Best lovely peaceful place to stay. For food need to wait 30 minutes. But it’s okay considering the room & facilities. Pool is well maintained. Thanks Madam viva & team. 👍👍💐💐

The hotel, it's interior, ambience, food, everything sounds great except for the ATTACHED BAR that has been placed at a point which is a hindrance to the residents of this locality. The customers going out of the BAR are seen loitering on the roads and obstructing the walk way and even the drive through roads adjacent to it thereby turning into an obstacle for the public as such. It would be much better if the management could look into this and act appropriately.

We stayed for seeing Theyyam. Rooms were comfortable and very spacious. 24x7 reception desk and courteous staff. Restaurant serves very tasty and fresh food even though food service takes long time.
Highly recommended for any airport stay or for any other reason.

We conducted my daughter’s engagement function at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and supportive right from the beginning. The food was very good and the room service was excellent. Parking facilities were convenient and the dining area was well maintained. The hall and seating arrangements were well organized and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful place for family functions and celebrations.

Hotel property is new, neat and clean. However there is room for improvement in the accessories that are provided in the room. Staff is very helpful and I would say a big thank you to them for making our stay enjoyable. Food is also good.

We have a pleasant experience with mandarin sky and this is our second visit. But there are lot more things that they can do to improve the quality.
1. Use a good room refresher to improve the ambience.
2. Before boarding a guest to room, make sure rooms are properly cleaned. But the ladies who cleaned rooms after we raised concerns, was excellent.
3. Bed sheets should be white, not yellow,
4. Uniforms should be white, not yellow.
5. At the restaurant, play music, instead of some worst movies, which is really pathetic for a family to watch with kids. Staffs should be aware of these things.
6. Front ground area of the restaurant should be cleaned properly.

Bar is well maintained & neat clean. Well behaved staff and providing nice service. Beef dry fry is must try item here. Huge parking available. All kinds of payment mode available here.

Mandarin Sky is located near chalode provate bus stand. A good hotel with good atmosphere clean and large room. The checkin and chekout process was so smooth. The staffs are so polite and friendly. The room has large size with large king bed along with table, chair, sofa, and smart tv. They provide electric kettle. Bathroom has 24 hours hot water, along with dental kit, shaving kit, soap, shapoo and hair dryer etc. They have resturent. I mostly liked there veg thali meals it was so super. I recemmend this hotel to everyone.

Hai the rooms was good. But the behaviour of Mr Suresh the GM was rood and he has no idea about how to talk with customer, very bad experience with Mr Suresh. Several multinational company manager and executive stayed with my reference. Today when I went with a manager of reputed company. He asked very rudely I presume he drunken. He talked in very rude manner and faced very bad experience with him. I request the owner of the hotel pls don't keep such person in your hotel. Mr Suresh will ruin your business. I left today without checkin. He not at all bother of loosing a customer…

Rooms are not bad it's ok. And service also very good but the food was below average and also the location is soo far it's too hard to find.

Rooms are modern, good and cleaned. The washrooms comes with a neat smell. Nothing that you will not like for the money you pay. There is a nice little swimming pool with all green view to take a relaxing dip.
The location is far off from city around 17kms, but that you should take into consideration when booking.
The people are very good specially the restaurant team. The taste of the food is great and since we were on vegetarian diet, we loved Veg kolhapuri. They made it spicy upon request. Thanks Mandarin sky team for making our stay a relaxing one.

We loved it here, staff are super friendly and eager to please. The food was exceptional apart from one dish where the chicken was raw but orherwise amazing. Room was clean, bright and comfortable. There is a lovely pool on the roof and a bar with friendly staff.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Sky Hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel was elegant and truly relaxing. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. The manager was also very attentive to guests' needs, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
The food offered at the hotel was delicious and varied, with each meal exceeding my expectations. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the freshness and taste left a lasting impression.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it to everyone! I look forward to coming back!
