The stay was amazingly disaster (Jan 21) Some limelights shared below Zero maintenance of property, Zero maintenance of pools (empty and dirty), we understand the pools aren't in use due to COVID, but it has to be clean at least? No basic food which usually served 24 hours (french fries wasn't there when ordered for kid)
Check in 2.00 pm, and when we settled down and plan to order food by 2.30 — 3.00, nothing is there zero maintenance of kids area Smelly rooms Basic Channels, if guest ask for an additional channel, they will charge but won't give :) Food served in foil containers in rooms with disposable plates and spoons on the name of covid. But restaurant will be serving stuff as usual. Very less menu options (drinks & foods) Breakfast wasn't as per standard, some items taste really bad and smelly overall a big big disaster!

Leonia is a great place to freak out with family friends and couple's. Especially for destination weddings. More expensive but what are the things you get can expect worthy. Great experience I had er can see small country inside leonia.

All that was good once upon a time is gone. Sick standards now. Highly recommended NOT TO VISIT. Very unprofessional staff. Right thru the checkin process was a nightmare. Rooms and upkeep of bed linen very poor. Washroom unhygienic and stinking. Swimming pool over crowded and poorly maintained. Be aware of skin diseases. Breakfast will make you sick. Lunch and dinner served in a clumsy way. You would find staff all over with none to help you. Games — half of them not working Tea kettle dirty and unhygienic. You will find hybrid flies everywhere attack you and your food.

Worst staff n not so good ambience in that staff name Aravind in dining hall is rude behaviour plz take action on him.

A lovely gateway location for all… we were there for a team outing with our colleagues… every one enjoyed the Leo splash pool before lunch and enjoyed the non-stop rain dance, food was delicious, service was good too. Plenty of opportunities for team building and solo activities, our colleagues enjoyed the car race track, euro bungee, etc. Plenty of food court options and also movie theatres within campus… over all, value for money and a great place.

Had a Good Stay & Amazing Experience. Beautiful view from the room. Food & Drinks were good & costly too. Complementary Buffet Breakfast was Delicious with wide varieties of cuisines. Hospitality was also great! Favourite place to visit all time.

It's a very nice place to stay. I've been here before but this time I'm here along with another family. Kids enjoyed and had lot of fun. Worth of time. Food is very delicious, staff are very helpful, place is decent to stay with family. Cost vs Quality — it's too costly for the quality of service you get. Even the cost for rides is too high example: cycle for 30 min they will charge 120 rs which is tooooo high. Otherwise it's an awesome place to stay for a day with family.

The stay was awesome. Stayed in celestial suites. The place was good however maintenance could be a little improved in the washrooms. The private little pool was good enough but not completely clean. It was a spacious big suite. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of options. Just stayed for a day with wife and kid so didn't get a chance to explore on all activities. But overall I rate it good.

An amazing place for honeymoon as well as family stay. We stayed in Celestial suits. Best place for relaxing. Service, food, ambiance everything was excellent. Enjoyed a lot in splash, go karting n all adventurous sports. My kids too had best time. Will definitely visit once again. A must visit for all age groups n highly recommend for honeymoon.

Visited 2 times once once on for an office outing. I liked it very much. Then again visited with my family. The hotel, the water games area and the whole campus is kept very well. When we visited, there was a wedding going on within the campus. They had made the right choice. My kid enjoyed the pool and the water games. They also sell the swimming costume in case you're in a hissy and forget to carry yours. They have games like Tennis, Cricket, Volleyball, Shuttle and Paintball. As I remember, there were 4 restaurants. All the buildings are serene and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Good place. Very spacious, takes lot of walking from one section to other. Swimming pool is good. Food is not up to the mark.

The resort is located at 75 kms from the city. The place has good amount of fun activities. It has a cricket ground, football ground, volleyball court and other sports arenas too. Go Karting and Surfing here are a must try. On arrival, you will be given welcome drink and you will also be provided lunch. Overall, a great place to visit.

The buffet food in sun and moon restaurant was very good. My parents loved it. So did my kids and wife… The swimming pool was great… the private swimming pool in lagoon bay was extraordinary… A great stay… Would recommend for everyone…

Went there with my mated to spend the Sundays. Our previous experience with Leonia ensured we visited Leonia and not someplace else. On a sultry day in Hyderabad, Leonia had the worst possible reception, other than the pool, not one bit was enjoyable. The food was half decent at best. Their outdoor games are non existent. We were looking forward to play Paintball, but they had shut it down. To add insult to injury, they've racked up prices. Water is more expensive than the Blood of Christ and Leonia have no arrangmenets of drinking water. The long walks to reach various places is yet another pain in the feet (quite literally). Never going there again.

