One of the best hotel in city good service and rooms are excellent.

No value to the customer. By bleady receptionist afterall a watch man is not giving minimum respect to the customer fed up with this hotel toooo worst.

Nice but last movement they will argue.

You will feel very happy while sleeping on Footpath than to stay in this hotel. Reasons: Worst management and service and rooms too worst to stays.

A short stay was good. Room and. Toilet was good… Cost effective hotel. Book it in online. Its cheaper… easy access in ameer pet.

I've taken Suit room, but not upto mark, cable connection is not working, I asked them to solve that issue, they said thats a server issue, at checkout time I seen my next room guys r watching tv, if u face any problem they dont dont show interest to solve your problem… Better to go for another…

The food arranged for meetings is way better than expected. Facilty is very well maintained and staff is courteous. Lift is available and banquet Hall is very nice with well equipped sound system, but I suggest the host to go in advance for avoiding any hassles. All in all of u r out to small to mid sized business or corporate meetings then this is suitable and affordable place.

Rooms, service and Maintenance are good. But they will not allow more people to visit room and not allow to stay for more time. Other than that everything is good.

Rooms, bed spread and blanket in deluxe suit were dirty at last we had to change the room and came to another room which was preety decent than the first room. But then the bed was so hard and the pillows were too flat. When asked for blanket they said they cannot I said okay atleast give me bed spread which was not given till the end. Second asked for pillow one of the staff named Dara he comes he tries one pillow and leaves. I asked for another pillow his response was I already gave one I cannot give another one and just walks off I am calling him he didn't even bother to respond and the reception guy cooly sir what I do sir. Worst ever experience will not recommend this hotel to any one.

As I was staying for 4 days 4 Night for this hotel I found this value for money specially kitchen staff was so kind specially Mr. Stanley was very good humen being I personally recommend to go and stay in this hotel.

This is a pretty ordinary hotel and I am being kind while saying this! From the reception area to the rooms there is nothing special or eye catching about. One cannot be far from the truth if one thinks this is a budget hotel. The food is absolutely ordinary. The only saving grace is the Hot & Sour soup! There's absolutely no parking space in front of it. The bathrooms are a small and not maintained and are stinky! I came back from conference hosted there thinking it could have been set up in another place. So nothing great or worth mentioning about this place.

We stayed 21 to 24 november 2017. Super behaving staff… good service. Veriety foods time to time… welldone the Grandeur staff and mangement… Kerala 21 members team…

Simple, tucked away in a side street. Pleasant staff.

Good hotel with parking, hot water, food is not good. Decent rooms for low cost. Affordable for a single person.

Nice hostel nice service but it's located in a street so reaching there for new one little bit problem.

Untidy rooms, rude staff, unhygienic food and no proper infrastructure. Have experienced the worst service ever. The manager and staff use bad language. Better to stay in a lodge than staying over here.

Room was just ok. Haven't provided the extra mattress even though we paid for one neither did we get an extra blanket. Complimentary breakfast was just ok as well.

The food is pathetic no taste only oil And room service is too bad. Do not stay here if only emergency conditions.

Staying here for almost 1 month. Restaurant bread was not fresh, they provide expired date bread, after talking to them they bring fresh piece! it was expired 5 days! 2 times my room door was trying to get open by cleaning boys, after I caught them red handed they had to take action and watch the cameras as well! the net was not working for almost 7 days and it is not possible to download. Had a problem with plumbs for 2 days, well I was not expecting best since it is india and this is hyderabad. Lets face it. And we change the fridge in my room 4 to 5 times because it was not working properly. And for the lizards in bathroom I should consider that natural! the cockroaches become friendly after a while and we learn to share the bathroom. Of course this is an expensive hotel, I dont know about cheap price hotels in koti or abids or near rail way station but my guess is that there you will see a cobra or you will die from unnatural causes, and of course all the time cigarette smoking smell will bother you, so if you are non smoker never come here, totally not satisfied for being here at all and dont suggest to anyone. It was bad, never going to come back. The help desk people are rude and the behaviour is disgusting, absolute waste of money, they dont know how to manage a hotel. Absolute unexpectable.

This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed. Good looking, but service sucks. Big time.
