Went to Ibis with family for lunch over the weekend. It was really good experience with the staff and the services. Food was really awesome. We ordered chicken n mutton items which were too good in taste… apt masala n tender pieces… enjoyed the food and ambience too… Thank you to Ibis staff… good job, keep it up…

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and good. The hotel staff very polite and respectful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in front of all the major offices in Hyderabad.

Location is amazing, it is just 500 m from the Cyber Towers which is the centre of the Hi-tech city. Rooms were really good and well maintained. Cushioning of the bed was nice and overall it was a comforting experience. Room service was also pretty good. You just need to call the reception and they would take care of the thing that's bothering you within minutes.

This was my first time experience at IBIS hotel group and that too at Hyderabad. It is located near Hitech city and nearest landmark is opposite to Hotel Trident. My overall stay for two weeks was truly awesome. Only one thing that I would like to point out is their food menu. I found it little expensive than rest of the same budget hotels and also item listed in the menu were very less. Supporting staffs including housekeeping and foyer were really good and humble. Their service was superb and always on time as requested. They have a pleasant restaurant which serves good and tasty food. Plus they have a decent outside seating area opposite to lobby. I like that seating area a lot. It was quite good and well decorated. One of the best thing that you can find near this hotel are plenty of good restaurants just outside the gate of the hotel like Paradise, Cafe Bahar, Starbucks, Tabla, Little Italy, and etc etc. So if you are foodie than Hotel IBIS is perfect destination for you to stay. Had a very bad experience during my stay. Staff is not courteous, bad hospitality, looks like its more of a bed and breakfast budget hotel than what they claim to be international brand. Suggest to avoid this hotel unless you badly need a place to crash and nothing is available in city; which is unlikely.

Really I love the place for the simplicity and serenity. As the name suggests, it's a great place for our business meetings either breakfast or lunch meetings. We have our space here. Thank you all@ibis.

Excellent hotel of this class… newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Sayanika and sonu have a good smile and acts too friendly. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a area I have experienced. This stay was during several events in town and they handled groups well. I'll be back to this place and highly recommend to others when in the area.

The ambience of the hotel is undoubtedly one of the best I have experienced in the past, if your nose doesn't mind a lot of alcohol and cigarettes. I had to stay with one of my colleagues but the room was not quite roomy and the bed I think was meant for a couple, we were not provided with individual quilts and were expected to sleep under the same quilt, perhaps. But with the downsides there were really some positives. The breakfast was awesome you could order a variety of egg based dishes, great beverages. Service is nice, we were surprised to see our bed all made up when we returned back in the evening. The bathroom was already cleaned up, dried. All in all, I expected a lot but had to settle for not a lot.

It was nice stay at IBIS, all staff and managements are good and helpful. All things are in place and proper instruction were there. Best part is their food was really tasty and Manager will be there and asking you about food and in case you want anything additional to be added or so.

A very lively hotel with great staff who was very attentive. Specially front office team was great as they approached every need of mine easily. Uninterrupted and amazing speed of internet. Stayed in many Ibis hotels earlier, Room was quite good enough. Definitely recommend this hotel for a business traveler.

Had an awesome experience here. The staff is very polite and friendly. Service is fast and the food they serve is Amazing. Went with family for a casual lunch and everyone really liked the place. If you are looking to have tasty and pocket friendly food with a nice ambience in hitec city then, this must be the place you should go.

And has a good small garden area for sitting. I had an event organised here and it was very well managed and the food and service was great.

The quality of the rooms are amazing. The amenities are incredible. The food is great. 3 kilometers from Hitex city. Has many fast food chains and restaurants right next to it. Has complementary breakfast and two way commute to Hitex city.

Was here for lunch with family. It was a buffet that we opted for. The spread was fine but could be better… Service was good but taste surely needs an improvement.

Rooms are very good but the bathrooms don't seem to have ventilation. Tried to check but could not find. I was very sick when I checked late evening. Did not order food or have breakfast or lunch. Had enquired at reception desk if doctor could be made available, if required. Normally, if a guest reports sick & has not moved for so long, a call should have been made to the room to find if all was well. Things could have been very serious. Hotel needs to be sensitive on these matters.