It's been a very pleasant experience at Leonia. Been there with my family for a weekend stay. Good spread and tasty food. Rooms are well appointed with good amenities. We all had a good time.

The rooms are good, but the maintenance/house keeping is slow. The food is really good, but the breakfast buffet could have been better. The location is quite feasible as well, and I really appreciate the activities and the amenities provided in the resort. All in all, it is a very good resort for such a fairly low price and the guests can have a great time.

The resort was excellent and I would definitely make multiple visits to the resort. However if I have to give a feedback to make the resort better 1. The reception is extremely slow & completely lacks pro-activeness. 2. The resort is pretty huge and to find out about the timings of the activities was slightly difficult for us. If there is any e-brochure or at least making one brochure available at the reception would have added a lot of value along with a simple map to locate the places. Some useful points: 1. The bistro food is absolutely amazing. Do try to have food there. 2. Go carting, anti gravity are nice, do try. 3. The waves is an out of the world feeling and every penny spent on it is worth it. The instructor is very helpful. 4. Swimming is of course nice. 5. The kids play area near the restaurants is good. 6. The seating inside the pool is cool. Overall. An awesome place for most of the age groups.

Good place for a day outing. Corporate packages are attractive and price justified over individual pricing. Kids play options could be improved though. Food was reasonably good.

We, that is, me, my wife, our two sons, their wives and our four grandsons spent half a day there. The weather is the greatest constraint.
We Go Karted. That was fun. The swimming pool was hellishly crowded. I was not comfortable about the water quality of the pool, so didn't allow the children in.
There was nothing more to do.
So we had a very expensive lunch in their restaurant and came back.
Not worth the steep entrance fee.

Good place for family good location.

Had a great fun with my collegues here. Super cool place with the play area, big pool and water games would have been included more and buffet here is tasty simple and stomache fitting. Worth for the price.

We went there to spend some family time. There are good number of activities in this resort. There is a swimming pool if you just relax. There is a movie theater to watch latest movies. Good number of parks to play sports/games away from city pollution. This resort is located in Shamirpet away from Hyderabad city.

Pathetic destination. Never stay with Leonia. Booked a room in Celestia suites. Bathrooms are bad. No towels available pool side. Room service is very unprofessional. Not a friendly resort. Avoid this property like a plague. It’s a scam.

Attended a wedding there last year. Pretty decent facilities and infrastructure to host parties and functions both commercial and personal for large groups. The facilities provided for group interaction ranges from Gocarting, Movies therater etc. Hence there is always something to do for everyone. The facilities and service provided by the hotel is only average. Would not recommend this for good hotel experience but will recommend this place for good function hosting experience.

Good place to spend some time, after some busy and hectic life of day to day activities and get freshen up.

Superb holiday destination :) the pool is very big with crystal clear blue water and DJ with rain dance. Can go with family and can experience a nice feel :) :)

Pathetic food. Even the staff would themselves not taste the food. Any indoor outdoor game you want to play they ask for a deposit as if we plan to run away with the stuff. Paint ball, wave pool nothing is functional in short its in a very bad condition.

The resort is about 40 kms from the city Centre and about 70 kms from the airport. It is spread across acres and is beautifully designed. The room we stayed in was spacious and hygienic. The bathroom is also nice. The linen is clean as well. We were there for a wedding and the buffet for all functions had plenty of variety and quite tasty. They could improve the service standards considering that they handle large groups on a regular basis.

It is The Wonderful Resort in Hyd, Because Each and Every Place Such a Good With The Luxurious Hotels and Seminar Halls With Beautiful Swimming Pools, Cinema Halls and Schools With the Such an Great Environment So It is Really Amazing Every One Has to Visit This Resort With Family and Friends.

There's no proper welcome. Worst welcome drink ever… It's actually good place to hangout but don't expect good food… Food is tasteless and not well organised…

We have stayed for a week the place is very peaceful and spread over acres of land it has got variety of rooms well maitatined the Blue lagoon are best to stay on holiday it has a got variety of sports activities a movie hall within the resort the food is good overall a very good place to spend holiday for few days.

Leonia is a nice resort not far from Hyderabad city, good for a relaxing corporate or family retreat. Food quality was just ok, and variety was quite less. We opted for a day package as a corporate outing. Highlight was the big pool and couple of water slides which were quite enjoyable. Overall experience satisfactory, although nothing special.

