Not worth. First of all difficult to locate though in town. Difficult to park in. Very average rooms and service.

I visited a professional legal service behind the restaurant. Hence can't provide feedback on the service quality of restaurant.

Had a pleasant stay, helpful staff, neat and decent rooms. At very convenient location. Clean bed spreads and beds Washrooms are neat and with Standards. I highly recommend this stay…

Standard rooms are very small for two. Poor customer service. Very small Car parking. Better don't bring car here.

Ac not working properly. Rest room flushing is not working. Rooms are neat.

Stayed here for one night. Our Room on top floor had good views. Restaurant had not started when we visited, but Arya Bhavan hotel is at walkable distance which is good restaurant nearby suggested by reception person. Situated on small lane off main road. It would help to locate if bigger board is placed on main road.

Elegant Place for stay, I would prefer this a Choice. The Rooms are Clean and meet up the standards. The restaurant has a Wide variety of Foods, preferably Should try the authentic varieties. Back side of the Hotel meets the Backwaters and gives a Great View. Pretty Enjoyable :)

The place where it is situated is bit tricky to find but the hotel is amazing. Was very happy with it. But no hot water available.

New Hotel. Very good and front office staffs are very cooperative. Since this hotel is slightly inside from main road, does not attract the tourist. May be hotel management shall advertise vigorously.

1. No person to pick your luggage, 2. Inside a small lane, 3. AC remote was not working, 4. Toilet flush was not working, 5. Can only watch south Indian channels for that also picture quality was worse, 6. Didn't provide extra mattress, slept on the floor over blanket for extra person booked, 7. Bed size is only for 1 person, 8. Room was not cleaned after previous check out. 9. Behavior of the manager and staffs are very poor.

Hotel is good. Have many veg restaurant's close by. Standard AC and premier room was good. Linen was very clean. Need to go in a small lane (100 mts) to reach the hotel. It would be difficult to take big cars inside. Not much parking place available. Can park the vehicle on the main road.

Clean rooms, good location but bed size is small and the staff is rude. Hot water available for very limited time. Below average place for the amount you pay.

Felt very bad after booking the hotel. Please research the hotels before tying up them as partners. Worst service and very bad responding staff.

Horrible do not visit… when I stayed it seemed new and was stinking There is no restaurant, need to provide order to the room boy to get from outside… hotel in a bylane… not recommended…

Very nice hotel with good quality. The only problem is parking not enough and not visible directly from the main road. Very small board is there to the road side.

Good hotel. Parking space is limited. Nice rooms (it was brand new when I stayed there in March 2017. Dont know how neatly they are maintaining it now). Arya bhawan in walkable distance is the best part…

Rooms were good but they could provide much more services like food and beverages.

The room was not cleaned once for three days of stay though informed to do. Only one staff is there to maintain and act as receptionist. Service rendered is too poor. No restaurant in hotel. Only positive thing was room wad Ok. I booked it as other hotels were full.

Rooms are very new and clean. Room service is excellent. They don't have restaurant in house though.

Nice hotel… newly built… room are small but good for a single traveller. Bedsheets were neat and towels are clean. Don't expect amenities such as soap, shampoo etc. Overall good. And one think, they don't have restaurant. But good pure veg and non veggie restaurant are near…

Decent and compact hotel… There is good veg restaurant Arya Bhavan just a minute near… Since it's a small hotel. We can't expect fast service, I think a receptionist and helper manages the whole hotel… I stayed with family in superior room. There is a small sitting area. 2 medium size beds… Neat bathroom…
