I have visited this hotel with my wife and daughter in November 20 for 4 days trip to Manali. I had booked luxury room with private balcony. They welcomed us at hotel with welcome drink. Hotel Staff is very polite and there is no unnecessary documentation during booking. Hotel is located at height of 300 MTR from Manali city on a mountain, which provides widest view of manali city and stunning view of mountains covered with snow and trees, No hotel in that area can provide this spectacular and wide view. You can enjoy tea or coffee while sitting in private balcony and watching amazing scenery. Hotel room was cleaned at its best and sanitized. Room has world class design and facilities. Furniture quality was awesome. All hotel area was neat and tidy. They have maintained cleanliness all over the hotel area. Mountain view from hotel garden is also awesome. Food provided at hotel is also delicious. There is restaurant in hotel which provides great quality food with stunning view of mountains. They also provide complimentary tea and coffee packets in room with coffee maker. All services at hotel were world class and they have not disappointed me at a single point. Hotel staff is also supportive and willing to give best services. My 4 days stay at hotel was luxurious and memorable. Hotel is worth booking. They have taken all necessary measures to tackle corona.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It was an awesome experience. We stayed there in luxury room that is on the 2nd floor. The room had a beautiful balcony from where we could view the mountains, beas river and apple orcards. It was an incredible experience. The staff were very obedient and ya! The food was superb. Hope to visit again very soon.

One gets to see snow covered mountains from everywhere in Manali, but this location is at height on a mountain slope, which provides unblocked 180 degree view of the valley. The rooms are large and well lighten with premium wooden interiors, with windows and balconies facing valley and the snow covered mountains. Food is good. Staff is very courteous as well. Overall you'll be delighted once you visit here.!

Superb view and location. But service very poor, staffs are untrained considering the price they are charging. Also if you are taking the breakfast and dinner inclusive then non veg people are in great loss as the menu is limited to just 2 curries egg chicken. If mutton then only one non veg. We also stayed in other hotel where the buffet was far more better than this one. But to repeat again view is superb for attached balcony. You can see the snow mountain.

Great stay! Have stayed more than three days in Holiday Heights. Very good experience. Good service. Only thing is they should revisit their cancellation policy, at the last moment I wish to cancel the last day stay but they couldn't help me on that.

This hotel is really good! It’s clean, spacious and has an amazing view! The hotel is located right at the top of a mountain, so it takes a while to get there. The only issue was that the water wasn’t heating well. Mr Thakur was really helpful and offered us wonderful service!

Holiday Heights location is perfect and peaceful. We stayed here for two nights in Garden Luxury Room. Room and Bathroom was very neat and clean. View from room and garden was awesome. Food quality is also good here. Staff was good. Overall our experience in this Hotel was very good and I recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Manali.

We have visited this property in mid of November and booked two Luxury Room with Private Balcony. Pros: + Rooms were moderately spacious with all necessary items. Could have been better if heater is provided with the room + Nice view of the mountains from the room and the balcony + Staffs were courteous and helpful. Room service was prompt enough + We booked MAP plan. For all three days there were changes in menu (obviously not everything) and taste wise foods were awesome for veg items + Both breakfast and dinner buffet spread was good enough Cons: + Far from Mall Road. It's Rs 400/ — by car and Rs 200/ — by auto to reach the hotel from mall road or bus stand. Better to take car from hotel, they charge 200. But it could have been better if they made it complimentary + You need to hire heater with extra charge + Found cockroaches inside the toilet and wardrobe. Paste control should be done in regular interval With all those +/-s, we liked the property and will recommend others.

Great hotel, great stay. Lovely view. Hotel is li'l far from town as it's on a steep hill. Takes almost 15 — 20 minutes to reach hotel from main land/ market. Food and menu both are gud and have ample variety. Comfy stay. Private garden rooms. Serene and blissful.

A little far away from thr centre of Manali, but that's because it's at a height and all the rooms have amazing views. Apart from that, very well maintained, clean & spacious rooms, elegant lobby, friendly, courteous & helpful staff, and good food (they offer complimentary breakfast & dinner) ; one of the best places to stay in Manali.

It's a little offset but that just adds to the beautiful view that this place gives you! The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained and the rest rooms are sparkling. Their food menu and breakfast buffet are pretty okay. Nothing special about them and can be improved upon. But the overall experience of this place is a good one!

We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for one night only as we decided to have Manali as our last stop before we conclude our Ladakh trip. Rooms were great. Hotel staff is very courteous and helping. They provided us the best valley view rooms with large lawn that gives amazing view to whole Manali City. Food was also good. Location wise it is bit far from main market but the kind of view and hospitality they provide it's worth taking that distance.

Undoubtedly 5 Star for this Hotel. Visited last month on my Honeymoon. Location is superb, You can view whole city from the Hotel's Garden view rooms being on the top. Rooms very extremely well managed, Clean & they have taken care of absolutely everything that you need. All the equipment's provided in the room were in very good condition. The restaurant food was tasty & room services were fast. Staff is well mannered & friendly. Thank you team for making our trip memorable.

There is nothing to not like about the place, great views, clean rooms, good service, decent restaurant but only if you are on your honeymoon! I missed a bar, continental food and a general vibe! But then again nothing to complain about the basics.

Fantastic place to make your stay memorable. Best view of Manali and mountain peaks that you can possibly get from any hotel in the area. As the name suggests the hotel is situated at respectable height. Food was best I've ever had with lot of variety offered in buffet. The maintenance of the place was stunning. Every small bit is well taken care of. Can't even spot a water stain on any tap. Absolutely amazing place.

Reception by the staffs was extremely good. Especially, Mr. Rana's Approach towards guests is excellent. Very accommodative and understanding. Nice infrastructure and facilities! Very good view of snow points and Manali enclosure! Loving it!

The hotel lacks the basic amenities like running hot water is not available in the room … The room service is too poor … No co-ordination between room service and room staff. A wrong discission to stay at this hotel.
