Nice place with an amazing view, room service is good and the view from the restaurant is also good. Just opposite is a park so you can take a stroll and relax. Driving from the road to the hotel is a task as there is a steep climb for about 50mts. The rooms are well maintained and cozy, Wi-Fi signal in the rooms can improve further. Food was good and the morning complementary breakfast spread is very south Indian.

Nice resort to relax with family and very friendly staffs. Rooms were maintained good and the gardens were awesome. If you love succulents then you will be very happy to find varieties here. Restaurant was good and food was average. Located very near to Chettiar Park and Kurinji Andavar temple. Ramp to the hotel is sure to give you an adventure. Overall a nice pleasant place for a summer vacation.

Great view, it has children play area, nicely maintained cottages, food is excellent. Staff is cordial. Overall super experience. Recommend to stay.

It's hard to give 4 but my intension is for 5 star, sort of thing won't admit me to give full. Positives *Committed staffs and very friendly. *Food was nice, limited menu but its enough. *If luck favours u can see bison near by. *Pleasant atmosphere. *Children's play area and Bonfire. Need to take care on *Entrance Road, steep need to have experienced drivers. *Booking of cabs for local visit, I felt bad on vehicle what they provided (tie up with Cresent travels) worst experience. See the vehicle and book. *Need to waste 2 buckets of water to get hot water (bathing purpose) because of solar heaters. General *Plan for minimum 3 days for wild tour (need luck to see animals), park tour and site seeing tour.

Good hotel, clean rooms, polite staff, best service. One star less only because hot water not available for 24 hours. Available only from 7 am to 10am.

There is problem of hot water for bath. Children area is not proper functioned. But staff is excellent in its work.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Had pleasant stay. Front office and Restaurant Staffs are so friendly. Whatever we asked for my one year old daughter, they prepared and gave. It is located near by chettiar park. Restaurant's view point is awesome. Kids playing area also there. They are maintaining Garden very well. It has lot of flowers. Rooms having normal facilities.

Not a good experience, rooms were just ok. Not value for money. Breakfast was pathetic. Also when we reached around 2 pm rooms were not ready while the checkin time is 10am.

Very bad Hotel, there was no hot water provided, No Wifi and they didnt even provided the bath towels. Only after continously they have given it.

2 kms from the Kodaikanal lake. Good decent stay. We'll furnished rooms and neat bathrooms. Competitive price range. MMT assured. Polite staff. Free recreational amenities and services like Wi-Fi, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess etc. Complimentary breakfast (based on booking contract). Good food (especially the South Indian breakfast). Sight seeing arranged by the reception. Value for money. A little difficult to climb up the steep entrance road (especially for senior citizens and arthritis patients) but taxi can reach easily with a little expertise. October fog can cause some disappointment (log the fog to counter it) but early mornings are eye grabbing. Overall a good and pleasant stay. Enjoyed with family. Recommended. Enjoy and have fun with good memories.

Cozy roomsz, cool climate, on hill top, no heaters, very less hot water for bath, Rooms are spacious, food is good.

This is a very nice hotel placed on the hill top and its just walkable distance from Chettiar Park. The hotel room price is reasonable. The hotel is as per the photos you will get it from the site. Hotel staffs are helpful and hospitable. Food of the hotel is also good both in terms of quality and price. Overall this hotel is really a good one, I will suggest this hotel to everyone.

Lousy food. Had food poisoning and family was in bed for 1 full day. Room service was delayed by 1 hour. Avoidable.

Very bad breakfast & dinner.

When I realized the hotel had a low occupancy at the end of my first day, I felt sad and disappointed. Mainly because I had grown fond of the place in less than 24 hours. I will list the details of my stay point-wise: Hotel: As mentioned by various travelers, the approach to the hotel is inconvenient to say the least, The road which leads to place has deep holes and one would be hard pressed to avoid ruining the suspension of your car, You avoid one pothole just to hit another one. However, the hotel is definitely not difficult to find. Google Maps has listed its location accurately. To reach hotel, there is a steep incline which needs to be navigated in first gear (not much of a problem). Hotel has a pleasant facade and ample parking space (and not limited to two slots as mentioned in some reviews). Its a two storied structure with three kind of rooms: Superior — on the backside of the building. No valley view Deluxe — Large rooms with valley view Luxury — Largest rooms with valley view and balcony (not that large) Hotel also offers free Wi-Fi which may or may not reach the rooms, but the connectivity and speed are strong nonetheless. There is an attached restaurant on the roof and a recreational area as well which has a Table tennis table. The hotel is approximately 4kms away from the main market area and doesn't take more than 15 mins to reach any of the city's main attractions — market, restaurant, lake etc. So its pretty conveniently located.