The worst stay ever!. The staff were too rude, room was small and to top it all, the food was not edible. I felt sick to my stomach after what very little of that filthy breakfast I ate.

Budget size rooms, rates as good as other good options around. I would say second option if you can strike a deal otherwise. Good thing is some packages include airport pickup and drop and even nearby office drops.

The Ibis Hyderabad is good hotel for a small stay in the city. The staff is courteous and warm towards the guests. The rooms are clean and have basic amenities. The breakfast spread at the Spice It restaurant was good and had almost all the options you get anywhere else. My only concern was that the room service menu was too small and had limited options for vegetarians. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Best hotel in the hi-tech city if you are looking for economical deal with value added services Puneet Kumar in F&B is one of the best executive I had come across.

Good budget hotel, good value for money for small room. No room service, but there is a 24 hour snack bar. Carry your own shampoo! Only two soaps are provided. Only two small bottles of water per day. Good breakfast.

Good interior design. Hospitality of staff very good. I am here for second time as part of my team social events for dinner. Well organized and nice ambience. Tasty food. A minimal number of starters. Veg and non veg main course and desserts. Finally butter milk. I can see my friends with belly full and happiness on their faces. They are enjoying with all there food and drinks. I'm not happy with the access road to the hotel and parking space. Dusty floor. It's bit inconvenient for me. Other things are good.

A decent place to stay during business visits to the city with all the fascilities like pick up n drop, bar, gym, break fast and free lunch or dinner.

Grt ambience and good food. They serve buffet on specific days. Check before you dine. On other days they serve unlimited food on table on specific menu. — — — I went with my wife. Good place to dine n spend quality time with family, team n couple.

The lobby and the tea garden are really nice. I went to visit friends there, they said the breakfast was also nice.

One ob the best in its segment. I stayed here for 15 days and the stay was absolutely stunning. All the staff members right from the reception staff to the chef all were friendly and eiger to help. They also allowed me to cook breakfast for the guest alongside one of the renowned chefs. Hope I get a chance again to stay and be a part of thier kitchen. Good ambience but not so tasty food. Less spicy and a different taste of rice.

Modern look, new construction, friendly staff. Rooms are small. Half of the seating space (sofa) provided in the room is located under a table and not usable. Breakfast spread and quality is good.

We had a social event in this hotel in the garden area which was just wonderful. Ambience was good. Hotel staff were friendly. Food is also very good and serving buttermilk at the end of the drinks was just awesome.

IBIS = OYO Rooms or may be worse. Miniscule rooms, pathetic quality and bad service. Most pics are marketing pics.

IBIS never stops offering their best service. Rooms were very special. Do stay here if you're ever in Madhapur/Hitech side.

I like the management of the hotel. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are very nice but I feel they are a bit small. The hotel is very clean. But the food in the in house restaurant is super expensive. You can try out so much more just outside the hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here. Courteous staff and made sure I had an amazing stay. Staff offered to talk to Uber taxi driver to guide him to hotel and suggested I should wait inside and they will inform me when the cab reaches.

Nothing is good. Food, room, service all pathetic. No action on any feedback and complaints.

Been there for first time. Being strong Taj loyalist, I tried this with the reluctant… but am been proved wrong on every aspect. Does the job perfectly well. You get good sleep and the breakfast is ok. Free Wi-Fi. It is located in the hitec city so if you meetings around you don't spend lot of time traveling.

Nicely located in hitech city. Rooms are not very spacious however well maintained. Hotel staff is courteous and you have many eating joints nearby.

Tiny, but neat and clean rooms, great service and friendly staff. Its close to everything in HiTech City. There are good restaurants around. Paradise Biryani is just across the street, Dominos is like 100m from here, also some good pubs are at walking distance. Breakfast options were great and the best thing is they offer drop and pick-up taxis from your office in Hi-Tech City.

Stayed there recently. Excellent service throughout. Friendly and courteous staff at all levels. Staff went out of the way to make us feel at home. Functional rooms good for business travelers. Highly recommend.
