Great Experience, atmosphere.

Like so super hotels in bary.

Value for money. Though a little humble breakfast is served… the view n room service is good.

Very nice and well maintained lodge. Good food as well.

It is a good place to stay. The staff are friendly and approachable. The rooms are clean and the view is beautiful.

Its being nice to stay with summit chandertal regency … staff was coperative… it, s little far away from market but u never feel it as comfort is to stay outside… location is good… rooms are clean and well maintained… thanks all staff members bcoz of their cooperation… love to stay here…

Its a good hotel with pleasant atmosphere. Staffs are good, room service is good. Journey from mall road to this hotel after 8 pm may be difficult if you have no private vehicle. Food quality is good but costly. Eg: Full chicken Biriyani cost Rs 280+tax but quantity is not enough for a single children. Better to opt for food from outside. Rooms are good, toilet cleanliness good only problem about room service is they cannot change bed sheet daily, no room slippers. Not opt for spa here. Wifi connectivity good.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are upgraded. The scenic view is awesome. The hotel is a little far from Mall road. A vehicle is required to reach there.

It's a nice property. Well maintained & ; neat rooms & washrooms. In house restaurant serves really delicious food. Nearby to Mall road & other local sight seeings. Staff is polite & cooperative.

I was very happy with the hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. Massage was good however the spa rooms need some work, however overall I was satisfied. Restaurant has a good selection of food and I would give an overall rating of the food as good. I would definitely recommend Summit Chandertal Regency Hotel to anyone visiting Manali! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Clean rooms with all facilities. Like an electric blanket, room heater, fridge and tea and coffee maker. Nice courteous staff and had a great stay.

This hotel is far from mall road and bus stand but its really amazing experience to stay over here rooms are spacious clean good wooden furniture heater bad nice wash room. Hotel staff is very helpful and quick to serve service … overall its nice for all if u have ur own car or taxi u won't face any trouble. Food is also tasty …

Clean hotel with beautiful view. We visited in 2016 and food was not good. Other than that everything was good. Staff is helpful. Apple orchard is nearby and there are a few good restaurants around. A casual stroll down the road and you can meet local people and see their houses.

Nyc hotel nd service is the better srijna rai is very preety girl.

The hotel was pretty nice with auto heating mattress and a nice view of snow covered mountains. But it was really far away from the main city and market and the price for family room they tell is 5500 but u can get if cheaper online at 3000 and to rooms for just rs. 2800

Very nice hotel. Very peaceful place away from the city… we had a wonderful stay with beautiful view… very good staff. Food was good… rooms are spacious. Very clean. Worth the price… if anyone planning their stay in manali… this is the best place … worth the price… we stayed in the family room.

Luxurious rooms. But location totally out of town. Hotel food is really poor. It really sucks. No eateries or restaurants near hotel.

Very nice hotel just near the hills and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is was also very helpful and were eager to help. Food was also good. Overall would recommend this hotel for a nice and pleasant stay.

Good hotel but remote place. We can't walk outside after 6 pm quite unsafe. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are really good and humble. Restaurant is maintained well but be careful just consume what is easily served and regularly used by them for serving. Apart from that it's overall a great place to stay.

Getting transport is difficult from this place. Other wise it is ok.

The property is great, inexperienced staff are rather rude. Food is also just okay. Service is bad.

Hotel property is good, need to improve service quality.
I ask to the manager to utilise the breakfast for another day which was include in my package, he denied to utilise it and in place of it he offered us 1 vegetable sandwitch and 1 banana as packed breakfast in third class thele wala kind of packing. Which cost arrived to us 4 members 800 @200 per person, however I didn't see that fellow during my whole stay,
Another issue was not to provide the room seevice during the l…unchtime, as we returned back from rohtang and kids were tried not to move restaurant to have lunch, so decide to take it in room, but after having call twice for room service they didn't take order, hotel GM take our call and commit to call back to take order, in 1 hour they didn't find time to take order, finally I go to nearby snack counter outside the hotel and take some stuff to fight with hunger.
When I was returning then GM ask me Sir now you will order for lunch? It was like a jale pe namak chidakna. So I respond with anger that no, as you cannot host your hotel guests. This was worst experience than ever.
However it was not a big deal to handle both issues. But lower experience, unprofessional managers and lack of service staff somehow reason behind all of this.
