Good Hotel. Room service is awesome. Very helpful staffs. Nice location. But improvements required as bathroom fittings are too old, furniture & fixtures are of old fashioned. No pest control has been done & due to this cockroaches are running in the room. Sometimes daily newspaper not provided. No complimentary tea/coffee…

Clean. Convenient. Tasty. Courteous. The best part of this hotel is it's cuisine — — from Rajasthani to Bengali to Kerala, dish for every tastebud. Loved the slick transparent lift in the middle of the hotel lobby. Professional treatment from the everyone. Memorable experience.

If ever there was an underrated restaurant, which served awesome food, at reasonable rates, and punched well above its weight, then this is the one! The chef here is a brilliant cook, and he can make everything taste amazing… being it the simple hara bhara kebab, or Methi Tomato Subjhi… The staff is courteous and polite as well. In all, it was a very good experience…

This is not like other quality inns I have stayed. This is the worst. To start with 1) the electronic key pad is the worst of the type. Very bad and dirty. 2) the door cannot be double locked from inside. 3) the electronic locker can not be opened even by the hotel personnel. 4) the flooring tiles had come off the cement floor. 5) the water hearing kettle had to be changed four times 6) there is no enough number of hangers. We have to fight to get extra hangers. 7) the bath room door cannot be closed fully. 8) the washing him near the commode is in the wrong side 9) no dental kit or shaving kit is provided even after making request. 10) no hand towel it's provided 11) no show polisher in the vicinity 12) the mat in the shoe rack is the dirtiest. 13) the flooring is uneven making people to trip. 14) very noisy a/c 15) dirty floors. 16) the mattresses on the bed are not changed even after request. 17) worst lighting arrangement. What else you want. Hope this is more than enough.

Reasonably good hotel. Function halls are good and well kept. Even the Guest rooms are well appointed. The hotel certainly head a great locational advantage as it's near the Hyderabad Really Station at Nampalle. Food, particularly lunch though not really mouth watering, was well maybe. Focus on food will certainly head the hotel grow faster.

This hotel was very very very nice because I have stayed for 3 days all service were very excellent and food was also high quality they were using. There all facility were very good. I Enjoyed very lot there and that is a good hotel for tourists.

The hotel by room was extremely hygeinic. I loved everything from breakfast to stay. Removing one star because they woke me up very early to ask for checkout time. Who does that :P.

Good place to be in, esp for corporate people good ambience within, breakfast n dinners both are complementary… Food served is vegetarian but really tasty. If u hav corporate plan u can get a double bed ac bedroom in 2500. But for normal booking it is little more bucks.

Nice place with pure vegetarian food. The public garden road is under construction hence approach to the hotel is challenging. Otherwise we'll maintained rooms with good air conditioning.

Good Hotel with well maintained rooms. TheHotel also maintains a conference room, and also a hall with attached dining hall for small get-together, birthday parties, etc The restaurant boasts of delicious vegetarian food. And truly it maintains. Vegetarian people can visit the restaurant without second thought. The room service is excellent. The toiletries are refilled everyday. Complimentary water bottles, tea/coffee ate given.

This place serves a good quality of food with good quantity (including the aspect of taste). Not sure about the 'order and eat', but the buffet is to its best. It's good for foodies. The charges for it are Rs. 380 on normal days and Rs. 400 on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Service pulls it down to 4*.

The food is good. The rooms and service decent. They are not consistent and so you may get excellent service sometimes and lousy at others. My last stay would have had them at 2 stars, but earlier ones were good, so I am averaging the rating. It is low 3 star hotel overall. But the location is excellent and the central location is a huge boon.

Had been there for a week at the time of Christmas. Pros: 1. Food is tasty and hygienic 2. Room service is good 3. Ambience is good 4. Location is good Cons: Fumigation is to be done in rooms. I found some pests during my 1 week stay. Rest everything is fine.

The hotel is located on the edge of a fast lane and opposite the interchange. The photos are much more beautiful than reality, neglected bathroom hygiene, poorly maintained room, view of abandoned buildings. Slow Wi-Fi. Helpful staff though.

A very nice, coordial, regulated, prompt polite, centrally located, maintained having healthy, tasty, fresh with various juices suitable for diabetic member, a separate juice for child, having complementary breakfast with hot and crispy dosa instantly prepared and served during breakfast. Mr. Vicky who is maintaining reception desk is very Cooperative to guest during arrival and extending the desired help to settle in Hotel. Mr. Rahmat Ji who is maintaining the tour/transportation for guest with his separate desk in the hotel lobby supports the guest with his driver Mr. Khan, who is definitely a good driver and intelligently guides about important places. A very good organised hotel with very polite and humble behavior of all staff. Keep it up.

Its a good budget hotel … A 3 star hotel but I prefer best western ashoka over it as ashoka was 200 more than this hotel.

Hotel is good in pictures but the room are not as good as expected. The service is also quite late and there is no one to take ur luggage to the room.

Though ambience is good it is not good for the tase of food totally disappointed with butter non and paneer Butter masala.
