The road to hotel may be horrified you at night but please go there its a best property in ooty with good view. Rooms are neat and clean and view from balcony is awesome. Restaurant food is superb highly recommend. Budget hotel with luxury.

Pros: Hotel is good. View from the room is so Good. Complementary breakfast available. Cons: There is no restaurant. You need to tell the staff ahead. So that they will bring it from Outside.

Best hotel for budget stay. Its little bit away from main market but its managable if u have ur own vehicle. All the rooms have one car parking, one balcony, one Almira, a king size double bed and a sofa.

Room ok but door not closing issue. Power backup not working. Check out time 11 am extra hours charges applye.

Nice location rooms are very good and very good staff… In the heavy rains heater should be there… Otherwise all good…

Bad room & bad room service. Hotel people are not worried about the guests. Bad reception they don’t no to talk with the guest. I suggest not to take this room. No water in the toilets & toilets where stinking very badly.

Nice food and ambience. Open terrace and view from hotel is great. Everyone is so good, they behave very nicely and take care of your needs. You can call anytime for extra blankets. Food quality is awesome and reasonable.

Good rooms, service is good n quick responsive, reaching the location is not so hard if you have own vehicle… need to improve food taste. And please maintain some hygienic food service… plates were dirty.

Good cottage to stay. Clean rooms. Good break fast. Don't confuse with photos. They have 2 or 3 properties in ooty. Uploaded photos are mixed.

Booked via Oyo Rooms. Location might not be convenient, both in terms of reaching the cottage & places of interest nearby — 3 out 5 stars. Their service was decent, food could have been better — 3.5 stars. Pricing was good, thanks to a deal from Oyo. Decent Experience in general — 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Not Worth it. Don't get misled by its name. Poor service, ignorant and irritating manager. It's located far from nearby restaurants and the hotel doesn't have proper facility to provide food. There's a long queue for breakfast with limited options. It doesn't provide Wi-Fi and the cell reception isvvery poor in this area.

Terrible food… very badly managed kitchen. Not worth for the money we paid. Hotel staff is good except an irritating manager. Road in which this room is also very bad. Its not a tar road.

We booked through OYO rooms and the price that time (peak season) was 2000 per night. The place is okay, but paying anything more than 1200 would be too much. Apart from that the food is okay as well, not that great.

Food quality is not good. And for this type food they charge extra 20% for room delivery. Additional one more star only for room as good and spacious.

Poorly managed hotel. Never come back and refer it to friends. A big NO NO to this so called hotel.

All in all a good (budget) place. It's a located 1-2 km from main road but the view is decent. The staffs are super friendly.

The Hotel was fine, but the Food wasn't good, also the food was delivered too late, when everyone was already slept and still they charged for the dinner.

Stay is good, Only thing I did not like is the breakfast. They don't have a kitchen to serve lunch/dinner. On request they will bring it from other hotels. The road to reach the hotel is very steep uphill and the road condition is also not very good.

Nice, new and spacious rooms with good view. The location is obscure and approach to the hotel is narrow and extremely steep. No electricity during the day so no room serviece. Food is horrible and limited.

Nice place to stay away from town. With good view of hills from balcony. Booked via oyo @2100. Room don't have heater / warm air blower or good in house kitchen /restaurant. But staff are too good. Very polite. So gave 4*. If the above things would have present I would have given 5*.
