Spacious and clean room. Active room service and soft spoken people at the front desk. Facilities and amenities given to the guests in the room is highly appreciated. Decent breakfast is also included here.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with my family, I had a great vacation, the Hotel is just awesome, it's well maintained, so hygienic, the food was really good, my kids enjoyed and my little one who is 2 years old also had the same food and enjoyed in the swimming pool which is well maintained, The hotel is in the centre place for all the Rock beach, other tourist places.
The staffs are so humbled and caring and thank you Mr. Srinivas and your team the restaurant manager. It's worth for the Money. Next time when I will come to Pondicherry I will surely stay in this hotel only.

Had a lovely stay and the service is very good. Everything was good. Nice bar, pool, lobby, coffee shop, restaurant, swimming pools, pub, gym and room service. Dont miss the breakfast buffet at any cost. Room was very clean and everything you need is available. All places to visit are within the radius of 6 kms except golden globe and serenity beach. I recommend this hotel for sure.

Very good business hotel in Pondicherry. Budget friendly. Prompt room service. Has well maintained clean swimming pool and gym Wide spread of Buffet breakfast. Taste needs to be worked upon and restaurant service needs to be worked upon.

It's looks like royal hotel. The common areas are really great. Rooms are good but can be improves. Pool is good. 2km from the beach, around 8mins drive. Satisfying stay, worth the money!

Le Royal Park is a hotel that does supply you with everything a good hotel can. Although, most of these turn out to be mediocre at best. The gym is one that really requires a rethink and so is the pool. The rooms were quite alright, the room service is quick but not reliable. They often forget a second item. But if you're looking just for a place to sleep, this hotel is pretty good.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 day at JUNIOR SUITES room. The room was quite comfortable for two but bathtub was tiny (6 feet person finds it very odd) and we had morning breakfast as compliment which was very ok'ish (not so great, not so bad). Apart from it, swimming pool was good and room service persons were doing the right job. Overall its a good experience staying at this hotel.

Loved the way they receive the guests. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room services quicker than a blink of an eye. Would love to come back again :)

Best hotel in Pondicherry. I stayed 3 days there and hospitality was amazing. Staff is too much cooperative. You will enjoy breakfast there.

Honestly the Restaurant in the Hotel was really good till last year. Now the food items were less in number and quality. They have to really buckle up or they will loose their regular guests. They were not filling up any thing which gets over in the buffet. Le Royal Park it's high time you wake up you are loosing your guests to other restaurents.

One of the best hotels in Pondicherry. The service is good, rooms are quite compact. The staff are friendly. The corridors need more light. Loved the pool here. The hotel is in the center of the city.

They are really good customer service. Each and everyone give responsibility to customer. I have attend one of my neighbours function. It's really superb and excellent decorations in hotel. I asked my friend who's organize this event management, he said v decors and events.

It's an old hotel. The room which we stayed the a/c panel was a mess it just used to beep and set it self on and off every minute… That was really irritating… We paid more than an average amount for the room. The TV also used to just have blank screen in between… Not a very good experience… Also the hotel is away from White town… Food is decent staff is good but the rooms are not that great for the price you pay…

Visited this place for a birthday party. Staff's over there are very kind and friendly. We booked Monet hall and was very much spacious for 120 pax. Food was good but seems to priced little bit high. Hall decoration was done by Shiva a Pondy resident suggested by the Hotel itself. I recommend you not to choose this decor as it was the worst decoration I have ever seen. Kindly use alternate decors.

The room allotted to me was 322. I had a terrible experience since it had bed bugs. After complaining to the hotel management, they put me up in room 501. Thereafter the hotel experience was good. Breakfast spread is OK. Pool is good. The hotel staff is cordial. I would recommend it.

It's a high-end hotel which is situated in a very good location. The breakfast spread may be not that great considering the quality of this hotel. Good, value for money hotel.

Stayed for 3 days. The house keeping guy took away the smart card (it wasn't working to unlock, but was working only for power, so we locked the room, kept the power on and went for breakfast) while we went to breakfast. Apparently, We had to pay money for losing that smart card. Very cheap trick played by the hotel. Also the swimming pool is open only between 7 am & 6 pm. They keep these timings so that nobody could use it, obviously people would be out during this time.

Experience was not good considering a 4 Star hotel. I was asked to pay the room charges upfront which should never be the case. Breakfast all 4 days were with same menu. Washrooms had rusted fittings. Rooms were moist and fungus at places. Even the corridor you can observe moisture and wet patches. Doors were shabby seems no one cleans it. Reception and Pool were only good rest nothing good about this hotel.

It's a neat hotel. Good swimming pool. Main issue is the toilets. Would have maintained neatly… otherwise it's a great visit and stayed for two days.

One of the best hotel to get royal feel during your stay without putting extra weight on your pocket. Hotel staff is very helpful. Food was the amazing, there were lot of options were available in menu. Hotel rooms were big and clean. Though hotel interior is very good, but needs some more maintenance. The only disadvantage of the hotel was it is around 2KM away from the beach.