I visited leonia on our companies Annual meet, here I will be very frank about reviewing this resort :- 1. Place was neat and clean.
2. Ambience was average.
3. Food was below average, blank, served not hot.
4. Resort has to host 350 delegates which should be easy for such a big occupancy resort but fails due to lack of seating arrangement for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not recommended to go with family and friends.

Resort is good. But the managment is very poor. Need to improve it.

Been to this place in weekdays. Worst service. Rain dance will not work and reason by workers will that there is no power. Dj songs at pool side will have to work as per thier own rules and can be stopped at anytime. Fight with management instead of spending time with your family. Visit at your own risk.

The overall hygiene of the property is very bad. While the place has very good facilities but they are not maintained well. Their buffet restaurant is horribly unhygienic. You can spot fruit-flies and flies all over the restaurant on the buffet counters and tables. During snacks time I'd ordered paneer pakora. The paneer was so sour that in the first bite I thought I'd had a piece of lime. On asking chef mohan about it, he argued stating that paneer is by nature a sour item. The entire team of the place is very slow and unresponsive, typically gave me a feel that place is under very-very tight cost control. Which is ok, but cost control to the extent of compromising service, hygiene, and food safety… I did'nt signup for that. Had visited this place 6 years ago and it was awesome then… now its like an old hag. The overall concept of this place is unique but really not worth the price anymore.

Went for a day outing in splurge in splash. This included entry to leo splash, indoor games, outdoor games and rain dance which is a part of leo splash. Pool was good with few slides. Flow rider was not working. If you want to have fun in pool this place is good to go. Indoor games are for name sake. Only 4 carrom boards and 2 table tennis tables were available which were all occupied and did not get a chance to play even after waiting for 30 minutes. Outdoor games are good in non summer season. Not possible to play outdoor games in hot summer where temperature is 40+.

Best ambience and best place to spend a happy time All the amenities are present here and also the staff is very helpful and friendly Specials thanks to the receptionist of LICEC block Mr. NEERAJ KARKI who helped us with all the information we needed and also helped us in spending out holiday with utmost enjoyment.

Worst place, services are even worst. If you are thinking for destination wedding, I would recommend pls don't ruin your life time event at this place. Have asked for a coffee for room services I hve been waiting for 2 hours there was no coffee at all. And even lots of bad experience. And food was not worth it. Such a bad experience of a life time. Didn't expected in Hyd.

Pricey but worth it! Far from city but best place for fun activities. Recommended for full day outing as there are many activities to experience.

One of the best places to enjoy with a gang. Bit costly for a single day visit. But the food was good to eat. Water games were ok. Dnt expect too much. Big swimming pool. Overall experience was good :)

Nice quiet place away from the city. Has a Big cinemas theatre. A Go carting track. A good swim pool and splash pool area. Has a play ground for kids. You can enjoy a game of tennis or badminton. Foods great.

Good atmosphere but the food was worst… IN general food in resorts arent great and so here too.! Peak hours, you will have to fight for food. Esp those spl dishes and deserts…

Been here for a day outing with a bunch of cousins (six members), the place is very good. The swimming pool is really big with two small dance floors beside pool for rain dance and DJ. The DJ actually happened for only some time from 11:30 to 12:30, later some music was just being played. There are three kinds of day passes 1) only activities — 500 2) activities with lunch and snacks — 1150 3) activities with snacks and dinner — 1150 The guys at reception were very lazy, hence it took around 15 minutes just to buy passes even when there is no much crowd. Started off with outdoor games, football, volleyball, basket ball, badminton, tennis, tennikoit are available. But, they don't have enough to accommodate everybody. When we tried for games, only badminton was available. Rest were already taken by others. Hence we played badminton and tennikoit. We somehow managed to get a hold of tennis only in the evening, around 5:30 PM We took Rs. 500 pass, but it's difficult to find lunch inside, there are three restaurants, two with buffet and one with ala carte. By the time we are done with swimming pool around 3 PM, all restaurants were closed, we got food only by 4:30 PM. There are two water rides for adults, it's nice fun with them. Bicycles are available for rent, at Rs. 120 for half an hour. Indoor games — only TT was available, others were non operational. The major attraction is their country's longest go karting track.

Very good service, Helping staff. Pool are good but during weekend its crowdy. Place is just awesome but its costy that's the reason for 4stars otherwise I have gave 5stars.!

Though you take entry tickets they charge you extra for pools even. Pools are small. Rides are less. Outdoor sports are fine. Food is okay. Long distance place but just okay.

