Wonderful experience. The staff were helpful, the rooms were neat and clean. Also it's located very much near to all the major areas of Hyderabad.

Clean and spacious rooms. Supportive staff. No in-house food so breakfast is bad.

Not clean. The rooms are stuffy. If booking with breakfast, please note that breakfast here doesn't entail a buffet … He gets you a parcel from one of the neighbouring eateries. You have to choose from IDli, VaDa, Pongal and Dosa.

Not a supportive staff. The lady in the reception is rude. Rooms are good for 1/2 day stay… No restaurant in the hotel.

It's a very good hotel & services very fast & good nature every person.

Very bad behaviour of hotel authorities. Complimentary breakfast was worst quality and was supplied as wrapped in low quality plastic cover and soiled newspapers as if brought from street vendors. Food ordered through room service was also supplied as detailed above. But rate was very high comparing the quality. I don't know how these people have arranged GST bills! Horrible experience for me.

It was good to stay in this hotel and all the attendants and co workers were very much helpful and ever ready to help their customers. And the behaviour of the attendants were also good.

Nice, by oyo I'm booked cheap price hotel, and it's good to stay there and staff is nice, but breakfast is nt good and quality of tea is poor. Fr short stay good too visit.

Worst management I have booked room in online by paying 1500 rs they have confirmed payment but I requested for cancel the booking they did not even refund the payment they are also cheaters.

Good budget hotel. We were a group of 21 people. The owner​ Mr. Inderneet Singh was very helpful. He even organised for a birthday cake for my nephew at short notice. We got free pickup from station. Good experience.

Apparently cheaper stay and worth of money spend. Nearer to main transport hub and the room service was quiet good with cleanliness upto satisfying level.

It's a nice n cozy hotel to stay. Neat n tidy as well.
I liked the staff n hospitality at Nirmal Residency.
I request Mr Singh to start the restaurant also so that it will be a complete relaxing stay.
I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in the heart of Hyderabad.
