Okay-ish place. if you have loads of emergency then it's a good place to crash in for a night or two. They should clean better. Staffs are good. Behaviour is also good. Breakfast is complimentary but food is not that delicious. all in all 6/10 rating for this place. Hope it improves better.

We were asked to give a 5 star rating which deserves only half star, got cockroaches in the room and the centralised ac was of no use with heavy sound but no cooling. We were literally sweating in the night, the hotel's manager refused to give change of room for our stay so we rated 2 star for your first day stay. Since we gave 2 star ratings the Hotel manager refused to give room for the next day and the behavior was too harsh, it looks as if we had to give ratings as by their saying. Room 601 no ac and no hot water, charged 1888/ — inclusive of gst for single night 9 pm to 10 am. Not recommended.

Very comfortable and luxurious stay. The room was very well designed and maintained.

Been there for an networking event, felt conference hall was small and conjusted, food was decent, Hotel is easily visible from the mainroad. Parking is an confusing place for this building, this building has all business setups also in the premise…

Not a great experience staying at this place. The breakfast is horrible. They kept out stale food, which seemed like leftovers from earlier. The jam which was out seemed like they have used the same bowl with the same jam for so many days and had butter and all sorts of foreign ingredients. The dosa was definitely stale and hard. We skipped breakfast and ate outside during our stay. We asked for an iron and never got one after asking for over 10 times during the span of 3 days. We always got some excuse or the other. The location is good, but that's about it.

Above KFC, easily locatable. Quality of food is good. Staff is friendly.

Food — Only vegetarian food is available. Rooms — Good but maintenance is not upto the mark. Location is good, it's in brandfactory building. Price — Highly priced.

This is the worst hotel you can be in. Rooms are decent. Service is very very bad. The don't care what ever you ask for. For complimentary breakfast you will be questioned like you are stealing their property. One female receptionist is their so terrible that I even can't talk about her.

The room was unexpectedly very well furnished for the price offered through oyo room services. The staff are very friendly and food is an ok.

The room of this hotle are neat and clean. The food over there is delicious and the staff and hospitality is superb.

This is the worst treebo property in Hyderabad. The receptionist is very rude and opposite of what she should be. She doesn't even know how to talk and behave with the guests. The hotel staff is very unprofessional and the rooms are also not that good. Would have rated 0 for this hotel if there was an option. Never recommending this to anyone.

If you are on a budget, it's good. The staff is polite and courteous. However, you wouldn't get any choice in food at all. Buffet breakfast also has very limited options. Wi-Fi may not work. Room is good, though. Easily accessible.

Rooms are spacious. Location is very good. The only thing I didnt like was the maintenance. I felt by seeing some posters on the walls of the hotel that it used to be hotel Millenium that is now owned by Treebo. Hotel is very good and the interiors are nice. Breakfast that is complimentary is also good. It is gotel on 6th and 7th floor of a mall. Overall it was a nice experience. But hotel should work on maintaining a good property to make it better. They need to work on shower cabinets and the lights in washrooms. There is a need of improvement in water outlets in the washrooms. I stayed in 2 different rooms and both had issues with drainage from jaccuzies. Rest everything was good.

I went for buffet lunch, service by staff is good. Food is okay. Though hotel is quite good and service is fine, but washrooms can spoil your business. I suggest the hotel management to take care of washrooms in 5th floor, which is in too bad condition.

Stayed there on a work visit, company booked it for us. The staff here is very cordial. These guys always smile. We were 6 people, all like it.
