Good clean room and washroom with Geaser. Bad mattress and pillows with ok linen. Don't opt for 4th floor as lot of sound of blower etc. Good services with prompt reassurance. Food is good and economic!

We have book hotel from online. Overall it was ok bt some emplyoee was there they did not know how to talk with client. They did not even come and clean the room we have to say them then they will come. Bathroom hand shower was not working we have said 3 times but theh did not come to see. First morning they had given the newspaper bt 2nd day they did not give the newspaper. Even we have to pay for one lemon also if we will ask then. Oherwise it was ok.

Really nice Place to stay with very co-operative staff. Value for Money.

Amazing stay with hotel saad from 18/03/18 to 21/03/18. Excellent decorated hotel with well mannered staff & the quality of food is superb. If you want to say in one word about hotel saad " Fantastic" is the appropriet word. Thanks Hotel Saad.

Situated in a remote location… Family friendly with neat and clean rooms… hotel manager and staff's were very supportive and helpful… My kids enjoyed a lot.

Service is good, there is lift, clean room BUT the rooms are short and in hotel restaurant is horrible.

Affordable stay but not in a good locality. In fact on the verge of a slum area. Our friend had booked the rooms for us and hence we did not complain. Linen wasn't cleaned in few of the rooms. Otherwise service was quick and guys at the reception were very helpful in guidance of the city. Has a small Restaurant and B/F is complimentary.

Good hotel, but need to make rooms more good + need to improve services of their staff + 100% need to improve front desk people because they are not so friendly.

Experience was overall very good… Rooms were little bit small but well maintained and cosy, clean beds, toilets are also clean, Near from Science City, Park circus railway station, Breakfast was good, room service is not upto mark, but well ok.

A budget hotel near to market place. Room size are small but clean. The surrounding area of the hotel is a bit dingy. Hotel staff are cooperative and breakfast menu does not have much option to choose from.

It is a cheap hotel and the rooms and bathrooms reflect that. But having said that the rooms were clean, well maintained and great value for money. Bathroom was clean with good shower pressure. Dining hall food was high quality.

We stayed only one night at hotel Saad but really enjoyed it there. The staff is super friendly and offers excellent service. Rooms aren't huge but more than sufficient and clean and we had a fan and an ac. And finally the breakfast was delicious!

Worst hotel ever visited in my life… hotel itself is in a bad location… corridor and rooms smell badly. there is some industry located back side of the hotel and vvvv bad smell flows through the room when we open the windows for fresh air. The smells stinks even from the bed sheets they provide… recently checked-in to that worst hotel n had a bad experience… upto my knowledge rating this hotel is also waste of time n they say its a 3-star hotel but we cant find anything worth full… when it comes to food better opt going out some where else because the quality the maintain is not good and costly too… (compared to their service, quality…)

I had couple of experiences staying at Hotel Saad, my stay was above expectation, nice spacious rooms, cleanliness well maintained, very friendly staff, a true supreme hospitality enjoyed and credit must be given to the staff and importantly hotel is near from all important Kolkata city landmarks. I strongly recommend to my friends and relatives.
