It is a 3 star hotel and that's why it gets a three star. The room service is fine. However I believe the price is too high. The complementary breakfast is good. The location is somewhere in between good and bad. It's close to the new market but also close to slums. The rooms are ok. The staffs are good.

It's a nice and decent hotel. Room service is excellent and the food is really tasty and hygienic. Plus the breakfast buffet is amazing. If you are in Kolkata, just stay in this hotel and you'll love it.

A neat & clean hotel. Satisfying desk staffs as well as the room services. But I'd not recomend this to the budget stayers. It's a little bit over budget. If you're free enough to pull your budget a little high I'm sure you're not gonna regret. It's a total PAISA VASOOL.
