Hotel was upscale and modern. Enough Space and amenities in the room. Restaurant food was delicious and tasty. Games room was with needed amenities. Decent and comfortable stay.

Great place to stay with family, breakfast spread is really good and so is the food in general. The property has been maintained well and has enough activities to keep guests occupied. Really cooperative and courteous staff just adds to the overall experience.

I have been to this Resort at end of the last month. The location of Resort is near to shopping center, sightseeing, view from the rooms are very refreshing. The staff are very cherish and professional in their respective work. The Resort is very clean, neat, interior is very nice and colour combination is fresh, airy. The Restaurant of this Resort are very good in quality, cleaning. Every member in it are very caring. The Chef viz. Mr. Raja and Mr. __ (forgot his name) are preparing so delicious dishes and having personal touch to the guests. We all returned back with lovely memories of Ooty and Resort. Thanks for All Staff Members of Resort.

The hotel is located at a prime and yet peaceful location in ooty where all the shopping can be done within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has great hospitality and known for its customer care. I highly recommend it to tourists.

We stayed in Fortune in the month of April’18. Our check-in was smooth with welcome drink even though, we arrived hotel an hour earlier. Exactly hotel is opposite to rose garden, near public transit and city centre, the hotel is well-mannered, pollution free for stay and safe place for family and couples. Many shops available approximately from 650 meters onwards (such as, Restaurant’s, Laundry, Medical shops, Hospitals etc…) Many of the sites seeing places are nearby from this location (Rose Garden, Dotabetta, Botanical garden, Ooty Lake, Murugan Temple, Tea Factory, Railway station & Bus stop, etc. ) The Hotel & Restaurants staffs are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean & spacious, bathroom are equipped with modern amenities but little small. Room service is really good. Breakfast & Dinner is tasty with limited varieties option of, both “Veg & Non-Veg”. The Chef Mr. Raja was so polite and helpful providing tasty foods as desired by the customer during dinner. But for the cost they charge for dinner having few more varieties will be added more advantage (or) reducing cost of dinner will be impressive. The hotel is surrounded by small gardens in most of the directions. And the interior decorations & design of this hotel is wonderful from lobby and corridor. Overall it is a pleasant stay for us and I recommend this for pleasing stay…… Thank you Fortune…….

We had a 3 night stay. It is a fantastic hotel, the rooms were good, the staff is extremely courteous. There was a grand buffet spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the food was great for all.

Awesome place, bit old but we'll maintained. Very near to rose garden and even botanical garden. Food is just awesome breakfast n dinner are just awesome. Dinner buffet is good for once or twice but not more then that. All the services are just amazing, very professional. Just that sometimes the lady receptionist is very rude. She don't respond well to phone calls.

It's a old property 18 years old but OK not bad but need to upgrade bathroom specifically.

Very good hotel in a heritage property located in a quiet place, but in the heart of Ooty. A decent bar with a restaurant serving good food. Also has several indoor and outdoor activities and a good spa.

An extremely likeable place with helpful, warm and courteous staff. It starts at the entrance gate barrier where you are greeted by smartly dressed guards who give you a crisp military type salute. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and met all our needs. The restaurant serves some great food, including some with "Andhra" level of pungency! I would like to compliment Mr Murali, the boss of this Fortune hotel, for his astute management of resources he commands. A great place to stay while in Ooty.

One of the luxurious hotels in the Ooty town u can have all the beauty scene from this place. It has gym gaming room spa and much more it's near rose garden and it looks too beautiful one of the most beautiful hillstation ever visited come with ur family and friends to njy the Ooty beauty with itc best hospitality love this place … Ooty Rose garden view. The hospitality and service given by the team was too good … rooms were clean and there were connecting rooms so if joint family comes they can have fun and njy u may have chance to sit near bonfire night scenario from this during night is extremely beautiful.

Nonveg resteraunt and bar. International menu. Friendly staff. Just came for the food. Didnt stay. The resteraunt is VERY slow. Of our 4 orders only 1 was correct and the drinks never did show up.

Charming structure especially the hall and the common rooms such as the Bar (where a vintage caminetyo should always be on) and the restaurant. The panoramic lift is a gem of the house if once you arrive on the third floor you do not show up in front of a structure, which has nothing to do with the house. Fake windows with fake plants, all Ckitsch. Outdated rooms, everything falls apart. Wi-Fi distressful. Excellent restaurant and quality breakfast and copiosa. It was a very nice place to be there. At the main entrance there is a pile that covered by a plastic towel hides you don't know what. Central location But there is nowhere to go except stay in a cold room in all senses.

When I went to the resort, it was looking so beautiful the breakfast was delicious. The sitting arrangement was very nice. The gardens and parks was beautiful and mindblowing.

Very nice location with great choice of breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant waiter's are very helpful and humble people.

I have booked the Standard Double Rooms for 2 day, POSITIVES: + Good room service +Excellent housekeeping NEGATIVES: -Bathroom size is very small and not upto the mark -Beds not good -Improper Electric switches, mainly fan regulators -Hot water supply -very small children Play-area.
