A little over 14 hours till we leave this safe haven after a week long sojourn, and our hearts are so full with memories, human connections, views and unparalled comfort. ❤️ We have earned so much in this short stay, from being able to become one with ourselves in the serenity amidst which this property is nestled, to a sense of security is these trying times. The property exuberated love and happiness in the smallest of nooks around the daisies to the expansive wooden clad dining room. The staff is as hospitable as they come, and with the owner present at the premise at all times, it feels like living out in a large family. We adore this perfect gem, and can't wait to be back to the comfort of perfectly lit pine wood cottages, as well as the excitement of exploring new hike trails which too exist in abudance around the property! PS — The Rajasthani & Himachali cuisine served at the retreat are a bonus & perfect mountain gluttony 😍 Until next time, adios 🙃

The view of Himalayas is awesome.

We've travelled all over the world but not come across as beautiful hotel as this … rooms are so big n made completely like wooden cabins was so impressed. Bathroom itself was so huge itself was another room … clean n tidy like new…
hospitality in this hotel was outstanding… staffs are so helpful nothing is bother for them … we had breakfast included buy it was so good that we also had dinner in hotel every day… if I'm in Manali I would not stay anywhere else…

The staff here are wonderful. They are never far and willing to do anything to make your stay perfect. The food is fantastic and the chef allowed me to cook with him in the kitchen. The rooms are spectacular and very big and comfortable. If you are coming to this area, you will not be disappointed if you stay here.

A cozy resort away from the hustle and bustle of the city, set up in a picturesque location with high quality service from all of its support staff. Manali received the seasons first snowfall when we reached there and it was an absolute delight to watch the snowfall from the balcony. Clean, well kept rooms and very courteous and friendly staff helped us throughout our stay. We had a fantastic stay at the resort.

We were stayed during Christmas time and it was an amazing experience. Hotel location is scenic, room quality excellent, staff working there specially Bunty, prakash is very hard working person and they always trying to satisfy the guest and I really appreciate there service we will stay again during snow fall.

Amazing place to spend the holidays in Manali. The rooms are super amazing and the staff is very courteous. I really loved my stay at Urvashi Retreat. The only drawback I felt was the breakfast spread. It was way below the Hotel standards and needs improvement big time. But that can be ignored for once considering the complete staying experience. One thing one should consider while booking is that it is quite far from Mall Road and a little away from the main road but that was a benefit for me coz I had my own can and the place was otherwise superb.

Beautiful place, very good service, cosy rooms & excellent food. The location, the decor, everything will make you fall in love with the place. I was fortunate to be here when it was snowing & that adds a touch of beauty to this already beautiful place. Really loved the place.

The property is very nice. Idyllic actually. And the team were very helpful and warm. The location is also good. Chef Ajit made a lot of effort and put together some lovely meals. Prakash at the restaurant was also brilliant. He even accompanied us for a trek to the Vashisht temple and told us many a local stories. But somehow something went wrong and we were uncomfortable there. So we cut short our stay. But overall it is a good place.

One of the finest resorts in Manali. Very friendly and cordial staff. It is well maintained. Beautiful environment near the resort. The food was awesome. Some may find it expensive but it was definitely worth the price. Please do visit it or try the food.

An excellent property. I have not given it 5 * because of the difficult approach, one has to get past traffic jams of Guitar, Kullu, Manali & then Old Manali to this very tastefully done up resort. Good food & great ambience.

Exceptional. Staff is exceptional helpful and property is extremely beautiful. Hospitality can be easily comparable to Mayfair resorts. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is set in the mountains well above Manali. It is, therefore, a great escape from the traffic, noise and crowds of the town itself. The accommodations are exceptional: the rooms/villas are paneled in Himalayan pine, and the furniture is a delightful collection of Victorian-revival bric-a-brac. The hotel grounds are immaculately and imaginatively landscaped: there is even a manicured stream running through the hotel grounds! This place is an absolute must visit when in Manali!

Great place to be in manali. Little far from the mall road but right down the snow clad mountains. Its a view you can die for in the mornings. Rooms were awesome with very good interior. All possible amenities are provided. Special mention for the staff excellent and extremely helpful. Sometimes would go out of their way to help us. Food was great with good options. Definitely will come back if ever travelling to manali again.

Extremely nice location and property. Very peaceful. Resort is newly constructed and we'll maintained. River is at walking distance. Service in the restaurant however is not upto the mark and needs improvement. But overall worth staying.

Urvashi's retreat, with its most enchanting view of Manali's snow capped peaks right as you enter, the most warm and detailed food and hospitality service and exquisite rooms which most organically combine the experience of luxury and comfort, make it the perfect and most choice location to experience Manali at its best. The sight of brooks that originate from natural spring water within the space of the hotel give its surroundings a very specific creative touch. I highly recommend it, alongside its very calming and soul soothing spa service. The hotel has been created with so much love, detailing and warmth that its impossible to not carry that feeling throughout one's stay :)

Amazing place to be recomended by close friend n every penny is worth… open d door in d morning n see half covered snow mountain… and very reasonable… ita like a island of heaven between d mountains… its on more height from manali so no comercial crowd around… Peaceful n family place…

Excellent property and hospitality of the staff. I was staying in room no. 3 which though does not have any balcony but the view is awesome from the bay windows. the food was extremely good although some continental variation in the fixed dinner buffet is welcome. The room decor needs special mention. since the resort is out of main manali town, a restroom for the drivers of the guests is needed. overall it was a fantastic experience and I look forward to staying there again.

Urvashi's Retreat is one of the friendliest places I've been to. Located between peaceful apple farms just outside Manali, this is the perfect place for exploring the area of Manali. The place opened in 2015 but has already the cozy feeling of the perfect homestay. Rooms are spacious and spotless clean. The staff are some of the friendliest people on earth and they will do absolutely everything to make you feel like home.
