Hotel View is really awesome. Rooms are very good. Service is not good. Way to hotel is little steep. Overall had a good stay.

A good hotel for a short stay. Accessibility from the main city is quite good, its easily accessible. The view was great from the room we opted. Also loved the morning breakfast. Friendly staff who could understand and speak kannada as well. Very affordable and was the best choice. The rooms were neatly maintained, it would be excellent and more welcoming if the hotel premises were maintained much cleaner. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you.

First of all, location is not great. Don't go by the photos of rooms. The rooms condition is pathetic. Cleanliness is totally ignored. Bed is not well made as well as the flooring. The rooms stincks and flies all over. There is no fan, AC, upon that there is no provision to open windows. There were no toiletries. It's not a value for money. Overall, this place can't be recommended to anyone.

Location is nice if you want peace. Breakfast is also good. Geyser wasn't working and it was a necessity in such a cold place. Otherwise overall this is a nice stay. Price is a little bit more though.

The view is classy. The rooms have a unique all-side view of the valley. Rooms are clean and neat. Loved their service. Only thing is it's a little far from the city, but it feels good staying outside the traffic and getting a green view.

The place has Beautiful view point. It’s very peaceful, quite and refreshing. The room is a little small. The bed is very nice and comfortable. The wash room is spotless. Breakfast is complementary. The food is nice and tasty. Over all the entire place is kept very clean and green. Since it a away from city the air is also very fresh and energizing. The staff is very helpful. I gave it an extra star for the breath taking sun rise.

Hospitality is underscored In the name of resort house flies are flying in the rooms. Connectivity to roads is far too. Except that everything is ok.

Excellent place with very homely food. Excellent staffs, night shift manager is very very flexible for giving service anytime any thing with always smile. Room boys are very polite. Very neat and clean place one will feel as he is staying at his own place.

Not all rooms have the same view. I guess 2-3 of 15 rooms will have that view. However you can get some good clicks from terrace. The room in which I stayed was not good. 2 rooms were separated by a wooden door : (. I could clearly hear the family in next room. So no privacy. Not worth it.

The hotel is little down with an enthralling view of the valley. If you get a room which faces the mountains then it's worth. The rooms are small. Every suite has 3 rooms with a common lounge. There are no chairs in the room, the floor is a little cranky. Maintenance is low. But their hospitality is appreciable. They are always at your help with smiling faces. The food they serve is excellent. They arranged a surprise campfire which was a success too. The good part is completely the food and hospitality, the rooms are average. Wish they look into the matter of maintenance a little.

Ups-Great rooms. Great view. Good breakfast. Downs — Somewhat "kanjus" staff. Road towards the resort is steep downhill and with lots of potholes. It almost impossible to move if a second vehicle comes from the opposite direction. Water heater provided only provides a bucket of hot water after that either u have to wait for 30 mins or have a cold bath. It does have a security booth but no security guard.

The most pleasant thing abt hotel is the scenic view and it's awesome. Services provided by the staffs are also great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location Far from city… And its too deep… Bad room service. Food was good. Valley view from the rooms… No co operating Staff.

Neat and tidy with basic essentials. Staff is somewhat helpful. Hot water is slow when running. A bit overpriced I think. Otherwise great, picturesque views of valley … sunrise over the mountains was awesome …

Decent view food was okay.

Nice n calm place to stay with family, awesome view from room, corridor or terrace. Dil se movie song "chhaiya chhaiya" shooted in valley view. Just 10 mins away from the resort. Must visit!

Its a affordable good resort in OYO it cost me only 1800/ — for two rooms and complimentry breakfast for four.

Decent place to stay with family. It's a small property, with limited amenities. Rooms were full of glass, with a view outside and blinds for privacy, but sunlight will wake you up by 6. Staff are friendly and accommodate your requests to their capacity. There's a park for kids to play, with slides, swing, etc. The location is quiet, isolated from road noise. Complementary Breakfast will be average, at best.

It is good to stay there who likes to polluted free, calm and quiet resort in Ooty. The city is over populated and absolutely polluted. No proper maintenance from garden to room even every corner of the resort. No ventilation and not even a chair provided in the room. Wooden floor is not covered with carpet. Food is good. 24 hrs. Silent and beautiful place to stay. Good service but when I was staying, there was no ppwer generator, so staying on power cut time is bit difficult. Wi-Fi was not working.

A really nice place and some fantastic views.

Location is perfect and the architecture is also good but insufficient maintenance. Better to buy food from outside unless it is just breakfast or late night dinner with no option to travel.

Stayed in their double delux room on the first floor for our first wedding anniversary and came back with some great memories. The valley view is breathtaking. Beautiful sunrises and some misty evenings. Staff is very helpful and polite. Never had to wait or ask twice. The floor to ceiling windows gives a whole new experience.

Good hotel for a relaxing stay and to have a great view of the valleys in Ooty. The morning sunrise is beautiful and can be seen directly from the rooms. Worth to wake up a little early and witness the sunrise from the terrace of the hotel. Food was just OK… The staff however was extremely friendly. It's a new hotel and will take a little more time to provide some more facilities… Rooms were very nice and clean.

Not so great. Has good parking. Rooms are small and does not have even a single chair in the room. Geyser can be used 24 hours for hot water which is not available at most of the resorts. Bed is also smaller and no water or glasses are provided. Has good space for seating in the lawn.
