The rating for over all experience is 3Linens and bath towels should have been more clear. Washroom should have been clean and dry. Food not up to the mark had to order from out side.

It was nice and cozy. The staff is also good and the rooms are comfortable. They are much cooperating and they will try to serve you to the best.

Good Service, Decent Wi-Fi. I even played online games on my PC. The Bathroom could've been maintained better. But not bad. Still it might cost you more that it offers.

Very Nice experience with conclave hotel staff was very nice and rooms are spacious. The big mistake they are doing is that they are not providing sealed water bottle they are just using old water bottle and refilling it.

The hotel's decent. The only thing where they to improve is to lessen the time they take to prepare the food after getting the order. Rooms are quite good.

What an experience! Nothing as compared to the pictures. No water in the rooms, the elevator doesn't work, pathetic breakfast, 0 cleanliness, electricity in the room trips off… Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank God for clean beds that we could just sleep off.

Worst hotel ever. Plz dont come to this hotel as the looks are only good. Service is worst No room cleaning. Ac doesnt work properly. Here I am sitting in this hotel with Ac blowing hot air. Food is worst. No proper room service. Wasted my money here. I would prefer a lodge than this hotel. Atleast ac would work properly.

The rooms are very nice. Surrounding is calm and nature full. Hotel is hygienic. Completely Loved my stay of 2days. Have their own restaurant type area within the building itself. However, their kitchen was lacking facilities. When I ordered eateables they were not having majority of the menu items.

Decent Hotel to stay for a short trip, Located on the outskirts of the city called Gowlidoddy, Most of the tech parks of Hyderabad are nearby, The Hotel Staffs were friendly, rooms were clean, a new building with a good maintenance. Best Budget Rooms available in Hyderabad. If your looking to roam around tourist places in Hyderabad then this is very far. Otherwise you get all the facilities here, Rentals bikes, the Famous Karachi bakery and much more are nearby.

Decent hotel for that price. Location is near to many companies but locality is old. It helps that hotel is well inside a gated locality. Can easy get a cab or a rickshaw. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and staff was courteous. They even gave me early check-in and late check-out. Overall nice experience.

Overall nice hotel at a cheap rate, although it wasn't that clean as it is supposed to be. Bathroom needed immediate attention. But a OK place to spend the night if you are on a visit to tge city for few days. The service was also average, could be improved.

Not so good for cost. Its located in outskirts and behind a graveyard. Its almost 500 mts from the mainroad and its pitch dark in the evening. The room service staffs are very casual and food cost os extremely high but not the food taste and quality. Take it on ur own risks.

Location is too inside. No basic amenities is provided in hotel such as toothpaste, soap, towel, mineral water etc… we need to ask them for such things. Rooms are too cosy…

Hotel is located in a remote area and little interior. Service and food is very ok. Decent for budget option for staying.

Its a nice Hotel and very near to Q city, Financial District and Nanakramguda. Easy commute available at walking distance. And the best part is it is bit inside the main road with palm trees and very peaceful surroundings.

Good staffs they try to serve with 100% but the dining area is not hygienic at all thousands of flies the place smells bad, food is too much spicy customized menu is not allowed for food…

While the rooms are decent, the service here is definitely not good. Rooms are cleaned only occasionally. Although they say that they have a solar power geyser the water is always cold, not even lukewarm. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are planning on staying just for a few days.

Well orgainsed, economic, well behaved stuff, convenient.

Never seen hotel like this before. No water in room, No AC, No TV and they r charging for all this… To drink water giving us used bottle.

Superb hotel. I booked it through oyo rooms And rooms were just wow Service was not that good But overall it was a very good experience.

+ Very Affordable + Very helpful staff + Hotel was new and rooms were clean + Clam and quiet + Hotel managed to arrange taxis + Good internet speed — Hotel looked unfinished (final polish), it was in the middle of an unfinished project which explained its strange state. — Staff needed some training and lacked a good unit manager there — Restaurant was not clean enough — Difficult to reach the main road, no street lights.

Nice place, comfortable, good people, good food. Location probably not familiar with the local taxi guys. I found it difficult to get vehical to move out also. They have some arrangement to put up guest at near by private bunglow wherein you end up sharing a badroom. (the facility there is also uptodate) but must clarify this point in advance since that is not what you have seen on the net while choosing. All in all I do not mind going to the place again.

Value for money, Awesome Rooms and Ambiance, Lobby was great. Excellent Comfort and is situated in the heart of IT Hub Gachibowli, Hyderabad. I Strongly recommend this place for Business travelers.
