Nice 👌its a family hotel.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we were to travel to Pondicherry again, we would definitely stay there again!
Amazing food! Lovely hospitality!

Though the food was good, we couldn’t enjoy as there was hardly any ventilation and we had to rush our lunch and get out of the place.

Very easy to to locate from road. Little difficult at the entrance for four wheeler. Food is tasty and spicy. Service is quick and have multiple options. Delicious juices and drinks are also available Ample place for parking for four wheeler and two wheeler available.

Sunway Manor is located in 100 feet road, which is easily visible in normal traffic. It has hall facilities for family function and social gathering and get-together. The food items will be good and tasty. The hotel even have a swimming pool and parks for kids. The cost is bit higher than normal.

Sunway manor good rated hotel in pondicherry, also got 4 stars due to their maintenance, hospitality, hygienic foods. Restaurant available, party hall also avail but too costlier. Affordable for rich people's. Parking lot s good enough. Infrastructure s elegant, restaurant typically vintage. Overall good and neat.

It is a complete business hotel. The rooms and services are amazing. The food might be questionable for the price to pay, but nevertheless worth the stay.

Excellent, worth the price. Tasty food & reasonable priced for a 4 star hotel. Buffet breakfast also had variety of spreads & tasty too. Nicely maintained pool is a added plus. Clean rooms & bathrooms.

Hotel is good. Rooms, food and also the room service is too good. There is a swimming pool, is neat and clean, also well maintained. You should've swimming clothes to get in.

First of all be prepared to hear a NO for everything you ask… then tell them you are ready to pay and they accept. It is not wrong to charge for anything additional but the way they say NO is really BAD. For the amount that they charge I would not say that the place is great since it is quite far off from any place. I went there for the park for my kids but that is quite in the open and hence is very hot in the day. In house restaurant food is very bad.

I take my 6 year old son for swimming. I find hotel Sunway as one of the best and clean swimming pool. The coach are very dedicated, sincere and approachable. They are very strict at the same time kind.

The place is awesome from outside and the inside. We visited the bar they have outside the hotel which many doesn't know of. The customer service and the prices of the liquor in the bar was pretty good. Loved the ambience and the broadcasting of ipl matches through project in open garden bar also was so good.

Worth the money. The dishes here r too good. We had most of our treats here. Starting from the welcome drinking till the last dessert everything was good. They provide variety of main dishes. The pick of the lot s Crispy fish. A must try stuff.

One of the finest hotels in puducherry. Suite rooms are decent enough. Have visited the hotel for a meeting and the hotel team co-ordinated very well. Food is delicious but veg and non veg should always be kept separately which was not followed. Experience over here was amazing and wouldnt mind to visit it again.

Place is nice. Good for parties and even with family. Can play sports like Ping Pong, Carrom, chess. For kids PS4 video game.

My brother's daughter engagement and marriage function was held at Sunway Manor on 26 & 27th December 2017. Every executive and staff at Sunway was very cooperative and more supportive to the needs of the function. The food (both Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian) was excellent and it was appreciated by many guests. Kudos to Mr. Lawrence, Mr. Senthilkumar & team and also to the management. Our work was made easy and comfortable at Sunway.

The hotel location and area is good. The staff is helpful and decent. Rooms are well furnished with an excellent pool area and activity area. Enjoyed my whole stay there.

First of all let me tell you that the cost does not suffice any of your requirement. The complimentary breakfast is pathetic to say… All the attenders will ask you and none will serve you what you want. Please dont go by user reviews they will misguide you and what you see in review is not what you get. Rooms are also small and for the same cost you get better hotels in pondy. Think twice before you book. And don't go by reviews.

The food used to be very good when GRT was running this hotel. But after the lease expired it is moderately good. The toilets are clean and is a nice spot to stopover when you are driving on ECR. The rooms are clean but have no sea view.

There is some kind of work going on above the room day and night so did not get much sleep. Almost the whole bathroom gets flooded with water when taking a shower. Excellent water supply so drain needs to work better. Every day I must get a new room key made because it doesn’t work. Fees for taxis were inconsistent. Staff is friendly and buffet dinner is good. Bed is also decent.

Very good hotel and very cordial staff. Everyone welcomes you with a smile. It in the city unlike what you would expect it to be near the beach. Nice pool as well.

Was here to check out their convention centre and rooms. Pleased with both. To top that, very courteous staff and lovely ambiance. ps: the lobby smelt "ODD". Have brought it to the notice of the concerned.

When we arrived, the hotel was very tardy in arranging the rooms. The service is great in general. We had complimentary buffet breakfast. It has pool, playroom and restaurant too. It is a good hotel to book.

Visited couple of times, one when it was under GRT for an official dinner and recently a week before for an conference. Affordable price and neatly maintained. It has roof top swimming pool. Ac banquet hall with 500 seating capacity (not sure) and buffet dinning hall. Very good parking space. Food taste and service was good. One drawback is very less lawn space.

Absolutely loved the place! Spacious, clean and well maintained rooms with great bathrooms. They also have a flat screen TV with an in built audio system. The hotel is equipped with a pool, gym and a spa salon. The staff is very hospitable and friendly, must give them credit for being so well behaved. Definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a comfortable, homely stay at Pondicherry.

I was here at the Open house restaurant with my family for a get together buffet. Very nice tasty good food with many varieties all for a reasonable price. The staff, especially the North East girls here in the restaurant were very polite and prompt. Right from filling the water, speaking, manners, to removing the plates etc were appreciable.

Excellent stay! Liked the place and ambience. Place is little far from French colony but otherwise it's an excellent place. Definitely would recommend for family.

Really good hotel with good service. Location is also good and well maintained property. Food was pretty normal. Only issue was, the bathroom taps had only hot water and no normal and cold water. In all taps and shower. Also, room Bluetooth speaker wasn't working. But a great option to stay in Pondicherry.

Very nice hotel. Large clean room and very modern bathroom. Too. Many knobs on shower, not sure what they do. The water wouldn't drain in the shower and flooded the bathroom. The maintenance cleaned it. The same thing happened next day. The maintenance removed the clog in the drain and everything was fine. Th restaurant downstairs is very slow. We had to wait 10 minutes before we were seated. The manager or guy in the front is on the phone all the time and pays no attention to the guest. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get our food and no one checked to see if we were OK. We had to attract the attention of the bust boy to order coffee and dessert.

The location of this place is good. A well maintained place to stay. The valet parking service is available. This place has good sized hall to have any function with a decent crowd. The food quality is excellent. The workers are also courteous and well mannered. This place is nice to stay for a long time too.

It is a perfect hotel for a family and the pool is so much fabulous for children and one of the best hotel in pondicherry but it is not near the beach but IT IS GREAT.

The buffet food in the resturant was good and the pricing too was reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. Both veg and non veg dishes were good.
