Visited last week. Complete professionalism. No extra talking but always ready to serve with smile. All staffs are highly cooperative. Though room size is small but very clean. Position is in the hub of the city. I am happy. Avijit Bose.

Good place but if u did online booking and wanted to check-in before 12pm it's better to infrom them before hand.

Good place. No food served here. Dont keep luggage near winfows as in case of heavy rains water enters inside room. In case of power cut, generator is available.

Nice accommodation to stay. Clean, secured and we'll maintained. Well decorated as well. Though the entrance is small, narrow and hard to notice. Situated in very important place of Hyderabad city. Staff are cordial and professional, well mannered. Rooms are a bit smaller but ok, Clean toilets, though they lack proper ventilation to outside. No dining facility. Several nearby veg and non-veg restaurants within half km.

Value for money. Nice place. Heart of the city and market place.

Hot water only in the morning, Wi-Fi functional 1 day on 2, cold reception. No top sheet (only one bottom sheet and one blanket).

Good descent hotel in reasonable budget. Well maintained. Clean room and bathroom. We were charged INR 1200 per room per night double occupancy with extra bed in december 2017, booked few hours earlier. Central location. Many food joints nearby. But since in central location its not easy to park car near entrance. Lot of vehicle cross the lane. Difficult to walk with kid. Walk safe. We didn't got hot water for both days since its based on solar. Also you can clearly hear voise or noise from other room. I heard lot of noise at night 1 pm from other room.

The toilet can improve, our room was full of hairs. Upon arrival we were offered to drink water from a jug and glasses that looked very dirty. They didn't have caneca for the garbage. The location is good.

Good hotel. Clean and quite. It is in the heart of city very close to major attraction and kachigguda railway station.

A good budget hotel located conveniently. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, hot water supply, though central solar heating, but adequate supply is there throughout the day. Staffs are courteous. Though it does not have a restaurant, but good restaurants are available at stones throw distance. Santosh Dhaba is a very good veg restaurant located next door. The only bad experience I had that I found some crawling creatures in the room on last day of my long stay, but I would keep it aside as an accidental case. I would recommend it if somebody is looking for a no frills budget hotel.

Very good for mid budget hotels, nice ambience silent place to stay with spacious clean rooms and off course it's in the heart of city.

Spacious rooms. Staff is OK. There is lot of scope of improvement be it general service or bedding and laundry.

This hotel is situated in prime location, and at affordable price, and family friendly. Nice clean room, clean bathroom, clean bedsheets, 24 hours water supply, aquaguard for drinking water, lift. Room service available. They don't have any in-house restaurant but there are many veg/non-veg hotels/restaurant nearby. They have car rental facilities and arrange local sight seeing on demand.

Comfortable and spacious room and good service, though the receptionist is bit rude. But Overall the hotel was great.

It's quite nice place in affordable budgets. Recieving and responding to customers are very professional. I suggest it's nice place to hangout or to have officially meetings or to have family meetings.

We started at this place for 2 days. Service at this place is not good… the rooms are small but neat and clean. The room telephone was not working. The behavior of the management is not good. Not helpful at all. Eventhough they call it a hotel no food service. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Best budget hotel with nice staff Pros : One of the best thing about the hotel is its location, within 2-3 km radius you can go to birla temple birla science museum and isckon, then Hussain sagar and lumbini park are also within 5-7km. hotel's Wi-Fi speed is amazing, its like 300-700KBps There are so many shopping complexes around. So if u are with ur wife, better be prepared. Rooms were clean. Cons: No restaurant, but you can ask them to get the food by paying first.

Very good hotel for one day and cheap stay in Hyderabad. All the facilities are good. Ace Academy and Vani Academy are at a walking distance from the hotel. Therefore this is the best option for youngsters planning to join coachings nearby to stay for one or two days in Abids area.

It was a fantastic stay here. The facilities are amazing. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Staffs are very helpful and the special thing was the price. Very good less price for such facility. Also transport wasn't a problem since all transport facility were available right from the place the hotel is located! And the station (Nampally) is around at 1km distance.

I had stayed in the gitanjali hotel for 3 nights. Hotel was very good in terms of room cleanliness and the location. The staff was also responsive but half of staff still not understand hindi and English, mention that, room ventilation was good but air conditioner was a bit noisy. Various well known places are near that hotel. All over experience was nice.

It's a good hotel to stay with family. Markets are nearby for shopping. Don't miss the biriyani from grand hotel.

Good economic safe with good services for family stay.

A small budget hotel with good value for the price. The Wi-Fi works most of the time and the rooms are comfortable. It is well situated in the city and it is easy to reach most of interesting tourism spots from there.
Although I had to argue a bit at check in because they would not recognize my online reservation (and payment) but after some check up they let me in.

Good hotel in affordable price and also in a very good location.

Very bad place with a lot of cockroaches and rude staff I suddenly felt I was staying in Afghanistan, one of a local friend came to meet me in my room (for max 10 mins) and the hotel management treated her like an female escort, they forget that we are the guest and acts like a moral policing fundamentalist (a big no to this place).

Small but very clean hotel, true value for money.

Really bad hotel. Check out times are very weird. If you check in at 12 o clock you have to check out at 12 o clock, no discussion. You cannot stay longer to wait for your flight. After we tried to discuss this we got in a fight with the manager who was a really rude and bad man. He started calling and walking a way during our discussion and refused to talk to us in the end. Don't go here.
