Best hotel and best services.

I went with my friends for the first time in this hotel and I love it … its fabulous rajokio room. Fabulous staff. Delicious food quality. All the item have there. I am totally love it. My mind there all time. I will go there for one night soon… every one can go such a fabulous hotel. Best hotel at this place … sooooooo good staff. They behave with guest like friend …

Although it is situated around the center of the city, the hotel itself is situated very deep inside the city. Taxis and grabs cannot usually recognise the hotel or the road for drop off. The taxis or autos aren't easily available around the hotel, and grab cars can be called with specific details about the location. The staffs seemed unfriendly and inhospitable. The rooms are rather small. No decent food place around the hotel. All in all, it was a little scary to reach the hotel at night from airport, and at every drop offs. However, we faced no incidents ourselves. Nonetheless, if there is low budget involved, considering the hotel is in the city center, it is suitable for those not worried about the above issues.

Nice budget hotel & good service & location too.

The Hotel is located at a good place with the nearest metro station about 500m from it. The rooms may be a bit small but are clean and tidy. The staff are also well mannered.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed, not only cleanliness, their service was super good. They changed our bedsheets, towels daily; cleaned the room and bathroom daily. Location very convenient, metro station and major eateries like Balwant Singh's dhaba are just a walk away. You will get your Uber, Ola in just 2mins. Highly recommended.

Its a nice hotel. Staff were good and cooperative, rooms were decent. Location of hotel was also good. Food served in dinner was nice keeping in view its cost. Over all Value for money hotel. Would recommend for hotel stay under Rs. 2500/-

Rooms are small. Breakfast is not so good. Room service and food quality are very good. Cost of food are very affordable.

We booked 1 Room for 3 Adults and 1 Child. When we checked iat midnight we found the room is too small to accommodate all of us. Room have smell, looks like the Blanket was not properly maintained. We have changed the room in night itself. The Breakfast was not so good. Narrow passage. Photo looks nice but the standred is only for budget hotel.

This hotel is located at centre area and little bit far from main road area around 290 meter. Good room condition. AC room with good quality bed and mattress. Reasonable food rate. Good staff but everyone will ask for tip as everywhere it's demanded. Good stay with good feeling.

Rooms are good but bit small. Walkable to Victoria and many places. Easy access to Metro.

U might thnk that the pics that they show on booking sites are 80% fake. But no. Not for this hotel. Its really a well decorated hotel. Good ambience. Rooms are lil small perfect for a couple.

Such an unprofessional staff. We booked a room online & when we reached there they kept us waiting for more than 15 mins. In the reception area, made us fill in some papers & then told us they don't have a room & have to shift us to another property! They called a taxi & it was merely a 2 min. Distance for which they charged us 56 rupees! And the second hotel made us fill-in all the papers all over again! Not only that, the room was dirty, tiny & cockroaches were all over the place! They just conned us & this hotel is never ever recommended.

Very courteous and helpful staff Have courtesy guest fresh up room available after check out — very useful for travellers that need catch their transport very late evening. Can recommend — clean and quiet room.

Good place to stay. Nice and clean. Only issue was with the water served. There were two Mineral water bottles present, however not sealed. On inquiring they mentioned it is RO water served and not mineral water and on request would serve the same. And would be chargeable.

Hotel esteem is a very nice place to organise any social gatherings. They have parking spaces, rooms are nice, service is pretty good. The hotel is located at very communicative place.

Great hotel and location is also good. The area is quite and there is no rush outside. Ideal place to stay. There is a perfect balance between the price and the service.

An average hotel — We stayed in Deluxe Room for 4 days, Room was very small, congested, gloomy not spacious, feels like people trapped in a dungeon. As soon as we entered the room found the pillow cover not clean, there were cob webs on the corner of the walls, dust on the gaps of designer walls, on wardrobe. The kettle was dusty, TV and AC remote didn't had back flap, battery was exposed. Window AC was down on toddlers reachable level, the vents was broken, which had a fear of shock as I had my 19month old toddler with me so had to make sure he doesn't touch it. I didn't had option to look for other hotel or else would had changed it instantly. When asked for change of room we were denied as the hotel was packed due to Mumbai guests who were in Kolkata to attend a wedding. On my check in day, I had to wait for 1hr 30 minutes in guest room as all the rooms were full and they were arranging for shifting my family in their other hotel in Park Street for a day. The only thing good was the shifting arrangement for a day but it hampered my time and plan for that day. Staff were very slow, the person who took food order had no customer service skills. The day we checked in to the hotel we had to call en number of times to ask them to clean the room. We liked the food of the hotel unlike all the bad experience. Hotel needs to upgrade on their service and hospitality plus management of guests.

If booked via Oyo or other online services, you might be charged more. Room service : 4/5 Decent & smart if you ignore the receptionist girl.

Good hotel. Nice staff. Everything fine, excluding one. Ask for drinking water, they forget to deliver. You have to ask again.

Professional management and staff, good location 10 mins walk from Rabindra Sadan Metro. My room was a bit small but bathroom was very spacious. Good food, though slightly expensive. I did not have an Indian cellphone no. So they would call the Ola every time for me. Overall, quite positive experience during my stay of 19 days. Laundry service needs to be better though.

Worst service experienced ao far: 1: I booked room by OYO. And it was like they have changed the room. The room was very small. No refrigerator, locker, iron. Not even tea-kettle. And the price for 1 night was around 4500 bucks. 2: The girl at the reception was rude and kinda frustrated. But the guys in afternoon were atleast good to handle with. 3: The ceiling was dripping because of rain in many parts of hotel. 4: During our stay, there was a theft-incident by staff in a room. He admitted the act. 5: I travelled with my parents, Even for water you need to call room-service multiple time, And even after that only 1 bottle for 3 people. No common sense at all. 6: There were spots on towel. The only good thing for which I gave 1 star was location of hotel. Many tourist places are in vicinity. As a genuine reviewer I would suggest you to go at this hotel when you have only road to stay overnight.

It's full of with worst people. They never want to help customers and they are only money minded. Worst reception people with worst nature but room service staff were good. Hope not to see those people never again.

Good Hotel. Staff behave are really good. There room service and restaurant service are also good. But sometime they take too much time to delivery drinking water.

Rooms are clean, well-maintained although rooms are small. Rooms are also warmly decorated with high speed Internet Connection and LED TV. Room service is offered by 24×7. Good neat and clean large bathroom. Stuffs are very polite and helpful. Have very good service. Netaji Bhawan metro station is nearby one. It's more or less 2KMs away from Victoria Memorial Hall. Near any public transit. It can be easily accessible by cabs. Overall one should have good experience. Surely it is Value for Money.

3 star standard. Well maintain. Good spot for tourism & business. They have one more hotel name "great western" very small hotel but cleaned. But location is excellent. Safe & good for night life.
