The location is the best that worked out for me. Away from the crowd, very close to Bryant park and coakers walk. I am glad that I booked a room there. Room was smaller than expected. The food is lovely. The staffs are well mannered and overall it was a lovely experience. Cons: hot water is available only from 7-11 am. If you visit in monsoon like I did, you need to freshen up but cannot because the water is COLD.

Best hotel for budget people. Near to coakerswalk. All amenities available. Good customer service… Near to kodai bus stand so we can easily go other tourist attractions. The hotelier also provide car and cab travel to all places. Neat area. They maintain their quality superb. Customer desk people also answered very polite and decent. Really happy to stay in this hotel at low budget cost… The view from hotel fabulous.

Located at prime spot in Kodai. Bryant park and Kodai lake are at walking distance. Honeymoon suites have balcony with decent view. Not many food options.

Pros: 1. Very close to Bryant Park and Coakers walk. Walking distance from big restaurants and Kodaikanal lake. 2. Clean rooms, prompt services. 3. Polite staff. 4. Comfortable beds. 5. Good view from terrace. Cons: 1. No Wi-Fi in rooms. Network reception poor in entire Kodaikanal. So virtually no internet. 2. TV has local cable connection. Several channels missing. 3. TV is old and remote not working. 4. Hot water is available only from 7am to 11am. 5. Room cleaning is not done regularly. 6. The restaurant only serves idly and dosa and no other food items are available. Although Tea, coffee, Horlicks etc. Are available. Summary: Overall nice hotel with locational advantage and decent servoces and amenities. For food it is better to go for an outside restaurant.

Very nice rooms. Receptive staff and they understood our situation and made necessary arrangements.

Clean & spacious rooms (I took deluxe rooms) Rooftop restaurant & good tasty food -ve is no hot water at evening and car parking slot are less only 4-5 cars can only park Room Tip: good views, rooftop restaurant, quick service.

Great Place. The view from Hotel is amazing. Mesmerising love of Clouds and Hills can be seen and felt from hotel. The service is Appreciable and am thankful as we reached hotel around 2 AM and still they were there to accommodate us. The hotel near to the Kodaikanal Bus stand, Coakers walk, Byrant's Park, Kodaikanal Lake. So best place to take hotel.

The rooms are nice, cosy and clean, though the washroom is tiny. The hotel is centrally located, hence you can walk anywhere within minutes. Very close to the Coakers walk. However, the area is congested, so it is problematic if you are bringing your own car. Also, there is no view from the hotel room. The manager is a friendly man. Would not mind staying here again.

We are currently staying for 2 nights. Rooms are very neat and clean. Hot water was available between 7 am till 11 am. The room also has an electric kettle.

Nice budget option in Kodai. Location is great, near Croakers Walk and Bryants Park. Option for food is limited to veg only and to be ordered beforehand. View of the valley and hills from the rooftop restaurant is spectacular.

Very near to most of the sight seeing places. Atleast u can save some bucks here… Rooms are spacious n peaceful stay… Basic facilities are chargeable. Otherwise very near to most of the places…

Pros:1) Walkable distance from the bus stand, 2) A very neat and cosy place to stay. Rooms will be exactly as shown in the pictures. 3) Clean washroom 4) Descent roof top restaurant (lunch and dinner should be ordered before) Cons 1) Hot water facility is restricted to specific time (but the staff arranged me hot water during my arrival on request) 2) Foam beds mattress which doesn't offer you a good comfort.

Such a wonderful hotel I stay wd my family in 3 rooms (6person) 26th match 2016 its nearby cockers walk, lake, and park and supper interiors clean and higenic rooms rest rooms WONDERFUL STAFF (Manivanan, mani and all staff) ENTIRE STAY THEY NEVER DISOPINTED EVEN 1%also so I strongly recmonded is the wonderful hotel to stay in kodaikenal food also ok, nonveg lil not good.

Simple no frills place. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Good place if you are looking for comfortable stay. They serve breakfast and dinner however options are limited. Staff is cooperative.

Stayed in this hotel for 3days. Its awesome. Perfect place to stay with all facilities. Room Service is super and the restaurant food also super. Richwin near to bus stand so no need for taxi (no autos in this town). Walkable distance. Also very near to most of the local sightseeing (cookers walk, lake boating, park).

Excellent! Best budget hotel… clean n cozy rooms with awesome service! The hotel management is really cooperative and helpful.

Stayed here with my family for 2 nights in 'suite'. Rooms are clean and tidy. Interiors of the room was good. Suite is nothing but a bigger room in the top floor. Comfortable stay, complementary breakfast was good in terms of quality and variety. Staff was welcoming and behaved nice. Very near to Coakers walk and Bryant Park. 10 mins walk to the busstand and lake. Only problem faced was that hot water doesn't run 24 hours, available until 11 am from 6 am.

We stayed at Richwin last week and it was wonderful experience. Nice and tidy rooms with well furnished. And also good hospitality with delicious food. We loved!
