Very nice place to stay in Manali… staff is very calm and polite… they have perfect food available in hotel itself… location is near mall road… little far from busy area… you will get awesome view from room. We booked 3 room set which has really big rooms with spacious common area. Perfect combo for 3 families with kids… we got good price through Make my trip around 2k per room per day in May last ween… which is peak season.

Great Hotel, Great Location. Nice Staff. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Rooms and washroom facilities were also nice. Pleasant view from Room. Nice place to stay in Manali. Just a little off route from main road.

Visited the hotel this month June'18, amazing stay. Food was awesome. Rooms were clean. Good Hotel. Staff was courteous. Nice view from balcony if opted for mountain facing room. Hotel surrounded with nice apple gardens which makes an amazing view.

It was a mixed experience. Room service and food was very good. View from room was awesome. But some of the things were not upto the mark. Window stoppers were broken and due to this we were not able to open windows and was not fixed during our stay of 3 days. There is no AC in the room. Since it was June and in day the temperature was high we really felt the need of AC which should be there given the hefty amount hotel was charging for luxury rooms. The major problem was that there was no accommodation for drivers which was the most disappointing thing and I had to upgrade to duplex room because of this. While the senior manager SUNNY JAISWAL was extremely rude in handling the things at the other hand the junior staff including people at reception were extremely polite. I don't know how Sunny became manager there as he doesn't know anything about hospitality.

Very nice and pleasant hotel. One can get nice view from balcony. Staffs are really very polite. Food and cleanliness were awesome.

For delux and super delux you have to use staircases. Plus point: My mother has knee arthritis so they upgraded us to luxury rooms without any extra charge as the rooms were available.

I stayed at this nice place with my friends back in September 2017. The moment I reached the place, I knew it was special. We had almost the entire big cottage to ourselves (we booked most of the rooms inside the cottage). The well made wooden cottage had all the standard amenities one would need. The temperatures at night reached sub zero and was quite an experience! When I woke up early the next day, I was taken by surprise. All our rooms had a breathtaking view. I would highly recommend Gezellig Inn for anyone looking to travel to Manali. But, make sure you get a good deal like we did.

It was nice experience… Thank you team… accomodation and the food facility provided by your end was good. Overall service was good but need to take more care about your room service. Please try to provide newspapers at least common in your reception. Try to include other language channels in TV connection.

Cottages are amazing, with the views. They are good at their services, food I would like to especially mention cz it was very yummm with reasonable rates. M surely going to come back again.

Beautiful location. Superb hospitality and nice Services. Special compliment for foods which is outstanding. We took cottage which was really really Fantastic and great. Everyone must stay at least one time in.

Stayed here for three nights in room no. 416. Room was spacious and comfortable. Our room was upgraded to luxury room mountain facing without any extra cost. Food was good. Surroundings was atmospheric. We visited almost all the places in manali. Hope to visit soon in this property. Thank you.

It was amazing experience, location is superb, food quality and room service in super fast, beautiful view of snow capped peaks from balcony awesome place in term of surroundings and worth for money, I will highly recommend this hotel it is little bit far from the main Manali from Mall road but it's worth, excellent decorations of the room as well floors.

This is my third time in this hotel. Earlier it was very good. But now it is very bad. Very poor service, very poor. No water coming during night when we call reception no one pick call. Now it's my last visit to this hotel. Never visit it again.

Brilliant location away from city crowd just 3.5 km away from Mall Road, Manali. Beautiful view of snow capped peaks from balcony. Deodar woodwork in rooms. Good quality food.

It was an awesome stay at Tree Hill Cottage in Manali. Room was very clean and I am impressed with the services provided by the hotel. Especially thanks to Pawan Thakur and other restaurant staff for instant room service. Food was tasty and the quality was very good. Also, my room got upgraded to a super deluxe room from a deluxe room, so thanks to the front office team. At last, I was impressed with the room decoration and the mountain view from the window. I'll recommend this hotel to everyone for a long stay. However, management should take care the Wi-Fi issue.

Very nice place with friendly and helpful staff… rooms are neat and clean, with a very nice mountain view (depends which room you select). Food is also very nice and tasty. Only drawback I can think of is that it is 4 to 5 kms away from Manali market. And its bit hard to find rickshaws or taxi easily. But perfect if you have your own vehicle.

Stayed here for two nights with my family. It was awesome stay. Good was so delicious. Room was spacious and having good view of the mountain. Staff here is very limited and helpful. Next time we will visit here again whenever we will visit Manali. Thanks a lot.

Good rooms, location is away from main road through one can find conveyance nearby. Service could be improved and front desk can be made better (staff). We struggled for taxi and front desk was of no use.

Excellent decoration of the room and floors. Stay here for 3 nights with my wife. Stay was very amazing. We got mountain facing room with spacious room. Food was delicious and tasty according to our taste. Staff were very well behaved and the service was very fast. Location was also good for nature beauty.

Pleasant stay. We booked luxury room with mountain view. Large, clean and well decorated rooms. Large glass windows offer excellent view of snow capped mountain. Bathrooms are clean and large. Extremely polite and well behaved staff. Decent house keeping service. Excellent room service. Very very delicious food. Little outside town (auto to Mall road costs 150 rupees) but a great place to relax. They also arranged for a cab for us to go to Dharamshala. We specially requested for a good driver (because we had some awful experience with the local taxi drivers of Manali). Our driver for the Manali to Dharamshala trip was extremely polite and a real gentleman. We had a great time at Tree Hill Cottages and highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at hotel are very friendly always helpful. The rooms are clean and neat. We ordered food only once it was ok and not costly however outside there are many restaurants. This is located at good location not very far from city. Overall very good and highly recommeded.