Room (Junior suite) was spacious and great! The bathroom with tub could be better maintained. Staff was professional and check in was properly done. On a busy street, but you won't notice this inside. Swimming pool was good, but please get rid of the loud music that was played at the pool. Spa and fitness available, although we didn't make use of it. Close to the shops, although no walking area for those who are not trained to walk alongside busy streets. Just take a cab to go midtown for dinner and walk the promenade.

The place is very good is in the center of the city so that you don't have to go very far for beaches and visiting places. The rooms was awesome and very well furnished. The services was good. Only thing upset me was the food the quantity is very low and quality of the food was also not up to the mark and the prices of the food costly if comparing the quantity and quality.

Everything about the hotel is good. It's clean, comfortable, spacious & offers a variety of cuisine. Conveniently located with easy access to many places of interest. The junior suite room is very spacious and suitable for families of 4.

Great ambience. High class. Expect the same on pricing too. Pool side barbecue. Seperate Chinese restaurant. Coffee shop and bar. Best lodging too.

Frankly I was gone for a holiday in South India.
And I confess that this hotel in the city center is really beautiful, but the beauty is not enough nowadays to qualify a hotel, it is necessary that everything goes with room service, easy access, parking under surveillance, quality of the buffet a will of breakfast, and especially the personal friendliness Fu who is listening everything is gathered, good I must confess that the only small downside remains the access to the pool or the pool itself which is a little small I find.
In addition, on the first day I had to look for it a little and nothing indicated the way to find it.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Maintain it as you do, and you will reach heights!

Good one for night stays. Comfortable stay, little on the expensive side. Three km from main city attractions. The views are not to be talked about, on a busy street. The restaurant offered a simple good breakfast as complimentary, not so great but a good simple one. Has valet parking, had no problems with my car parking at any time.

Decent place, friendly staff, food can be better. Charging same rate for Veg & Non veg buffet on a weekend is a dampener. Swimming pool was well maintained. Didn't use any of the other amenities such as Gym or Spa but looked good.

A good star rated hotel for stay in Pondicherry. Rooms are well maintained. A few rooms have interconnecting doors as well for convenience if need be. Complimentary breakfast buffet was great. Has liquor served to the rooms as well. Food is a bit costly, however acceptable for a star hotel. A standard Newspaper was given in the morning too.

One of the best stays at Pondicherry! We extended our stay after having stayed here for 3 days. Decent breakfast. 24/7 cafe. Courteous staff. Spacious rooms. Valet parking available. Very near to all the tourist spots.

Breakfast spread was good. I booked online and only high end rooms were available for booking. But deluxe or standard rooms were available for on the spot booking. Facilities are good but location wise, it is bit far from the beach.

Well maintained suites and friendly staff. They have some suites/rooms which offer Star hotel service at affordable prices to the middle class, without compromising on service quality and hygiene. All in all great stay and complete value for money.

I ordered for a bottle of water. The housekeeping Incharge (Venkat) asked me if I knw that its not free and I have to pay 83 rupee… I felt the behaviour quite rude. The other staff are very nice and well mannered. … Front desk staff (Prassana Kumar) and Malika from Restaurant team were the best.

We had a very very bad experience in booking rooms through Stayzilla. We had to finally shell out 50% more than what we have booked for. The check in manager was not very polite and he clearly said that the customer has to suffer if they don't book it directly with the hotel. So we learnt a lesson — No to booking through travel sites like "Stayzilla" atleast for booking rooms at this Hotel…!

One of the best and cheapest 3 star hotel in pondy. But once you entered you feel the 5 star experience here. Such a helpful staffs and services. Food items are really good. Rooms are really very clean. It is located in prime location of pondy. They've 2 restaurants and 1 coffee shop. Great value for money. Looking forward to stay couple of days in coming month.

Probably one of the best establishments of Pondicherry, several kitchens of the world, room spacious and air conditioned, many services in the hotel (room service, laundry, spa, gym, pool, summer terrace), we can even reserved a space for events with friends. Many possibilities in this establishment, less than 2 km from the city centre, which is convenient for walks on foot. I enjoyed it.

The place emphasis on customer service which is a rare thing in town. That by itself is a huge plus. And then the room is of good size, tiny bathrooms. It's clean and well ventilated. They got valet and basement parking. Overall: recommended!

Stay Away! Stayed for a night and checked out. Zero communication ability to the guests, loads of miscommunication which made our stay a nightmare right at the beginning itself. It's just a big hotel with a price tag, but totally not worth.

Awesome property, but a bit expensive. Its almost a 5 star hotel. Swimming pool is too small, and has maximum depth of 4 feet. Rooms and lobbies are sublime. State of the art security systems.

Beautiful hotel, well air conditioned and strong Wi-Fi signal. Beautiful pool and air conditioned gym. I would steer clear of the spa unless you are VERY open minded. Friendly and helpful staff, very safe. High quality for the price.
