Rooms are good. But Poor service, poor communication between top people. (Only two)

Pros: The rooms are good, the crew is friendly. Cons: Made us wait a lot in the beginning for the other people to check out. The reception is not that good. Did not give a correct Wi-Fi password.

Convenient location. Cozy room. Good for short official trips.

Hotel Highnest was best place to stay. We planned for getting ready photography there for our engagement, the room was awesome and the staffs were very Cooperative, would highly recommend this hotel.

I had booked this place at the last minute. It seemed like a good option at the time as I was in a hurry and had wanted something really value for money and I was ready to cut down on the luxury aspect. The location is a bit isolated and it is really not in the heart of Maraimalai Nagar, which was sort of a thing I wasn't expecting. I was expecting the worse when it came to the rooms as the reception area is really small. But my God was I pleasantly surprised. The rooms were too good to be true. The AC was great. Both the bath room and the room were spacious and we're very comfortable. And I was in a Single Occupancy Economy room. The food was good, but if you are planning for dinner it's better to inform the restaurant before hand as it isn't always functional. They provide free tea and complimentary mineral water to drink. I guess at least couple of them must be free. The breakfast was excellent and I would just come again to eat their Idli Chutney. Overall a great experience.

It was very nice all staff very cooperative. Food was nice. Rooms are cosy.

Public conveyance Auto/ shared vehicle is available.

Excellent hospitality, good price, cosy place with very supportive and ever helpful staff. Food is like home preparation. Served in very delicately chosen cutlery.

Room is decent. Dinner service although expensive, is very good on terms of quantity and quality. Breakfast is mediocre. Hot water is available and TV is also available. Wi-Fi network speed is very slow though.

Although it is outside of main Chennai city, it is a nice place to stay. The manager Mr. Suraya is the most helpful person I have ever met. The rooms are clean and they have the decent service.

Close to Mahindra World City, Chennai, this place was a surprise. Loved the food and the staff were very co-operative. They arranged taxis for all my commute during the stay. Would definitely suggest anyone to try out this place.

Liked the responsiveness of the hotel very much. Provided food at odd hours, arranged vehicle for city visits etc and helped in planning my return journey. Most importantly they refunded Rs 1000 which I think was charged erroneously to me. This happened 8 days after the visit which was surprising as I had not discussed with them about any refund etc. This definitely proves hotel managements resolve to be helpful and mitigating. Wishing them all the best.

Exactly what we wanted: Astonishingly quiet room. I would call it as "Quiet Comfort".

Pleasant stay and the staffs were very friendly and very helpful, Experience was wonderful for the price given. I am food lover and liked the food served very much. Like to stay again on my next trip.
