No hot water available for all day. Even after request also they will not provide. Room is pathetic and wall paints are gone in room. Eventhough we want to pay for room heater, they will not provide the heater except in winter. Complimentary food is good.
I stayed there for 3 days. Rooms are very good and clean. Hotel staffs especially very good and friendly. Food is very hygienic and compared to other hotels in Ooty here it's cheap. Very scenic. Hotel management is arranging for sight seeing that too is very affordable price compare outside.

We are a family has got accomodation on 24.08.2018. The experience from White house hotel is memorable because my kids enjoyed a lot with the cool morning and natural sound of birds. Staff all are very cooperative and good service. One of my suggestion is the management should buy their own vehicle. Any way we like to come again.
