Spacious rooms, good ambience and location. Rooms are not cleaned everyday… even when told. On second day, had to repeat request for drinking water for almost an hour. Bolt within room was out of order. Services to be improved a lot. Spoons not provided by restaurant along dishes.

Good environment. They have built new building which is good. The complimentary breakfast can be improved.

Hotel is too good but the new part of it doesn't have Wi-Fi and Airtel data doesn't have connectivity inside rooms but it comes outside in the lawns. Dunno about other companies data.

I have never stayed in a worst hotel ever in my life. They are cheating with the prices. They are cheating around ₹1000. They said of giving extra bed as complimentary but while checkout they charged₹1000. That too as extra bed they gave 3 bit of foam joint. So please never stay in this hotel: SARAL RESORTS.

One of the best resorts in Courtallam. Accessible to all the waterfalls, has a good parking space as well as a nice restaurant. Rooms are spacious and comfortable modern infrastructure.

At coutralam this resort looks a unique one from out amongst other lodges and resort … Each and every room is maintained clean always and there are nearby good hotels … Prices are affordable here for the hospitality they provide and finally a silent place to enjoy the cool climate. From the balcony there are beautiful views of the mountains and waterfall which look gorgeous and there's no need of Air conditioner here;-)

After the renovation the place is fantastic… Room are nice Vibes from the place is so good…

Mahalingam hills where Mahalingam swamy is offering His grace like a Karpaga tree. Siddars are worshiping the hill itself. Siddar Ashram established by poojya LA sri R KUlANDAIVEL swamiji is blessing the devotees. One time puja is offered to lord Mahalingamswamy. Purnima pujai Is famous here. You can reach the Ashram from Surandai and Tenkasi. Please get down at Kambli bus stand. 2km away from there.

A decent place to stay at courtallam. Accessable location and ample space. The price is on the higher side for the service is the only drawback.

This was one of the most pathetic stays till date. Went to attend a wedding. Dirty rooms, dirty toilets and horrible horrible service. The staff genuinely seems to not care. It was actually amazing to watch a very consistently pathetic service.

Worst experience. Worst staff. We had booked the room beliving they have swimming pool. But they have closed it. Bathrooms were cracked and dirty. They even didn't give us white bedsheets claiming washerman had not turned up because of pongal. When we complaint to goibibo he lied saying that he had infirmed goibibo about renovation work and refused to refund.

Better Accommodating with high class restaurant. It's reasonable staying for the visiting time if courtyallam (Kuttalam).

Saaral synonymous with drizzle is apt name for kutralam located resort. The resort is located on prime location and easily accessible from main town of courtalam. Resort has almost all the facility. Good.

This resort have degraded itself in last 3 years agter demolishing the cottages… no rooms A/C is working… neither the hotel is well managed… not worth staying.

The Resort located in prime location on the way to main falls and walkable distance to kutralanadhar temple, only 2 good resorts available in this location and saaral is nearby to all the falls in coutralam.

Disinterested management, arbitrary pricing, unfriendly feel. The restaurant has a bland breakfast on the house (I m a fan of South Indian food but Aapakadai was a new low). 2 Bru coffees cost 75 or 80 rupees based on whom you ask. 2 buttermilk cost 92 rupees… The prices look arbitrary and I never saw something like a menu. The rooms very ordinary. The first room got had a broken sink, Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms, available only in lobby.

Nice hotel. Location was easy to find. Could have done better in tarrif.

Though I've stayed 5 years back and it is huge rooms. Now buildings are pretty old and really hard to maintain. Lifts are not working. Room lights are not functioning properly. When I asked they told by 2018 season, new buildings will be ready. Let's hope the best.

It's an usual hotel only. But cost is very high compared to facities. Yesterday I got a room of rs. 2250/-. Other hotels giving same facility room for rs. 1200/ — only. And ordered 2 chappathi and 1 plate chicken gravy. They gave 3 small piece of chicken only. But price was Rs. 218/ —. Please be alert. So many hotels near main falls. But there is no details in websites.

Calm and quiet place. Has a wonderful meeting hall overlooking the pool. The staff are very courteous. The food is delicious.

Worst ever experienced in hotel saral, we checked in at 11 pm and were allotted two rooms of which none of the AC was working. When clarified with the reception, they tried to cover up saying that the AC was working. The truth was that neither AC worked and the staff failed to provide an alternative room and refused to refund the advance amount. The staff were so rude and uncultured that they refused to provide alternative accommodation or refund our money back. This is my worst ever experience in my life and will never return to this cattle shed anymore in my life. Any one so interested would be risking their life and health by staying in this stupid hotel. Would the authorities take necessary action to close this dangerous hotel. Anyone coming here would risk his own and dear ones life.

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of scenic surroundings of Courtallam, and most of the tourist spots are within accessible distance. The spacious garden matches with the greenery around. The foyer and the entrance look very spacious and impressive. The rooms are very nice and there is no problem with sanitation and hot water supply. The room service is also very good. In the restaurant on the ground floor complementary breakfast is provided. But at night one has to choose only buffet. This may prove a little bit costly. It would be better to give option to customers to select specific items at a lesser price. Just a few yards away from the hotel we can see the ashram of Courtallam Siddeswari Peetham. The temple inside is very pretty and peaceful. The inmates of the ashram are aslo very friendly. This hotel gives the feel of comfort along with the serenity of natural beauty and charm.

The only place within the town with best restaurant and stay, no other stay provides electricity through the day as you may expect power failure couple of times a day.

I had been there for 3 nights with family. I reached in the late evening. On checking in, I found there is no water in the tap. On repeated requests, no one came and perforce I had to shout. I asked for Manager, he was not available. After a long time, the problem was sorted out. But unfortunately, in the early morning same problem and when contacted I was told that motor will start soon to make water available in the bathroom. Air conditioners are there but no cooling. In bathrooms, there is no place for keeping at least inner garments. Pure Veg Restaurant is there but once in, I noticed non veg being served. On enquiry, I was told that non veg restaurant is not yet ready. Resort is new and renovation still going. Service is more or less not satisfactory. Needs to learn how to serve customers.

Very nice cottages. Good food at the restaurant. The only thing that sucks is the service. They do not come immediately. You have to keep bugging them. You have to make 3-4 calls for them to respond.