I was here for my first wedding anniversary. Good things on the bright side its located in peaceful place and scenic surroundings. Gokarting till midnight. good rooms and service things to be improved swimming pool; changing rooms ; lockers and the surrounding things. Bad things My family planned a surprise decoration with flowers in my room. While leaving they charged me 3000/ — as the flowers stained the bed sheet and covers. It was a long conversation with the cashier to deny that payment. Just for flowers sprikinling on bed they took 1500 rs and on top they wanted to make money for the stains on the bed sheet. and my family also paid 500 rs for a cake. The cake they delivered stinks!

Literally a holistic destination. Nice place for a weekend getaway from the tensions of the city. Superb spa and a lot of other amenities and services to keep you entertained. A must go for a rejuvenating break from city life.

Simply the best place if u want to rejuvenate yourself… gets u peace of mind n makes u forget all the tensions… u should have enough bucks in ur pocket before going there but simply d best time of my life was spent there… staff is good n maintenance is amazing :)

Pathetic! Folks, First of all its not a resort! There is just a swimming pool (of dirty water) with a club house. Our team outing experience has been horrific, no fun and average food. Seems like the owner is a crook indulging cheap tricks on the visitors. Think before you go!

Terrible experience. I bought 3 coupons worth Rs 3000 for high tea and dinner. The place was overcrowded, dirty, no proper management. We left the place within an hour with no high tea or dinner.

All activities are over priced, no complementary breakfast if you book from Leonia site whereas if you book same room through GoIbibo and other sites you will get complementory breakfast with very less price. What non sense is this.

Representatives are rude. Not committed to the services. No proper guidance. I have visited Leonia along with 60 members team. Morning we have allocated cricket ground one hour. While going to cricket ground, one of my team member asked one of representative about what the indoor activities are there. He has given rude answer saying you are not allowed now as they are not open. After morning activities, we have approached the representative, he asked us to pay the amount to the coupons. Though the payment will be done at last, we accepted to pay then. But, he delayed the process for 45 mins and has not given lunch coupons even at 2pm and entire team is hungry. After lunch we want to go to GoCarting. We had bitter experience over there. Long queues, and counter boy is not accepted coupons. We give up GoCarting and turned towards indoor games. Very few indoor games. 3 table tennis boards are placed in a small place. No bowling. Swimming pool fully crowded. Good things are surfing and DJ. One advice is keep enough drinking water with you. Bottled water is not available every where. The normal water is too bad.

Yesterday we visited Leonia Splash (Day outing) after 40 KM drive from Nizampet Village. At reception they have given us a paper with instructions of venue and program details at that point we thought it is just a piece of paper only but later only came to know how useful it is as most of the staff doesn't have any details of programs. For Car parking they charged at the entry itself but at parking they've written "Parking at owner's risk". After we entered into resort, security guards at one gate stopped us and when we asked about Day outing they've shown us wrong venue and then after parking there and roaming for 15 min in that venue we came to know our venue location is different and we had to come back and go to the correct location. In that again there is no proper guidance to go to reporting place. The welcome drink offered is just ok. There we need to buy nylon swimming wear and a locker to store our stuff. The pool looks clean but after we entered we came to know they added too much chlorine which smells odd. But regular maintenance is good. Very good place for kids to enjoy for whole day. The buffet lunch they offerred is excellent we've lot of varities and even kids also like it very much. Overall experience is good. I can suggest it for a family with kids atleast once.

Nice place for a team outing. paintball, human foosball and flow rider (surfing) were the things we particularly liked. Food was above average to good with lots of variety. Rooms are spacious, can't talk about room service as we did a pretty short stay (also soaps inside room were pathetic).

The best in hospitality management, food, play areas and pool. Very good landscaping and interiors. Overall great experience.

There are cockroaches in dining area. During tea time they were feasting on sandwiches. It seems they do not do basic pest control. The tables were not clean. Will not advise. The pool area was good though.

1. They have infrastructure for organizing the events/function. 2. Their team are not capable to handle corporate function or events. 3. There is big communication gap among team of sales / events group / execution group. 4. Sales team does not have clarity what are the requirement for corporate guest. 5. Arranging a butler took more than 30 minutes. 6 butler given for making tea dose not know how to make tea. 7. Room service is very poor. 8. Leo biz front desk is good and cooperative. 9. Transport / logistic group is good. 10. Shortage of staff. They don't serve tea on your table during conference. 11. Rooms are good with modern facility. 12. Food quality is good. 13. For family outing it is good place. 14. Band quality is good. 15. For cocktail party they don't have experience people to handle the bar.
