The staff of this hotel are very friendly and ready to help anytime. The food was very delicious and no doubt it was all clean. My personal experience was very good. The room service was also very good. I dint find any problem there. I recommend to everyone who is planning to visit Madurai to stay at this hotel.

A decent hotel for family stays with a very helpful front desk, and a reasonably honest travel desk. The restaurant and food are awesome. If you visit Tirunelveli, do eat at least once in this restaurant.

This hotel has the worst hospitality. So many dmall hotels are way better than these people, they absolutely have no regards for the customer and know the manners to deal. Stood in the reception itself for 1 hour after booking priorly in online. The receptionist hardly cared about it and absolutely had zero response. Avoid staying here!

The hotel is located near Tirunelveli Old Busstand. Very good place for overnight stay, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Morning complimentary breakfast is nice and quality and quantity is good. Overall happy with the services.

In hotels photos room are nice but in real rooms are very different. Room are not too gud and not too bad ok for one night stay. But breakfast is good.

Its nice but some food items like paani poori, masala poori are terrible they take much time to serve the food the workers dont give respect to the customer s they say there is free Wi-Fi its not true even when we ask for password they say that they dont know the main drawback is the workers are so rude.

Location is nearer to railway station and old bus stand. Cleanliness of the rooms could be improved for the price offered. Good for a short stay.

A/c not working frequently, bed and pillows are too old worst smell coming, room service worst, even water also delivered after 45 mts, in breakfast the juice glass itself not washed etc. Not worth for Monday, no hospitality.

Very nice hotel for a comfortable stay. Has got a restaurant Nellai Saravana Bhava which is also very good. One of the best places to stay in Nellai.

Budget hotel with standard pricing. Clean rooms well maintained. Food is of quality. Staff from the security to the front office each and every one is well trained to handle the customers with due respect. Management is responsive to customers requirements.

Right from the rooms to food everything was very good! I shall surely recommend this hotel for someone who needs a good place to stay at Nellai. Rooms might be slightly costlier but food price is very nominal and great in taste.

Ok if the other hotels are booked. They said they are doing renovations. I stayed in an older room. The vegetarian restaurant is pretty good. Would not be my first or second choice.

This hotel located near tiruneveli railway station. Building is old and I think it is renovated before 5-10 years back. So not so good for paying 1600-2400 for ac deluxe rooms that to very old acs.

Room size is enough for two people. Thier housekeeping staff are courteous however need lot of follow-up and not a timely service. Their complementary BF is 2 of 5. AC is good in the room. I booked executive room however not an executive services. Lot followup required. For 1 or 2 stays it's fine.

The room was delightful and it was cleanest to the most highest level. The bathrooms were exquisite and the whole of the room smelled nice. The staff were also very helpful.

Rooms are good. Food is also nice. They should allow 24 hour check in as most hotel s allow 24 hour check in at tirunelveli.

Good ambience and very near to tirunelveli railway junction and bus Bay located just opposite to hotel. The ground floor has a restaurant, providing a good menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is neat and very suitable for all types of stay.

My two days stay was more comfortable. The room was neat. The front office staff are cordial enough to make the stay peaceful.

The hotel was good. They stay there was pleasant. The room was very clean with an equally clean bathroom attached to it. The staff were polite and the breakfast served in the restaurant was very tasty. Only drawback was the location as it is placed in a crowded place.

Good place to stay for personal as well as official purpose. Just my fifth year of stay in this hotel. I always prefers this hotel for comfortable as well as safe stay with my family. I only given 4 ratings as this time the service provided was not up to the mark and room quality also unexpected. They need to maintain their names in the market. Well connected hotel with adequate facilities The location of the hotel near to bus stand and railway station is a very major advantage. The facilities at the hotel are adequate for a smaller town. Ensure that you take a room on the 4/5th floor if you want less noise from the bus stand nearby. There is an attached restaurant which provides breakfast. The choices are limited. The coffee and dinner are quite good. All room boys are waiting in the lobby for seeking checkout person to collect TIPS instead of giving Service and care. Recommended for family traveler.

This hotel knows how to market online. Apart from the reception area picture, nothing else march with the pictures posted online by them. Extremely poor hygiene. Rooms and toilets are in very bad condition. One of the most unprofessional service I have experienced in hospitality industry. The person attending the front office appeared to be doing multiple shifts. Probably that is the reason for bad attitude. not recommended.

It's very near to bus stand n railway station. Decent rooms for family travellers. Very cleanly maintained AC rooms. Good AC and Non AC restaurant s available.

The poorest of the services I have ever had. And they charge you like they are providing a high standard place. The rooms were bad, old and smelly. Not worth a single penny. Only good thing here is the restaurant which serves good food. The one star is only for that. Never book a room here! Worst service staff.

Very convenient for travellers… Check in and check out time are on very flexible side… ie. Bharani hotels provide customers any time check in for the day, Rooms are neat and well maintained with good basic standards. Affordable and budget pricing.

Was there for a birthday party. Half decent food. They run window type AC which is not sufficient for the party hall. Best thing is location.

Good place to stay if you're visiting Tirunelveli. Good room rates and good and clean rooms. 24 hour check out is available as well. It is extremely close to the bus stop and to the railway station as well. Good hotels like Janaki Rams is right next door. Free Wi-Fi for guests as well.

I was there last to last week, rooms were good as given in the uploaded photos not very specious but overall good feel, good service, good people … it is very near to railway station just walking distance of 10 minutes and triunelveli is a simple and beautiful place.

This hotel rooms are good. I will stayed executive room and offer breakfast also Wi-Fi complimentary. Nice hotel. I will come back again thanks to all.

Not a spacious standard non ac room without more facilities and there is no such free flow of room's fan oscillation for air it flows on our leg and not in our face, Also in such a beautiful city, if you have a telephone in your room it will ring at odd times like midnight 01:00 hrs etc. Though we get a good respect from the room boys and lift operator etc, the outlook about the room and other amenities is only important for a pleasant stay. I feel such quality is lacking here. So the management need to improve the facilities for their valuable clients. So that they can full fill the customer's demands and get attracted.

As the hotel has been recently renovated, It looks very neat. Deluxe AC rooms are well maintained. Would definitely recommend. Staffs are very courteous.
