very bad experience. Hotel staffs are not friendly at all. Very rough and commercial behavior. I am a traveller and stayed in lots of hotels. But this was worst hotel in my experience so far. Will not stay again and also will not recommend to anyone.

The hotel is not that good as it seems. Stayed here for 1 night a year ago. Unfriendly manager and staffs. Was charged for cold drinks in the freeze, although I had not used the small freeze of the room (they were found opened as they said. ) And I had not even touched the refrigerator. Irresponsible service.

Just checked in this morning. Its hygienic and safe, especially if you are a woman or staying with family. Don't forget to bargain though! ☺

Worst staff and management. Receptionist was rude and the staffs always asks for tips and while leaving also they shouted for tips. Would not recommend going there at all.

Very poor hospitality from the receptionist. otherwise not a bad hotel. Reasonably priced, but don't forget to haggle. Works with most things in India. It is well placed, just couple of minutes walk from New Market.

I spent from June 20th to June 25th in this hotel with my family. I am really happy with the service of the hotel. The staffs are really helpful.

New hotel in the heart of the city just nearby of Park Street on Mirza Galib Street which also known as Free School Street, opposite of Armenian College, Rooms were owsm and interior is also good as staff.

Room is so nice n clean bathroom is also clean n a good size. Wi-Fi is wrkng in good speed. I booked frm mmt app n I got best value deal. Service is quick staff r very clean n gentle friendly n most imprt thng the reception desk guys r vry supported n Good guys got all the facilities in room which de mention. Just 5/10 min walk distance for park street road n metro station area is well standard. … thnk u mmt … choice blindly guys if u vist kolkata u ll definitely gona like da hotel … ☆☆☆☆
