Good n clean family hotel, but less on service and assist…

Very poor and delayed service. Reached the restaurant at 8:40 pm. Was served the food at 10:10pm. Very pathetic.

Gud banquet food is very nice and hotel management and staff is very nice.

Awesome hotel for stay with family and office job. It's very near to Topsia more just opposite to Porse car showroom. Perfect business hotel with good Amman ties. Room are specious with French windows. Unique designs of keeping dress and materials keeping. Restrurent and food quality very good but only veg manu avl. Quality and quality is very good. Liquor is also avl.

Stayed here for a couple of days on a relatives' recommendation. The property is decent with well-made rooms but needs a little attention to details like wires carelessly hanging around the TV. The breakfast was basic and fine. The staff at the reception could, however, be more professional and well informed.

This place is a new construction the rooms were really clean and comfortable. Staff was very understanding and helpful, they are always ready to help you. Bar and restaurant is also excellent. The best part which I liked was that the restaurant is vegetarian and they really had wonderful dishes I loved masala papad with drinks.

Decent facilities but the management had an AC outage which they kept lying about — eventually ended up vacating the room at 2 in the morning with no respite. Avoid this spot.

Everything was fine. Food was not upto the mark… for mineral water bottle of MRP 20. They charged 60 rs + GST 18% extra… total 71 rs. This is something indigestible… Modiji hotelier are looting us… seriously… GST on MRP… how much tax person paying again nd again…

It is a nice hotel with wonderful interiors … Can't say much about the service coz I was there just to attend a family function but I must say that the food was awesome nd the arrangements too …

Interior was very nice, but service was very poor. Our sheets weren't clean, they changed when we complained. Manager never bothered to call to say sorry. We booked two single bed but were given one bed instead. Internet was so so slow. After staying there for three nights, the front desk staff did not even say thanks after taking the payment, when we were leaving. Wasn't too happy with the service.

The ambience of the place is really really good and it has nice furniture to take beautiful selfies with. Also the taste of the food is really good and I would recommend everyone to check to place out!

Hotel is maintaining in a very professional way all the staff are well trained and polite and even gm mr somnath personally enquiring and ensuring how guests are experiencing about the hospitality provided by the staff I appreciate personally the management for hiring such a huge hospitality professional I wish in future Barsana brand will spread to other states also.

Hi guys, thought it would be good if you all are aware of what and how these fraudulent restaurants loot us.
A family get together of about 20 was organised by us in the newly opened BARSANA — Boutique Hotel (EM Bypass)
They humbugd us by making a false bill as they thought we would ignore it due to the big amount of people and food ordered.
Apart from this the GM Mr. Somnath's behaviour was rude enough. Other staff members threatened us to make the restaurant vacant by 9:30 p…m when the invitation was given for 7pm, their reason being that they had other bookings.
It was 10pm and we were the only ones.
All bookings were made 20 days ago. I thought it would be good to share this as others do not face the same. Please SHARE.
